This store really turned around within the last year after coming under new management. I come here all the time and get greeted as I walk in, the staff always stops what they are doing to make sure I am taken care of and helps with anything that I am looking for. Staff is definitely very knowledgeable about the products they carry and they seem to have a good structure put in place. The #1 thing I have noticed is IT'S SOOOO CLEAN!!! which is unlike any other pet store I've been to! It seems that every time I come in, someone is always cleaning and I really appreciate that as a customer. I come in at least every other week for the dog wash and the baths are always clean and a fresh stack of towels is always available (and if it's not, all you have to do is ask and someone will replenish them right away).

The employees are extremely well versed in their products and are super helpful to their customers. They were super patient with me and didn’t push any products too hard. I got some presents for my cats birthday and I will definitely be back here for her food and you selection. They have some of the most top quality foods I’ve seen in a pet super market in this area for a while and I was ecstatic about it!

Staff is great and bath your fur baby for only $10.... 7th one free!!! They supply the towels, shampoo and dryer. No more mess in your home to clean up(esp with a big dog) :) My 100lb lab loves to go here. She runs in, hops up on the front counter with her 2 front paws and knows she will be given a yummy treat by the staff!!!

Staff is always great and can't beat the $10.00 dog wash, especially when you have a big dog. Includes shampoos and drying. No mess to clean up at home. 😁 Highly recommend!

The staff was extremely knowledgeable on many items I askwd about. They were super helpful. The store itself was clean well organized and the bathing section was very well kept. Definitely going back not only for the doggie wash but also for supplies and food.Thanks guys.

Irresponsible and negligent. Propped the front door open on a busy road. This poor decision on the employee's behalf resulted in a customer's 6 month old puppy getting loose and being lost in the cold for days. Despite the large search efforts, the puppy succumbed to the winter temperatures. This shop should own up and take responsibility for the death of this puppy and the heartbroken family.

Good place to buy pet food, give your animal a bath or buy toys. My only complaint is employee barely knew about pets, and suggested my puppy a food meant for adults.

They sell pet food but they don't sell pets. I'm not sure of the timeframe, but a sign in the window says this location is shutting down and points to other nearby Pet Valu locations.
