Ordered an electric blanket from them through Walmart app. Blanket came without a cord which rendered it useless. Contacted to see if I could get another cord shipped to me. Nope. Got to take it back and the only option is a refund. So now, not only do I have to start over in finding a new electric blanket, but now I get to waste my time packing it back up and driving to the nearest Walmart 20 miles away to get my refund. Needless to say I will not be using this company again and I realize why you get such a good "deal" You don't get what you ordered. Makes sense why this company has such a low rating.

I purchased an electric blanket as a gift for Christmas, but the blanket kept turning off and displaying an error message when used. Different settings were tried and still could not get it to work. I sent DealYard a message to initiate a return, but they never responded (even though the auto-reply said I would be contacted within 48 hours). I called them, and no one answered (even though it was during their business hours), and there was no way to leave a message. We tried to return to Walmart (who actually sent the blanket…?...), but they directed us back to DealYard. When we finally got DealYard to answer the phone, they said they would transfer us to the returns department, and then the line was disconnected.Save your money! Do not order from DealYard, they have despicable customer service. I feel like I have been scammed, I will never buy anything from them again.

Ordered a blanket on black Friday for my moms Christmas gift, 2 weeks later have been given the run around and today my order was randomly canceled out of nowhere after this company ghosted me when trying to get an update on my order. Extremely unprofessional, would never recommend anyone use this company, as it is now too late for me to find another blanket to order for my mom and have it here in time for Christmas. Stay far away from this company, they will scam you out of money and time. Save yourself the frustration and wasted time and money and go with a reputable company and not this scam.

I love deal yard. I must have ordered 10 light fixtures within a couple months and everything came on time, or even before the estimated ship date. Never a problem with anything. I did order through deal yard on eBay though. I figured nobody on eBay wants a bad score so if there were a problem it would be solved better. And I had NO problems

received an electric blanket that I did not order. Tried calling their number but a recording kept saying they were closed. Tried on line with no success. I have a blanket that I did not order and have no idea who sent it or if I am being charged.

I sent back a set of vanity lights after i had them for a month in box as they would not fit after our bathroom remodeling.They refunded my account and did NOT CHARGE me a restocking fee. I really appreciate that.

Horrible return policy, would never buy from this site again. Return would have cost half the price of the item, that’s ridiculous! Amazon should remove them due to their return policy as it does NOT align to an Amazon Prime experience!

I had an issue with a product ordered and Dealyard resolved the issue within hours. Their customer service is exemplary and there will be no hesitation on my part to order from them again.

Should not be allowed to sell on amazon. Poor Customer service and poor return policy that they only tell you after shipping items.Avoid!!!
