Love the goodie selections for Chinese new year! Costco is amazing. This location is super busy, but I’m always happen when I’m shopping here. Love it. The locals love it. No complaints, not even the long line bothers me!

We usually love everything we get at Costco and their prices, and this year our absolute favorite item was the Snoopy Christmas tree! It was also great for Frida Panda to pose with and wish all a Merry Chrismukkah! 🐾🐼 ♥️I also prefer this location because it feels less hectic… although it can still be very busy, it is somehow more manageable than other locations west of it.

I went with my neighbor. I normally go to bj's. I was quite impressed with their variety. The store was extremely crowded, but I didn't like they didn't take my credit card, but I used my bank card. "ANYWAY"I've found some great snacks for my pescatyrian lifestyle.I would recommend this place

Great products, prices, but very overcrowded and long lines however cashiers are fast and efficient.You would think self checkout at the food court would make the process faster, but get ready to wait 20-40 min for your ticket to be called. No blames towards the workers in the kitchen, the problem is the system. It was fine when it was just the cash registers upfront.My biggest complaint and maybe I don’t know the whole story, were the managers standing around yelling at the busy employees, pretending to help but making everything stressful and chaotic. The employees faces just look disgruntled, it’s laughable yet sad. At the regular lines a manager had the audacity to be passive aggressive to his ONLY worker trying to control the lines. He was saying “why don’t you sit don’t, calm don’t, see all better?” Meanwhile the employee he was talking to ignored him. Managers HELP them, you useless a-holes.

No more going to that sardine place. Gets too crowded, you can’t move around anymore. Second the prices is no longed competitive . Any other convenient shop or supermarket would be better. Thirdly, the most ridiculous thing they putting more restrictions on the membership card/ household person. Because of that I’m no longer stepping into that place after being regular customer for 13 years .

Y'all need to expand into the almost-empty Source Mall next door, 'cause you've certainly outgrown this location. Sunday here sucks.Also, you can turn the old location into a gas station, so I don't have to make an excuse to drive 30 miles out of my way to Long Beach so I can get cheap gas.

Aside from the problem with parking, as anyone and their mom is coming to this Costco from the area, it is a good place, with fast service in their checkout lanes, as well as great options for food available. Not all Costco locations are created equal and this place has a good amount of local favorites and items that aren't found elsewhere. They have improved on the staff and so far, all staff are not just courteous, but also fair. Now the people who come are always abrasive and it is a pain to deal with them with your sanity intact. However, it's a great store that reflects the greater corporate culture.

I sometimes tag along with my family and am surprised by how much items are available. I LOVE the grapes. It's always crunchy and it has never disappointed. The prices are reasonable, and you can buy big bundles for pretty cheap prices. I always look forward to getting a little cheap snack at the end of the purchases ;)

Really big one . Lots of space. Huge parking lot. Maintain social distance. Product display organized each and everything. Lot of product in store. Lots of selection. Not too much crazy place. Everyone pass happy time with there shopping . Price always not too high. Restroom available, and its really clean and fresh. They have lots of promotion with each and every product . There fruits really good price and very fresh. I am really happy to go there and buy lots of thing. There membership plan also on and now if you took membership they give you one case water free . 👌

It's a Costco, they're pretty much identical in size and layout across the nation. However, this one is ALWAYS packed. Come at 10am on a Sunday right when it opens and it's already packed with a line outside. Come on a random Tue afternoon and it's somehow also packed. Come on a weekend afternoon and you can't even get into the place it's so packed.Despite having a massive parking lot, there's no place to park most of the time because it's so packed, so you just wait 10 minutes for someone else to leave. Once you get inside, good luck finding anything because it's so packed it'll take you 10 minutes just to get down an isle.Basically, you're going to dread going to the place, but since there aren't any others close by, you're stuck going here if you want the Costco bulk savings.

Just a normal costco style costco. It’s very large so it will be more efficient to make a shopping list before hand and search up on Costco’s official website to see where the thing you wanna buy is located.The 18 inch pizza only costs 10 dollars there and huge ice cream is only for 2. Very worth it. Remember to dial them beforehand if you wanna buy the pizza to avoid ~20 minutes wait.

What can you say? It's Costco! Great selection and great customer service! The only bad thing is parking on weekends. The GM Mike is great and does his best to make you feel like a valued customer. Had an issue with tires that went bad in under 12,000 miles which cost about $150 each for over $600 total which the Tire Manager did not want to honor the road hazard warranty because I did not come in during the height of Covid to rotate tires. Seemed liked the typical corporate move to save money and evade responsibility, but when Mike got involved, he handled the problem like a pro. Two Thumbs up for Westbury Costco!

Never thought I’d have to leave a bad review for Costco but this Costco is a nightmare!! Impossible to park in the overcrowded poorly designed parking lot. Could spend 20 minutes waiting behind cars just to move through a lane. The store is so crowded there’s traffic jams in every aisle, you can’t move your cart, can’t park your cart to look at anything, and lines down the center of the store all the way to the back. This store is crowded even on week days. It’s honestly not even worth it to shop here. AVOID this location!!

So I try to organize my shopping cart to make it easier for the cashier to simply scan UPC symbols without taking BIG and HEAVIER items out.NEW STORE POLICY!!! everything out of cart and goes on the belt. Absoloutly Absurd!Oh well, will be shopping there much much less now.

I love Costco products quality and the reasonable price and the parking lot. But not their policy of the card. That’s bad that supposed you and your wife is a member now she can’t go neither you and you sent your family member with one of your card to by something for you which they don’t allow. This really bad. NYC people with job it hurts us.

Finding a parking in the Westbury plaza, especially during Costco operating hours is a big hazzle.With that said, shopping at Costco Westbury is always a delight. It's a bigger format than that at Melville. The produce and flowers are fresh most of the times. Staff are extremely welcoming and friendly.

Good question, I was in this place over 8 years. But this morning, I was buying a pizza and pass through checking place. But a white lady was watching on the phone and she forgot keep putting item on the conveyor belt. Then a black lady Costco cashier said those word below: excuse me, lady. Are you nerd? Put your stuff on the table please…… I was shock …..even she said was right. But she is kindly offense for the white lady. Because it is 9:20 am there is no waiting behind the white lady. So why the cashier yelling to her? Bad mood in Tuesdays? Oh come on….. first time see this in Costco….. so if you were me, what would you for that? Give that white lady some mercy please.

A nice Costco. Very crowded as always. Can barely find parking in their parking lot the size of a small state. Very unhappy they didn’t have nectarines today and their peaches all looked terrible so no good alternative. The mangos were all green too. I guess I have to wait a week or two to eat them? And why doesn’t Costco have coconut milk anymore? Just coconut water 🤢🤮And no organic sprouted oatmeal anymore? Why not?? Anyway the Costco was I guess a worse than normal visit. NotAlly they have good mangos and nectarine choices. Although today they did have organic grapes which seems to be a new thing now and not even that pricy! And their organic blueberries today look amazing!! So not all bad. But that’s why I’m giving 4 stars and not less!!

Don't worry about the line outside to enter the store.. they limit the number of shoppers which makes the warehouse and registers empty and your shopping trip as fast as you can find your items.Volume has decreased significantly over the past few months but avoid on the weekends. Weekday shopping trips are quick. Picked up supplies for a major chili cookout,, enjoy pics.

During checkout today, i was having difficulty checking out. I was with my mother and we asked a gentleman to assist us with the checkout. The gentleman gave us a rude attitude and said “read the machine , read the machine , read the machine” , but my mothers native language is not English so she clearly did not fully understand the text. We put our card in, inserting it though the card reader and it got declined. The gentleman proceeds with a rude comment and a nasty attitude saying “you should check with your bank and take care of your bills. You probably didn’t pay your last payment so you can’t pay for this.” It just perplexes me that he had the audacity to say such a rude comment. Honestly this caught me off guard and I should have said something back hindsight. Very rude staff member at the self checkout today. Very upsetting considering how I’m always raving about how good Costco is but today changed my mind.

Very busy as always. The customer service is more what I would call customer disservice. General attitude with everyone who works there is dismal. From the greeter who happened to be a grumpy senior grinch who likes to yell at customers entering rather than greet them, to the people who work at the returns area who thinks all customers are out there to run away with the merchandise - it’s a surprise how the management runs this place! Anyways being disrespected and belittled by the employees here is not how anyone would like to be treated.
