EVERY time you go into this place it looks like this you can only shop half the store. Because you can't get through all the aisles.

messy inside.. vestibule is dirty, dusty, merchandise has been out there a while... layers of dirt prove that.. store seems to be not taken care of, maybe they dont have enough staff.. but its bad.... carts all over filled with product.. carts full of boxes.. shelves are awful and things just thrown all over.. hand written notes all over the entry doors about hand baskets being taken and needing to be returned. they have NO bags.. another handwritten sign on door stating this as well. why no bags? then another hand-written note saying no vaping in store... so unprofessional. needs cleaning and decluttering. im sure it could be a great store!

This place usually always has what you are looking for unless it Involves fresh products. If they did have fresh foods I would shop here instead of Walmart which is a horrible place. Especially the Herkimer Walmart. That is another review however. This place is great the people are for the most part always nice and for being a dollar general it is run way better then most dollar generals.

They have a lot more items than when I worked for them. But very hard to find the Clean Shower daily shower cleaner. I love this spray cause u take ur shower, spray & walk away. I haven't scrubbed my tub/shower in 8 years since I've been using this spray

Went into this store two days ago and asked an employee if they had any fans her reply was “no we sold out of fans two weeks ago” uh ok? If you sell out of fans in the dead middle of the summer shouldn’t you restock them? I would believe so. Apparently they don’t restock anything very often at this store. The freezers and coolers were empty. No children’s toothpaste. Very disappointed.

EVERY time you go to this store, the stock carts block aisles, products, etc. You cannot take a cart down any aisle because of it.. frustrating because I would like to contribute to our local community store

It is nice to have someplace in West Winfield to go for essentials but inasmuch as they replaced the only grocery store in town, they should have more food options. I went in looking for whole wheat bread or whole wheat rolls. No luck, only pasty white bread. There are no fresh vegetables and many people are very disappointed because that option had been dangled to residents before Dollar General moved in. They should provide more to their customers.

This store destroyed the only grocery store in the whole town. The company issued a gag order against the mayor of West Winfield and prevented the people from knowing that Dollar General was going to replace Great American. I spoke of this to the cashier of the store and she was extremely rude and was also prejudice due to the fact that I was autistic, and that I saw her snickering to her friends about my autism. My relatives who went to the store recently discovered that the same cashier has a confederate flag tattoo on her arm, and that gave me the conclusion that she is a white supremacist in regards to people with disabilities. I will be calling the main headquarters and issue a formal complaint about her prejudice behavior and her tattoo.

Need to fix your coolers quicker and have more dairy products. More food would be good too since West Winfield doesn't have grocery store. Staff friendly

For a store that comes into a small town, you would think they would have a better food selection. They should have a better food selection. Because it's so limited, I won't be coming back

It's a nice new store however they are not doing an adequate job of having basic goods in stock and most of the time it's hard to navigate the store with stocking carts blocking the isle's.

What a mess can’t get thru isles carts of supply’s plugging isles everywhere. One person cashing out have to wait and wait in lines. Not a good experience. Store needs more help.

Well stocked and offers more grocery items then other dollar generals. No produce. The staff are friendly.

It has been 3 weeks since a milk delivery has been made to this store. It is our main shopping center for our elderly this is not right.

Most of the items are made in china. Store is understaffed which result is theft. Cops are always there.Avoid this store.
