I shop here daily, the prices are good, either the same price as most other grocery stores or less. The staff is kind and friendly, but the produce could be better in terms of fruits and vegetables as sometimes they are either moldy or mushy. Overall it is a good store to shop for goods and necessities.

Kind staff, clean, orderly, great selection...thank you. I love it! I just wish it was not on a mountain top. Oh well, if it wasn't located on a peak it would be packed. Great job!

I have a good friend of mine who's retired from the Army he retired as a sergeant master one of my best friends and I thank him and his comrades for their service and it wasn't for them we wouldn't have the freedom that we have today but anyhow I really enjoy going there and I really enjoy West Point

West Point is about a 45 minute drive for me, so I don't usually come here like I would a regular grocery store. Some of the prices are inline with a normal store or maybe a buck cheaper, but there are a ton of items that are much cheaper. The prices on meat can't be beat either.

The service by staff is outstanding from register to floor. The exchange space is impeccably clean, the shelves and products are displayed in orderly and attractive fashion. Prices are reasonable but sales specials are of incredible value.

There is a reward card you can collect points on your purchase. I'm just starting to use it but what I know is that you can use the points like cash when you buy things here.

Terrible service… I had ordered a cake for my daughter birthday and I explained I wanted a 2 tier cake very clear and when I picked it up it was a 1 tier cake. That was a big mistake because I knew it was not enough for the birthday party. But nothing they can do but I just had to purchase cupcakes to make it up.Never again will order again from there.

We visit family here often, and whenever we come into town there are 10 of us to feed, so having this commissary close by definitely helps with our food budget. We appreciate the selection and prices, especially during the holidays, and it’s convenient location to the gate, Exchange, and gas station. 👏🏽 Just make sure to play close attention to their holiday hours.

Best prices in town with everything you need from fresh produce, lunch meats, and bakery. The staff is extremely friendly and the butchers go out of their way to help you find what you need. They also cut to order most meats. Only thing that might be slightly inconvenient is that they close on mondays... but you can always plan around that.

West Point commissary is clean and convenient. I have been in here several times and it was never heavily crowded. I come from far when I am attending to appointments so it is very nice to be able to knockout errands while here. It is in the same area as the PX, which has a USAA bank inside and the shoppette/gas on the other end.

I've always enjoyed shopping at the West Point commissary. Fair prices, very good selection of items. Nice to see that they're carrying more vegan options. Friendly cashiers and baggers.

Smaller than other bases, but an overall good selection. Produce has always been and continues to be a weak point for Commissary shopping. This one is no different. The prices on most items are far better than other stores. It's a great value proposition. The staff is friendly, but tipping baggers to take the food 30 yards to your cart is still annoying.

West Point is beautiful most people don't even realize aside from the place being so nostalgic that it's just gorgeous there you can get day passes and go in and visit the base and there are just beautiful things to look at go down by the water which is a huge Lake and have a picnic they actually have their own RV park down by the water so you can actually get a pass and bring an RV there for like the weekend it's really nice and let's not forget Michie Stadium let it go and watch some football yay

Has the foods you need and will get it for you if you ask. Friendly staff and well organized products. With no taxes, you usually get the best prices. The meat section is usually displayed with fresh meat and cut to order. They even have an aisle for foreign foods. They also have fresh sushi and every flavor of MRE available. You can shop here as long as you have a valid military ID.

The location was a little out of the way but prices and selection were terrific
