Don’t expect to find a wide variety of restaurants here, they only have a burger king. However, I did receive high level of customer service quality from Mr. De la Rosa who was super helpful making sure I found everything I was looking for. You’ll find public restrooms here.

Modest exchange service thats integrated with a Clothing & Sales (Located in the back-right). Offers selections of clothing, tactical equipment, shoes, camping, outdoors equipment, workout appearal and gear, electronics, etc. Prices are known to be averagely the same as most Px Exchanges.Facility currently only has one resturaunt (Burger King)Facility offers USAA services for bankingThere is a plaque and coin memorabilia shop adjacent to the ExchangeThere is a Shoppette across the street from the Px which sells gas, and a commisary as well. Both of which are decent in size and offer plenty of necessities.

I had to come up to West Point for some appointments & decided to stop by the clothing & sales & let me just say; they were exceptional! The staff was so friendly & helpful. They helped me make sure I got everything to correct size and exactly what I needed for commissioning. Entire facility was clean & organized.

The exchange is always a good place to shop on post, albeit this is pretty much the only place to shop on West Point. With that being said they still offer a lot here, not everything like other exchanges but most of it. There’s always good deals and the staff is kind and friendly.

The West Point alterations/cleaners at the West Point exchange were fabulous. I work out of Albany and needed my dress uniform service stripes updated. He was so kind and did it on the spot. What great service.

It would be nice if the Exchange and the Commissary had the same price for the identical items that were being sold at each location. I do miss the days when both the Commissary and Exchange priced everything using a cost plus a fixed percentage model.

The exchange is trying to force it's customers to use the self checkout. Sorry not happening! I don't work for Aafes , I won't get a discount for using self checkout and I'm sure they won't give me a 1099 at the end of the year.

A little smaller than i thought it would be since its location at the Army West Point Academy.Has plenty inside, well stocked and the prices are good...no tax makes it awesome. Friendly folks, food court...rather limited, older facility...but, so glad its here. :)

Last year we bought hanging plants that were absolutely beautiful. I was very pleased. I asked my husband if we could take a ride down to see if I'd have the same opportunity. Lo' and behold they just put the plants out this morning. Such a lovely selection, decent price and were plentiful. I purchased 7 of them. Now my battle will be with the neighborhood deer!

I went there on a whim to look for the AGSU, they had it! Every person I talked to, and I talked to at least four people, was extremely helpful and friendly! They were also very knowledgeable! I am thoroughly amazed and thankful because I most certainly was not prepared and they literally walked me through the entire process. Thank you!!

Waited 20 minutes for my curbside pickup order did the whole questionnaire Told me to wait in my car. I decided to call the number on the curbside spot and it sent me to a voice message saying that they weren’t receiving calls at this time. Needless to say went in to pick up my order and there were 3 associates standing around. Don’t waste your time with the curbside it’s faster to get out your car and get it

The general ease of use of this store coupled with the benefit of tax savings is hard to pass up, the staff are generally pretty great and always helpful if you can find someone near the area in which you have a question. These days there appears to still be a shortage of product in some sections, but all in all a great store with a good shopping experience.

Pretty standard exchange, customer service always professional, that's why a 4 star rating over a 3 star. Limited choices and not always the most competitive prices, not like it use to be. Only real benefit is no taxes, only in main exchange though.

I do not live near the exchange let me start off with. Kathleen Litterer went above and beyond trying to help me out. I explained to her that I had been taken for a ride when trying to get last years Army Navy game jersey for the 25th Infantry Division. She wrote back immediately letting me know that they did not have any in, but she would keep an eye out just in case. 2 weeks passed and Army unveils the 2021 tribute to the Special Forces and the war on terror. Within minutes there was an email in my inbox from her letting me know that jerseys were on the floor ready to be bought. I immediately got on and bought one for me, my brother, and my son who is trying to go to West Point. She is should be recognized on all levels. She went way overboard to make sure I was satisfied, and I am not even in the same state. Thank you so much Mrs. Litterer.

I enjoy this place I go down with a good friend of mine who retired from the Army as a sergeant master and when he goes down if I'm able to go with him I enjoy going down to West Point I love this place

Really less than 1 star but the app will not let me give less.The rest rooms st the West Point Exchange were a disgrace. They smelled as if the floor had been mopped with water from the an unflushed toilet. The handicap toilet was filthy. There was no soap at any of the sinks.There was a sign that bragged of their clean restrooms and said to tell management if there was a problem. I was not able to walk all the way back to the service desk so did not tell them. But surely I was not the only person to notice. Yuck.

Great place! The only thing is the clothing department was a little unorganized and they don't have many extra small/small/medium sized options. You do need a DoD license to purchase anything but anyone can go in and look around.

The px itself is small but good, very nice staff!However the Tacobell in the px is the worst one I have ever been to! Terrible service! Food was being served out of bags right off the line. The customer line was long for a while and the food took 26 min and half of it was cold when I got it. Save yourself the troubles!

Outstanding customer service! Everyone was wearing their West Point shirt in support of the game today. Very awesome! The staff definitely seemed happy to be there!

I love the exchange. Every once and a while they will have a one day military special and it's always the best price by far ! The selection is great here , from beef jerky to sneakers they have it all .
