The Indian/Bengali guy taking orders yesterday tried to sell me a $7.49 cup of bites after I ordered a whole cinnamon pretzel advertised for $4 and change on his menu. When I told him again, he said "I can't sell you a whole pretzel", I asked why and he said "because of the system". He sounded totally offhanded and fake. It was Sunday 11/5/22 at 7PM. I ended up not buying anything. Never coming back.

The Indian guy was very rude last night I ordered over 40 bucks worth of stuff he did not hear me say a number two which comes with a drink who in the world going to order two the pretzel dogs without one of them being a drink $40 worth of stuff or more without one of them coming with a drink he wanted to charge me a extra $5 for the lemonade when I showed him both receipts where we spent $40 he just didn't make it a number two and was very rude about it so I'm making a report and I have both receipts 1 for $31.25 and the other is $10.60 if he didn't hear me all I asked him to do was let me pay the difference in cost but he said no I have to pay 5 more dollars....that's ridiculous when he just saw my family was at the cart I walked aways 5 steps and came back and asked for for drink... smh poor service on his part...and I see others have said the same about him ..... he obviously doesn't have costumer service skills 🙄😒

The taste was ok. But the price…. Paid almost $7 for 1 wetzel dog which is 1 sausage wrapped in dough. The price is ridiculous.

Terrible experience 1st floor wretzel pretzel, gave the lady 10-12 min to show up thought it was enough time for her to use a bathroom, 3 other customers showed up and she still didnt show up such a loss in customers should hire more then one person to take charge when other one disappears on stand.

Got food poisoning from their Dog Bites. 45min after eating, I felt extremely lightheaded, weak, and my whole body felt numb and I got the "pins and needles" feeling all over. This lasted for almost 2hrs.
