I love the store and the people who work there are amazing. Always helpful, store is always clean. My only complaint is that the quality of the clothes seems to be going downhill. I feel like for the price I pay, the clothes could be better quality.

I’m plus sized, 18-20 depending on the item. This store is very expensive! I personally shop at cheaper places because my style just needs comfort. BUT, the staff is always SUPER FRIENDLY! They make you feel welcome, whether you’re browsing or buying. I never feel insulted, which surprisingly happens @ other stores. THEIR BRAS are amazingly comfortable and fair priced! I understand not every store is gonna be cheap so I do appreciate the other aspects, customer service is a big deal ! I’m glad that L*ne Bry*nt closed because this company deserves all the $$$ for their hard work

I have not been to a mall in over a year and my first trip out was to make a return. I always get nervous when returning for some reason but it went super smooth. Torrid is a very welcoming store and my experience was pleasant.

I travelled to this location from about an hour way in CT...the woman working was super friendly and helpful, I had gone to return something and it was significantly over the normal timeframe for typical returns AND was purchased using a third party (PayPal) so typically you'd be denied even store credit but this woman went above and beyond to accommodate me and even helped me pick out other items as an exchange essentially. Excellent customer service, will definitely continue shopping here!!

Went shopping today for a dress. And was pleasently surprised to not only find a dress but the ladies working there were very helpful. Not only reassuring me that the dressed looked good on me but i could also over hear them encouraging other women on how they looked too. And i wasnt just a sales tactic to just sell the product. The ladies were engaging in conversation with the customers and really creating a positive vibe in the store. Not over bearing. But not ignoring the customer either.

The store was in disarray. The sales girls were very friendly but not super helpful. The selection was mediocre. I purchased two bras, one of which has left me with an infection. I reached out to the company’s customer service line and again friendly but not very helpful. They told me it’s an issue I need to take back up with the store.

If I can give one star I would horrible customer service. I came all the way to this store due to me hearing about a wider selection of clothing. I wish I can put no stars. This shopping experience was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered with. I will definitely be reaching out to customer service and upper management. I'm so glad I was able to be the 1st to review this store.

If I can give no star it would be better. This store has no variety but I still shop there for somethings but what I really don't like about this store at this store in the mall is you have the people that work there and there friends hanging out and not helping customers and to top it off if i never so how rasict people in a department store can be till now. I saw several white people come in and get totally ignored and every one else get help and just in case I'm a Hispanic women so all in all I'm not for that and I think I'll stick to shopping at the to store in Bay plaza
