The Staff here are just Awesome so friendly and willing to help. There VIP program can get you free blocks there are even events where you can build a Lego model and take it home when the events and times are available. I would definitely recommend coming to this Lego Store.

I just wanted to say how AMAZING this Lego store is. I live about an hour away so this isn’t my usual or closest Lego store so it was actually my first time visiting. Liam and another employee (can’t remember his name) were very welcoming and knowledgeable! They greeted us as soon as we entered the store and recommended so many sets to us. Even showed us the digital builds of most sets. The manager Duane was also super nice to me and my family. As we walked out of the store my son said to me it’s his favorite Lego store because everyone was “so cool” and immediately asked when can we come back. Thank you to everyone at this store that made our day a little extra special- YOU ARE AWESOME. Will definitely be traveling back to this location soon!

Requisite stop for everyone with kids . Amazing selections and kits to build so many types of models. All parents love the hours our kids spend on legos and off screens but bemoan the hours cleaning small pieces and the prices . Have fun, spend the money and don’t step on the pieces at home.

Amazing Lego store, even among other high quality Lego stores in the Tri State area! Richelle, Matt O., Kenneth, and Joe are all super friendly and knowledgeable about Lego sets. It's obvious these staff members are passionate about Lego and this job. This store is also among the larger ones in this region, it sounded like, where more of the highly sought after sets are actually in stock during a double VIP point weekend, including all the current Ultimate Collector Series Star Wars sets, the Titanic, Home Alone, Ghostbusters Ecto 1, the Formula 1 race car, and many, many more. Highly recommend this incredible Lego store to Lego fans of all ages and tastes! This mall is also very cool, with an indoor ferris wheel and an indoor 4-story climbing gym.

Favorite LEGO store in US!The kids always take us to their stores wherever we travel but this one feels home thanks to their incredibly friendly and supportive staff.They also have lots of hands on activities all the time.

This review is definitely overdue. I went there in early January and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I lost my receipt to do the survey, but Richelle helped me the most when I was searching for a specific minifigures for a gift. She was absolutely fantastic. The rest of the staff were attentive to incoming customers and tried to ensure Covid safety by following their store policy protocols. Thanks again for helping me!

I'm in a trance in this place. Bought a few sets for myself here. It's beautifully designed and simple in layout. Love the open space concept. They carry a good selection for kids and adults. Staff is super helpful if you need. Prices are typical Lego prices, but I have found some good sales.

This is, by far, my favorite store to go to. Even if I'm just looking. The staff is great, every single one of them, and they can answer any questions you might have. Their build a minifig station is loaded with awesome items and the store is always well stocked.

Staff is beyond rude. Yelled at my 3yo and then at me because her mask was a tad under her nose. Next day they had a line, limiting capacity to 28 people even though COVID capacity limits in NY were lifted over a year ago. Beyond stupid. They forget that this is a children’s store and kids come in to have fun, not to be mask policed and yelled at by underpaid workers out in a power trip. Won’t be back here again. Wish you all the luck with your store.

One of the few stores were adults can be kids again. The carry a wide variety of Lego products for all ages. Make sure to sign up for their monthly calendar of events. The CSRs are friendly are knowledgeable about their products.

The Lego experience in the Palisades Lego Store was one of the best. I went in for one item, walked out with another hard-to-find item. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. I would enjoy going back to the Palisades Lego Store.
