I called for assistance from a screen twice, I didn't get anybody; I walked away from that department, I found a team member and asked him about a small couch on display. He was most willing to help and came to see it right away. He checked around both the gray couches with his scanner, but couldn't find any bar code or price tag to see the price. I asked if he could take a picture of the couch and ask someone in the storage room to see if there is any couch there; he did, but came back and told me they don't have any left.At least this one employee was great, his name is Adrian.

Terrible experience. Do not buy anything expensive here, or better yet anything at all. Purchased a Meta Quest 2 two days ago and went to return it. They refused to take it back because the one that THEY sold ME had mismatched serial numbers on the box and on the product. Basically told me to get lost. $280 down the drain. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy anything worth more than $20 from a Target store, that’s all they seem to be good for.

Went here during my visit to the pallisades Mall on Wednesday April 10th 2024. Walked in via the inside entrance of the mall on the 4th floor. Was in there to perhaps look at a gift for mother's day and for my dad. First off walked in and the aisles were very messy. looking at other reviews, it appears that they are understaffed, or something. I have a target close to home that i go to, and it is much better than this. Although didn't walk around the whole store, could have also been busy because it was circle week this past week with deals and discounts galore! also i'm surprised to find that they barely had an entertainment section, unless there was more somewhere else in the store. also didn't look as much because i had bags in my hand that were getting heavy, so that's more me. Anyways Hope to check out this location another time!

It has mostly the same products as all Target locations. If you're looking for a particular item, you can order online and have curbside pickup. If you're looking for the value items at the very front, you may have to visit different locations due to supply and demand. With holidays coming, don't forget the value Christmas ornaments at the back, and again, you may have to check different locations. They go fast.

Very messy, nothing was zoned. There was ketchup packets burst on the floor by the front door and shoe boxes and visible debris all over the floor. Even loose tags were strewn about. My fiancé possibly found feces in the sink but did not snap a picture of it. Not one team member greeted me or helped me. Very disappointed at the way things are at this Target. I love Target and this is the only one I’ve been to that had my jaw drop at how bad it was there In cleanliness and guest service. I’ve been to this one before but only for electronics and they were very helpful and nice, and thier department was actually clean. The rest of the store I can’t say the same for. If I could give 0 stars I would. :/

This is the very first Target I visited in my life before they became commonplace way back in the nineties. Not sure how it is now, but cool stuff nonetheless. Hope it's still good. If not, cool. But I visited when you could still buy SNES, Genesis, N64, Ps1, cathode tube tvs. Good times. Wish I could go back.

My experience at Target was fairly average. The store layout was clear and organized, making it easy to navigate through the aisles. However, the availability of certain products I was looking for was hit or miss. The customer service was satisfactory, but not outstanding — staff were helpful when approached, but not very proactive in offering assistance.One of the positive aspects was the pricing; I found some good deals and competitive prices on various items. The checkout process was smooth, and the self-checkout option was convenient for a quicker exit. On the downside, I did notice that the store could get quite empty, which affected the overall feel of the shopping experience.Target's range of products is diverse, but the specific items I was hoping to find were not always in stock. While it's a reliable option for general shopping, it doesn't always fulfill specialized needs. Taking all these factors into consideration, a 3 out of 5 rating seems appropriate. It's a decent store with room for improvement in terms of product availability and proactive customer service.

Literally the worst target to do drive up orders with. Made an order hours in advance was the only car there for the pick up and I ended up getting like 4 items from a $200 grocery order. When I noticed when I got home I had to call repeatedly to finally get someone to answer to be told that they couldn’t find the items and would have to reshop for the missing items while I sat in the parking lot and waited an additional 45 mins. The lack of any care with these employees is absurd. I would much rather drive further from my home to never have to deal with this target and it’s incompetent employees again. Extremely disappointed and Target as a company should be ashamed of this target and it’s employees as well.

Went to this Target 2 different days looking for an item that is in stock through their app. When I asked an associate they said they don't know where it is. When I came back a different day asked a different associate he knew exactly where the item was, in the stock room. Associates were also hiding merchandise in the stockroom for certain people and giving it to them when it hits clearance (Overheard an associate and a guest talking).

The drive up used to be great during Covid but now they don’t even have the correct order half the time and today there aren’t even the numbered signs for the parking spaces. The store is slightly less messy than it used to be but it still looks like a dump most days, especially on the nights and weekends. The cashiers are usually very nice though.

Can you give a negative star ? I ordered car side because I have a new born and it’s just easier to have it brought to my car. I will there were absolutely no spots for the pick up! So in the app it says specifically “can’t find a spot? Park up front with your hazards on!”So we did that. Sat there for about an hour. My fiancé went into the store and got told our order was cancelled because that’s not where the car side pick up is!And I received an email saying “as I requested your order has been cancelled.” I DIDNT CANCEL MY ORDER. I DID AS YOUR APP INSTRUCTED ME TO AND YOUR STORE/EMPLOYEES CANCELED MY ORDER AND DIDNT EVEN LET US KNOW!If my fiancé hadn’t gone into the store we could have sat there for such a long time!Now items that I NEEDED I HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER STORE TO PURCHASE!I will not be returning!

I went to target and had to breastfeed my child. The fitting room is also a nursing room as displayed, and I was denied access to the nursing room. Luckily Macys let me use their fitting room to nurse my baby.The employer closed the fitting room at 6:00pm. My child doesn’t stop eating after 6:00pm. And for those saying why not give the baby a bottle, I tried, and they didn’t want it since they’re mostly a breastfed baby.

Literally worst target ever!! I went there today and bought some pimple patches and on the car, I looked at the receipt and realized that they charged me for three patches even though I only scanned it once obviously there’s something wrong with the scanning machine, so I called the department for target and I asked them if there was a way I can like prove to them to get my money back and they just ignored me and none of them answered and then when I finally got someone, they literally just hung up on me and did not even say anything. I said well I was there. I a really nice shirt and when I picked it up, it was a cockroach inside and it was still alive!

I made an online pick up order here during a camping trip. Although 1 item I ordered said it was in stock but was then told it wasn't via email, when I went into the store itself I found that item.Kira at the in store pick up was EXCELLENT. She was kind, courteous, and helpful. She walked me through everything patiently to complete my order.5 snaps for Kira! Fantastic customer service.

I received a notification from my bank that someone used my card to make a purchase at this location. I called them to cancel it and explain that its fraud. Several departments hung up on me because “it wasnt there department” instead of transferring me to the right one. I called corporate and they were unable to help either. Sent me a confirmation e mail just to confirm they couldn’t help me. Now the purchase went through and its going to take forever to get that money back. You have to be useless and incompetent and have the worst customer service to work at target of nyack. Also target doesn't have a system in place to protect you against fraud. They tell you to take it up with your bank. Even if the charge is pending.

The dirtiest, most disorganized, mess of a Target store second only to the Spring Valley dirty store. The worst experience. I have done several surveys over time to inform them of the mess, but all they say is sorry, but never correct the problems.
