I called Sunday for some help on a lifelong heart ring and the woman who answered was extremely helpful. I think her name was Catherine, She had what I was looking for and also put out a few additional options just in case I didn't want what I originally intended to buy. Took my lady out here and got her the ring and earrings she wanted for her birthday. The staff there was very helpful and assisted with any questions we had. She got a free necklace based on the gifts I got her, she was really happy! Will definitely come here again with her soon!

Any brick and morter needs to step up to compete with online. That means if you do not have it at your store, you should instantly have every stores stock listing. That way you can offer to have the other store hold it, ship it to you or to the store you are currently in. If Swarovski has this it was not offered.
