Alright I’m gonna start off saying how dirty this store was, the sample make-up pallets were absolutely filthy on display trash all over the floor in the store. The workers looked very tired and overworked, at least they accepted our return unlike the ones in Kohl’s, doesn’t make sense how you can’t return Sephora items that were bought online at a Sephora Kohl’s 🤦.

Isaiah took the time to help me navigate products as I was overwhelmed after leaving the kohls Nanuet Sephora store, where the girl had no interest in helping me. I purchased several products, mainlyBecause Isaiah was helpful and focused on what I was saying. Even though the store was busy, he was dedicated to seeing me through the difficulty I was experiencing.

Terrible customer service. The associates were very rude, nobody came up to help me even though they were just standing talking between themselves and when I asked for help she had an attitude.

I'm a big fan of Sephora stores , but in this location there is an Asian old dude with a long hair, he don't know how service the customer especially in the perfume section, he only has one option, I saw like hundreds of gorgeous perfumes out there, sorry Sephora, always perfume section needs a qualify guy or girl or they or he or she or whatever. I wanted to buy a perfume then I left the store upset.

WOOF. This store may as well be a Rite-Aid.While visiting my sister, we went to the mall to kill some time. There were a reasonable amount of associates walking around (only 1 bothered to ask if I needed help - I didn't) but products were toppled over on shelves, on the floor, etc. What a mess. Only 2 associates on the registers with a line that didn't move.I truly love Sephora but I'd rather crawl through a tunnel of broken glass than shop at this location ever again. Save your energy and shop online.

I was checking out but forgot to get something as it was my turn, I asked the cashier if she could hold my stuff for me and she said okay, as I was quick. When I came back there were two girls checking out with the same person which I didn’t have a problem with, then the lady at the cashier told me I needed to get in line even when she made it sound like she could hold it for me while I was grabbing my item. I'm very disappointed in my experience today. I waited in line very patiently for 10 minutes to exchange my concealer. I was then sent back into the store to find the product that I needed. After finding it and returning to the counter I was ignored until the que was cleared. I then asked if I was expected to wait in line again after she clearly took the white man who forced his way foreword taking his daughters product out of her hand as if I was trying to skip the line. The cashier looked at me as if she had no idea she sent me back into the store

I give this store 5 stars because of Carolyn on Friday, July 15, 22. @ 6:30 pm. I can't remember the spelling of her name but she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the products I purchased. The moment I walked into the store it became a pleasure shopping because of this young lady. Thank you for educating me on tips on how to apply eye shadow and the fragrance I purchased. You are awesome.... BTW, Sephora u should be ashamed of yourselves for not allowing PERFUME SAMPLES. WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON WITH U GUYS.....? NO SAMPLES. REALLY.

The two ladies who helped my daughter were extremely thoughtful and kind, they gave helpful suggestions. The cashier was a bit snooty and seemed like she did not want to be there. Checkout process was quick though.

Went to the mall and I knew what I wanted just NOT which company had. I was greeted by Gabby. And she was AMAZING, EXTRAORDINARY, PHENOMENAL!!! Told her what I wanted and if too-faced had it. They didn’t have what I wanted BUT she found me a product I’m in LUV WITH!!! I’ve worked in customer service for 13 years. And she is just out of this world. She was ALSO the only one to greet me. SHES WELCOMING!!! SHE JUAT HAVE THAT ORA!!!

I went to the store to order a large quantity of items for my sisters shower. I got an email 7 days AFTER placing the order saying the items were out of stock and also you can't order more than 3 of the same item online. I can't believe the manager didn't even know the rules to order online. If you want to order large quantities go to Macy's. I'm so upset right now. I can't believe it took them 7 DAYS to cancel my order. I'm truly in shock.

I went into this store two times today. Each time I went in a swatched Fenty products, walked along the aisles waiting for someone to offer help. While there were numerous employees walking about and said hi to my daughter in the stroller or even shared a joke with my husband in passing, not one person asked if they could help me; including the sales floor lead whom offered positive feedback to another associate on “closing two sales”. It seemed their customer service only extended to saying hi and hurrying away. It was an intimidating experience as I am not as versed in cosmetics other than mascara and lip gloss. Missed sale if that’s all they care about; instead of a combined build up of another women’s confidence. Never again.

I'm not giving sephora itself a negative review because I live for sephora but this location is honestly disgusting to shop at!Very sexist staff!!!Every one was looking at me because I was taking too long (mind you I spent over 300 dollars)I only took so long because no one wanted to help me locate my items.They were very undertrained, when I asked about a couple items the women that helped me was like a live ad (like if I wanted a brand representative to explain to me why I should buy that I would of called their toll free number or looked for an ad)Maybe it was just the day I went that those lifeless workers were coincidentally working together.But this place made me loose interest that day in shopping, I went in all happy and left with less items then I planned and decided to purchase them at my local friendlier, livelier sephora.

I’ve been to this Sephora plenty of times and never had an issue until today. I went to go purchase some things and the first person who rang me up didn’t even ask me if I had a beauty insider. I actually didn’t realize that until I went back because I wanted purchase another item. I went back to another person, explained everything to them and she told me to call a number..? It’s just common sense if I had just returned everything and rebought it with my beauty insider. But instead she made an exchange and only counted the extra 1 item, so the first purchase I made didn’t go through. I even told her in the beginning that I wanted to return it, then rebuy it. So I had to go back the THIRD time and explain that the points didn’t transfer from the first purchase I made.

I frequent this store given it’s convenient location as I work at the Palisades Mall. I’ve never had any trouble finding anything, because I never needed any help or wanted to distract the employees from their personal conversations. Was given a crazy attitude for asking one of the employees for a color match, and had to wait about 15 minutes for her to finish her conversation about her honeymoon with another employee to help me :-)Earlier this week, I made a makeup appointment for Sunday morning for my college graduation before opening and confirmed all the reminders. When I arrived for my appointment, early as instructed, I found the doors locked and no one in sight. I waited for about half an hour, trying to reach the store and was hung up on by whoever picked up. I had to make an appointment with another salon asap. Really ruined my morning, and almost my graduation.Save yourself from the attitude and the disrespect. The Nanuet location is so much better.

Decent. Wish they had better rewards in store and online. Ulta gives money for points which is a better deal. But I tend to get better service at sephora. The people are usually helpful.

Horrible experience. My husband usually loves to buys me perfums here and literally almost every time he has to chase employees to help him . But in Nanuet mall employees are so nice and helpful go there if you want good customer service.

I came to this Sephora for my bridal makeup, the morning of my wedding. What a mistake. I was promised that the makeup would not budge for the entire night (I knew I would cry...and did!), and THE MAKEUP START TO SMUDGE JUST AS I WAS LEAVING THE MALL. I couldn't believe it when I checked in the rear-view mirror. I also said I wanted a natural, "smoky" look, and left looking like Amy Winehouse. I am so disappointed; I would be done a better job doing my own makeup.
