Ordered online for pickup at the West Nyack location because 1 of the charms I wanted wasn't available to ship. Came to pick up the order around 7pm on a busy Sat night during the holiday season. There was a wait of 15-20 mins & an associate taking names on a tablet for a waitlist. I put my name on the list & told the associate I was going to the food court & would be back. (there's nowhere to wait outside this store, people are just standing around. I have my husband & 3yo accompanying me & I'm 7 mos pregnant) Admittedly it was more than 20 mins by the time I got back (toddler, bathroom, busy food court, slow moving pregnant lady) & was told my name was removed from the list & would have to be added back & an additional 20 mins I'd have to wait. I fully understand the store was busy but this is absurd. There has to be a better way. My order was PAID FOR sitting in a back room somewhere & there's no associate that's managing orders that were already placed & ready to go? I'm very frustrated. I'm not going back to the store & maybe I'm petty, but I'm cancelling my $150 order. It shouldn't be this hard to do an online pickup. I hope this store institutes new policies for future customers.

walked in to this store unexpectedly and didn’t know what i would find myself into. As soon as I stepped foot inside i was warmly greeted and they showed a great deal of care for my needs. found the bracelet i was looking for and they even shined it at a good price for me! I can’t express how important good customer service is for me and im very grateful i came across such lovely people here at this store. i recommend anyone to come in and get a feel for the place! 10/10 service if i could give it!

Lady at the Pandora store was very rude to begin with. She kept telling me to move in a very rude way when I wasn’t even in her way. As i was trying on a ring she asked for it back as if was going to steal it.I tried to pay with my Pandora credit card and said that it was closed. I called customer service and they said it was not closed. She gave me a number to call which wasn’t even the number to call.Never again going to this Pandora store ever again.

We always go to this mall and Linda at the pandora store is so attentive to her customers and so helpful . She is amazing ! She helped me pick out my very first bracelet and I love it so much we also picked a charm that suits me so well . She made my experience great!

If I could give zero stars I would. Came in yesterday to purchase the full little mermaid set and a young lady was very nice and asked if I had any questions to let her know. She went into the back and I approached the two lady's at that register who made eye contact with me after I said excuse me as they were scanning bar codes. One walked away to the back and the other literally grabbed her phone and did not acknowledge me. I stood there for a few seconds to only see both of them laughing at me and look away not to help. I just walked away stating you just lost my sale and will go elsewhere and they both just stood there laughing at me as I left the store. Very rude. Will not return

Came here late to avoid crowds as I’m 8 months pregnant and I’m aware of how busy they get during the holidays. Store hours posted that they close at 10:30pm, but door was locked at 9:55. There were two other customers in the store. Employee stated they’re closed. Sorry but I’ve never heard of a store claim to be closed 35 minutes early a week before Christmas. I needed a gift card— would’ve taken 5 minutes. Employee seemed incredibly rude as well.

Staff wasn't friendly at all. The energy in the store, the atmosphere was nothing like other pandoras ive been to. We were making a purchase and the employees just made us feel like we were wasting their time. The staff seemed like they didn't even like working there. Completely different experience compared to other locations .I wouldn't come back to this particular one.

I have to tell you, I've read these other reviews and can't imagine this is the same store. I have been to this location twice to make purchases for loved ones and have found the service and the staff to always be amazing. This weekend I went in to buy two specific items this and called ahead of time to make sure they had them before making the 45 minute trip. I spoke to Debbie who happens to be the Assistant Manager and she advised me that both items were in stock and that she would put them aside since I was on my way. This happened to be an hour before they were closing at 7pm and of course I hit traffic, was delayed and stressed about not making it on time. I called back and spoke to Debbie who put me at ease by immediately telling me not top worry she would wait. I got there at 7pm on the button when all the other stores were closing there doors and not only was everyone of the staff smiling and pleasant, several came up and offered me water while I was waiting for a few moments to be helped while debbie was with someone. Debbie pulled the items right out, put them in the ipad to check out and then notified me that i could basically get another item at a huge discount if I purchased and reached a specific dollar amount. I told her i felt bad keeping her there after they had closed, but she said don't worry take your time and pick out something else you want. I picked out a perfect charm for that special somebody and when she checked me out it was almost like getting the item for free! After I paid, she took some more time to explain some other promotions to me that would be available for future purposes. I cant begin to rant about how easy and pleasant my experiences have been with this location and the staff and I will continue to be a customer. Thanks Pandora!

Kywanne was the sales representative that helped me. Such a wonderful and professional young ladyShe was very patient with me and was very accommodating. I did take a while with picking out New charms but, she still was patient and very helpful. I went with my husband because a few days ago I wanted a Pandora bracelets, (I had never been in a store like this) we went in, I saw what he wanted and my husband spoke with the employee and she said to give her a minute, then two ladies came to the store after us and they quickly attended to her, my husband "perhaps she was in front of us and for X reason she left and came back" she looked for a reason because she knew that my desire was to buy, again I spoke again with the other girl and she returned to me say to wait, and another woman arrived and quickly attended to her, my husband motioned for me to leave, I felt bad and disappointed, I waited about 20 minutes and they preferred to attend to those who arrived after me, I consider this racism for being Hispanic because I don't see any other logic to what they did to us, I don't know how a "prestige" store has employees like the ones they currently serve, I'll give you some advice so that you go to that store {dress well and show that you have a lot of money to be attended to instantly} and I don't want you to tell me "call this number to fix this" because I won't, I did enough to go 20 minutes from my house and they never attended me, as if I wanted something free

I went to approach the greeter at the door to ask a question. The lady at the door was so rude and didn’t seem to want to help. She gave an attitude and honestly I didn’t even want to step into the store at this point. If the greeter was rude I can’t even imagine how the people inside would be. Terrible customer service wouldn’t go back there.

I attempted to buy several charms for my significant other braclet. Since it's the holiday season, the store was packed. I waited patiently and has several store employee pass me without mentioning to me that there was a wait list to be several. After overhearing that there was one, I politely ask to be put on it. The store employee look at me, said sure, with the clipboard in her hands ask for someone else's name and walked off.If you can avoid at least this store, do so.

Went into this particular Pandora store today with a bracelet we bought at Pandora at the American Dream Mall location. The bracelet broke after one time use. We are close to the Palisades Center so we took it in here with the receipt for exchange etc. We were told that we have to go back to the original Pandora store that we purchased it. WRONG!! They should have helped us!! Horrible service!!

Awful marketing gimmick to drive up demand where they won't let you in the store unless you add yourself to their 'wait list' at the door. They won't even let you in to look. As a guy who has already been to their stores multiple times for S.O. jewelry, I'll absoluely never be going again.

I have been calling the store for the past 5 hrs in search of a charm for my sister's birthday..i visited 2 locations, and they were sold out , so before making the trip from westchester to Nyack, i wanted to make sure the store has it... for over 5 hrs and more than 30 calls, no one answered....then at 7pm some one answered, i asked, she said yes they had it, and by then i wouldn't have made it there till the following day, so i asked to hold it, and i was basically told to hold on, that she was dealing with a customer, and for 20 mins, no one came on the phone...i tried calling back several times, and still no one answered me.... lets hope its not sold out, but at this point, i don't even feel like spending any money with this company...this is absolutely not right...... i am only rating this with one star, otherwise i wouldn't have been able to write my post..
