Had pants on display with a very visible sign showing the selling price. Go to checkout and it rings at full price. I tell the cashier and she walks with me to see that the price is shown on the table.Refused to charge me the price shown and wanted to charge FULL PRICE

I went into store with coworker just to browse and ended up buying something while my experience with the cashier I had was okay and decent and before she rang me up she did say all sales was final which gave me the opportunity to decide if I wished to go further with the purchase which I did. And am happy with the purchase. The experience my coworker had with their cashier they weren't happy./thought the cashier was rude. All I can suggest is before paying ask for the terms of sale/return policy .

Today we went to the store and we were terribly disappointed with the sellers in an unusual way.The manager and the employees of the place treated us with contempt and lostOur sale.They make shame to the shop and the name.I come regularly to this store and buy a lot of money. But this is the last time I'll go in again.I was very hurt by the manner in which the managers or employees of the place acted, and I recommend that the owner do not hire such workers anymore.This is something I will not keep silent and I must share with you.I'm totally in shook the way they talk to me next toMy dad that just want to but a short.They going to be sorry because now they lose costumer forever!! O

I actually quite like this store. Prices are great for good quality clothing. I have no problem with the employees there. They are not very friendly nor hostile. I feel like they almost have no emotion. Not really a problem but I would like a friendlier staff.

I’ll be honest I have no idea what all the low reviews are for. New Yorker is my go to store, I often have a hard time finding small enough sizes to fit me, but New Yorkers clothing fits me so well. The clothing is a reasonable price, and if you go at the right times you can get major sales. The workers are consistently friendly as well. Before you shoot it down, I would check it out

I absolutely love this store. They have such cute clothes and they're so cheap. I'm curvy but not plus size so finding clothes for my body type can be challenging. New Yorker always has flattering clothes and they're so affordable. They have E cup bras for less than $10 which is unheard of. They also have great men's clothes.

I went to the store for an exchange and the cashier was omg rude. He was so refusing to exchange saying the item was on sale so it’s a final sale but he never told that at the time of purchase or not even mentioned it in the receipt. Now the item is just useless for me . Not to mention whether the way he was kinda yelling “I can’t take that back”...!!!. So rude the way he communicate and so I walked to another associate and asked her whether sale items are final sale ,? Just to clarify. And the way she replied was so rude. She didn’t even look at my face when talking. So much attitude and rudeness. The management really needs to work on the staff.. !!! Poor customer service and very disgusting...!!!

There are a lot of nice clothes for cheap but their returning policy sucks. Most of the sizes are off. I bought pajama shorts and a tee and tried to return them because my friend didn't like them. The cashier told me that they could not be returned because they were women's boxers. I kid you not these are not "boxer" shorts at all and they are too big to be marked as small. Now to cover their asses they just say everything is final sale.

I tried on a dress but the button on it was broken, so I decided to order it online at the cashier, the cashier was so slow, unprofessional, the cash register itself worked also badly, stuck all the time, eventually an order was placed and I paid by card, and now 10!!! Days later I am informed that the order is cancelled because they don't have that item... Shame on you!

I picked up so many items here to prepare for a vacation , great prices and good selection , nothing name brand but for a lot of basics stuff you can't go wrong , I picked up more than I would so be prepared to walk out with bags of stuff
