Macy’s always has an excellent selection of anything you may be looking for. And I found this particular location during lunch one day because I was looking to buy a pair of jeans. The store is well organized very clean and the staff is very helpful so I gave it five stars, but the dressing room is a little sketchy. I don’t think the uncleanliness or the wear and tear on the dressing room should reflect on my Google score but the managers need to know that the place Has to be cleanedUp. There is trash on the floor, full garbage cans, graffiti on the walls, wood trim that is in dire need of repair

The Macy’s at Cross County Mall in Yonkers, NY is probably one of the largest and busiest stores! I love their shoe department, they have a wide selection to choose from.I do go there quite often, but I was there a few weeks before Christmas and I was still able to get help from the saleswoman.She found my size and in fact I bought two pair of Franco Sarto boots, one black and one brown.The line was very long, but they moved extremely quickly.I wish I could remember the sales woman’s name, it was a Saturday and I want to say it was about three weeks before Christmas. She was extremely helpful. !

Wonderful experience at this Macy's at palisades mall NY. The saleswoman in the store were wonderful and very helpful.Lots of great offers and sales in the store in the month of march. Last act and Backstage Deals are the best - must check them out.They carry all major designer brands and Great in-house collections of different brands which are way cheaper.

generally a wide array of options both in clothing and home decor, with helpful staff. however, a staff member denied a piece of clothing was on sale, and dismissed my desire to point the staff member to where the sweater was initially located.

Typical service for Macy's. Sales people were really helpful. Inventory was scattered and hard to find. It's recommended buying online for store pick up

They have the worst customer service. The supervisor name if not mistaken. Victorina at the women’s section,3 floor she accusing me for stealing $10 that was her mistake. She missed counting the money and she had me waiting for an hour to check the cameras after checking she just decided to give me the $10. And she said with an attitude I will count the cash register. Later, when you leave, If it is missing that mean you took the money . so why she check the cameras for ?? she ruined my day and my holiday. Macy’s you have to hire someone professional, that respect customers.

There is plenty of parking right outside the Macy's entrance. The store is very large and it is clean and organized. Holiday sales are great.

Really large department store. They have many departments. I saw a nude bird flying around the men's shoes department. They had pants on sale. Bathrooms are on the 3rd floor they are cleaned every 2hrs

Ok, mall. Shocked, at November 10 Christmas tree and Santa claus on, I liked the holiday season feeling, but this is to early, also if holiday season to long, it loosing that special feelings......Not agree with administration off mall.

Regular things you would expect at a Macy’s. It’s a big store with lots of name brand items, and they have almost everything you would need related to clothing. The staff is alright, they’re not bad but they aren’t amazing. Only complaint is that the store looks a bit dirty, probably because of how big the store is. But hey, it’s just a regular Macy’s at a mall.

I purchased a suit from here and by the desk they forgot to take off the security tag. I only realized when I got home and I needed to drive back one hour in order for them to take it offIt's pretty expensive. The fit isn't correct. Just horrible customer service

Store has a good selection but needs more petite garments. I did find a nice dress for a wedding.The staff members were helpful and considerate. The floor person was able to help me find the dress in my size and it fit beautifully. The cashier put my dress in a garments bag and also treated me with respect & kindness.Early Friday morning, the store wasn't crowded. Very good shopping experience.
