Be aware!!!! I went to this store to buy a hat for my dad. The guy who helped me was nice. I had a good experience until I had to pay. The hat that I chose had a 30% OFF. Even the guy told me that. When I paid the hat and thought about the price I paid something was off. The guy did not apply the 30% OFF, he just did 20%. I told him about it and he smiled and told me I don’t know, ask the manager. I was on a rush so I didn’t talk to the manager but I wanted to share this so next time you go to this store looking for sales be careful with what you pay. He probably thought that I was naive and didn’t know math. Little he knew, I’m good on Math and always do math because this is not the first time someone tried to take advantage of me as a client. So be careful!!!! Or go to another store!

Went to get a new Yankee hat , had lots of options. But the only issues they did not have the old yankee hat with the gray lid.. but I got the snap back instead..

My name is Nadia Cappello and I went to Lids store to get a bag done for my husband. I had the best experience there. The store manger Dashawn M was truly amazing. I went in there explaining to him what I needed to be done and he was the most kind, generous, caring and very well spoken. He made me feel that whatever I wanted to get done, he would do it. I am truly grateful for Dashawn in helping me make Father's Day a great one. Dashawn keep up the great work and I will be back to get other items done. I will recommend you to my friends and family members. Job well Done!!!!

Very unimpressed with this store. They have an entire wall of Yankees and dodgers hats but barely anything of other teams and sports from other teams. The guy working we interacted with seemed to not be interested in helping us since we were looking for teams that weren't his team. Most other lids I've been to have a much better variety and more helpful staff.

DaShawn was great! Was able to embroider a custom item in 10 minutes flat! He was able to work with me and understand exactly what I needed and got the job done quick! Much appreciated!

Had a music video shoot the next day and I need to get the rap name stitch done and on a Busy Saturday Afternoon the Manager DaShawn and Employee Garfield Really held It down with only 2 people running the store all Day , with multiple hats embroidered and was still able to finish my order before closing , My Hat goes off to you guys I’m definitely pulling up back to this Lids.

Great spot for New Era products. It's main draw is the vast array of baseball hats. They also have basketball, football and a slight bit of hockey hats. Very few "entertainment" hats (I.E. the comic book and movie themed hats New Era is known for making), though.

They have a good selection of hats not always the best price but I think the quality of the product justifies the price a bit

The guys that work here are made cool . Helpful , help my son out a lot got 2 hats there even embroidered the hats. Thanks guys 😀

Good luck finding a hat there I think they only have three teams in the whole store two of them arent even New York teams and the hats are over priced I see these hats in the city for 20 bucks and they want 45 50 . I wouldn't shop there
