I gotta say, I never thought of LensCrafters as being a "reputable" eye exam facility (because they are a chain). Wow!! Was I mistaken?!! From my very first phone call to my arrival at the Pallisades Mall the entire staff welcomed me as though they had known me for years! So very friendly, AND the doctor was wonderful. I will gladly recommend LensCrafters to my family and friends. Bravo!

Had top class experience here. Went for eye exam and glasses for my wife. We had missed our appointment but they scheduled it right there. They have good collections of frames ranging from $90-800, offers running for frame+lens. Zubair was helpful in frame hunt, we got good deals. Much recommended if you are looking for eye exams, glasses or contact lenses. They are located at 1st floor, it will be easier if you park your vehicle towards Macy’s.

I had a great experience at LensCrafters, where I had two pairs of glasses repaired. The team, including Eugenia, provided excellent service. Despite not making a purchase, their efficiency and assistance with the repairs were noteworthy. LensCrafters remains a reliable choice for eyewear needs, and I appreciate their stellar service. Online scheduling was perfect. Our Optician Zuber was absolutely amazing. Zuber is professional and extremely nice to deal with, recommending the best frames and lenses for us. Zuber is highly experienced and has the patience of a saint. Wish I could give 10 stars! Jim C.

For the past several years, I've purchased my progressive lenses with frames from the location in the Palisades mall. There has always been a 7-14 day wait time, which was no big deal but now things have changed for the worst! First of all, the price with coupons and 'deals' is in excess of $700, which is absurd. I purchased my prescription on 12/27/23 for $725, including their discounts. It is a month later and I'm still waiting! They were supposed to be ready on 1/10 then 1/20. Now being told they won't be ready until 1/27. The excuse for all 3 delays is the manufacturer felt the item wasn't properly crafted to their specifications. My biggest frustration is I AM following up with them. No one called me to tell me there would be a delay, just an excuse when I call. This is the LAST time I will patronize Lenscrafters. I'll pay $1000 for good service and no excuses.

Have used LensCrafters for years but new to this location, glad I found it! From the beginning Marcus went above and beyond to help me pick through numerous styles of frames. Was able to answer any question I had without skipping a beat - he’s very knowledgeable on the selection and it shows. Even offered advice on issues I was having with my prior glasses. Can’t wait to pick up my new frames!

I walked in to this Lens Crafters store located in the Palisade's mall to ask if they could fix a pair of my sunglasses that had broke. One of their lovely staff members fixed them without hesitation and free of charge, thank you again!

I had an absolutely great experience at Lens Crafters today. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the door. Everyone from the receptionist, to the doctor to the sales associate were amazing. Dr. Matthew was so friendly and knowledgeable and Kyana the sales associate that help me choose my glasses was so bubbly and helpful. I will absolutely be coming back!

I’ve been ordering glasses from LensCrafters at Palisades Mall for years and have never had a bad experience. All the employees are very friendly, but as per usual, Sam was incredibly helpful during the entire process! He was able to get me a last minute appointment with the Optometrist and was patient with me as I tried various eyeglasses at the store. He made the entire visit so quick and easy.

This is my second time going for an adjustment of my Ray Bans - Zuber is a perfectionist and an expert. The first time was to change the nose pads with the official brand and he did wonderfully. Just now it was for the frame that was all out of whack and within 5 minutes I was back in business with my frames feeling better than when they were new! If you need an adjustment, I highly recommend you bring your glasses over to Zuber at LensCrafters.

Went here yesterday very professional and staff is friendly and very helpful .Dr. was very good and nice.Have up to date prescreening equipment. Only downside was that they did away with 1 service now you have to wait for your glasses. They have good deals on saving money on glasses. Plus when picking out frames had a hard time getting the right size for my face asked the woman who works there to help me find a pair that would be good for my face and she went right to it .Pick the glasses out right away .Loved her and my guy was getting glasses too and another staff member find a pair of glasses in his price range. They also explain and recommended the best offers that were good and in our price range. Will definitely keeping coming here .Have used them for many years.

Marilyn and the Dr. Moshenberg were through, quick, and nice to talk to during my check up. After the appointment, I needed help from Marcus about my current eyewear.
