I do enjoy the surf stores and I remember when Hollister came out (being in retail for many years. I like this store. It is in desperate need of a remodel. The owners haven't changed it much. The clothes are definitely geared towards kids. This will probably be my last time shopping here. Getting too old to shop here

We had a small issue since we were exchanging instore for an online purchase, the staff was very nice and acknowledged their mistake, and we spent a while working on the issue with the manager to fix it. Everyone was really nice and the original salesperson we were speaking to even asked us on our way out to make sure everything had been taken care of. Thanks!

My friend used to work there and she enjoyed it for some time until she started getting bullied by other employees such as some girl named Zuleikka & Liana. They’re very rude and I felt some malicious intent as well when I asked a question. I thought maybe they were having a bad day but my friend would tell me stories about how rude they were towards her. Customer Service needs improvement. The clothes are cute and comfy though & the store is clean. :)

Walked in and the line was literally two rooms link. When I asked a nice clerk how many registers there were he said three and he was going to open one however he then went and proceeded to chitchat with another sales clerk and did not open another register. I then asked for a manager and spoke to her she said they had four registers one of which was broken and that the three were open or she was opening them. This took about 5 to 7 minutes and while that's not an extreme length of time I think the manager should've been on top of it because the line was very long while before we got on it. Just letting parents know if you don't want to be Waiting forever go to another store

Really on a Saturday line 10 people deep. U really need more than 1 register open, after 10 mnt wait 2 lines open. Really? Waste of precious time. Common sense is “service” customers esp in NY!

The store looks way better than other tacky companies like Gap or Loft. Abercrombie & Fitch takes it a bit further and really makes you say "WOW" as soon as one enters
