*January 4, 2024Went to visit this clothing store with a friend and we both thought the place had some interesting clothing products being sold there. Would mention the atmosphere overall was pleasant. I would say, that this will be one of the stores I like to visit on my list of Favorite Clothing Stores. ☺️

clothes are cute but the girls there are so disrespectful. I walk in and the girl comes up and asks if I needed any help and I nicely said no thank you. the girl instantly goes over to another worker and starts whispering and the other girl turns around to stare at me to the point where my boyfriend even noticed. so I pick out a few items to try on and after I’m done I put the few I didn’t want on the rack and the girl INSTANTLY bolts into the room I was done with and sees no clothes left in there (bc they’re on the rack outside) so she runs out to check if I had them in my hands. Then, I saw a few more things I wanted to try so I go back to the fitting room and she does the exact same thing. Runs out to make sure I wasn’t stealing. At least be discreet about it lmao. She would be able to see that I’m not stealing if she was doing her job in the fitting room but instead she was bad mouthing other girls to another worker. It’s really unsettling when a trashy girl with an ugly butterfly tattoo on her shoulder follows you around. also, I know a great orthodontist if you wanted to fix those teeth of yours babe <3.

Most of the workers are NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. But the girls Tanisha and Abby basically carry the store and are the only reason I am giving 5 stars. They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The actual clothes are good too

I had one if the worst customer service experiences here. One of the key holders working the dressing room had the worst attitude ever. She was rude and assumed my gay best friend was planning in stealing items because he was a guy trying to try on female jeans. He had 2 pairs of the same jeans in his hand and didn't notice they were the same because the lights in this store suck. It's hot and muggy in there and it smells horrible. Smells like old wet dirty socks in there. I love their clothes. Highly recommend the one in the garden state plaza instead.

I understand you’re trained to customer service but hovering over my shoulders and talking to me for every item i look at is invasive and suffocating.
