Signs all over the store that say, "everything in store up to 50% off." I buy the one thing that is not on sale. I question the sign when checking out. The cashier chuckled. I said, "that's false advertising." Again, I got a chuckle. I don't shop there often, but it soured me enough to not shop there again. the workers wearing funny clothes looks like they ran out of jail and seems to me that keep harassing me on looking at shoes.

The workers there are great especially Sean he’s the best of the best that man is super respectful. By far the best costumer service ever. The workers also feel very welcoming and happy with the customers I would give this place 10 stars if I could but shoutout to the the legend Sean he helped me out a lot💯💯

Had this issue happen twice within the last year. Employees are telling customers they are required to provide an email address in order to get a receipt for their purchase. And if no email address is provided, they will be unable to return their purchase. You can't deny someone a receipt for their purchase if they do not wish to provide an email address. It should be a choice, not a demand. In my case, a manager was summoned both times and promptly provided me with a paper receipt no questions asked.

Foot Locker is definitely not what it used to be.It's almost like I wasn't cool enough to be in the store.Multiple "staff" walking around not even asking if I need any help. Too busy listening to mumble rap they were blasting from the stereo. Didn't find one shoe that I liked.

A problem was there was no sign at checkout that we did not know which side of the line we should start at. After we waited in line for about 10 minutes. An employee told us that we were in the wrong side, and a lady who was behind us skipped us for checkout! The employee ignored.

Was trying to exchange these pumas that ripped at the sole after the second use (had them for less than a week) and the managers were giving me a hard time. Trying to convince me I had over worn them.....after 2 uses? Sorry don't think so. At least I was able to get another pair of shoes, but still left paying money because I wasn't able to make an even exchange. They couldn't simply give me store credit that I could have used for another occasion.

Prices are higher than other stores and customer service is honestly horrible. Sad to see how thirsty the employees are for commission when all they want to do is sell you something and get you out rather than care about your experience with the store.

FOR THOSE WHO ARE GOING TODAY FOR THE JORDANS....after sitting in front of the store since 8:30am, tha manager asked if I was there for the Jordans. I said yes. Waited in line till 11am for the store to open. The manager then proceeded to tell everyone in the line that he doesnt have the Jordans. I walked away, came back to talk to him. He informed me he can't sell them. You don't have them? You can't sell them? You couldn't tell me that when u saw me 2 hours earlier?

The manager at this store lacks communication skills. My friend and I went by Foot Locker to exchange shoes with poor workmanship. He was pushing to buy new shoes all together. He did not want to exchange them or return them dispite having brought the shoes from the retailers. Adidas and Skechers provide way better customer service than they do.

So business minded staff they want to sell u stuff in urgency dont give u time to choice and think from ur likes , I think It is because the are So Busy at usual times , one staff suggested me a dirt resistant coating for material shoe I bought and I Find that suggestion helpful.

Foot Locker has an excellent selection of shoes. However while visiting and making several purchases at this Foot Locker location, I had a horrible experience. After my family and I picked out sneakers, my hubby went to the counter to pay for the shoes, and the cashier openly flirted with my husband with my children standing right there. I was so embarrassed. totally totally not cool....
