I've been a loyal customer if FF for years. I absolutely love them. I've always been able to find something in the store until this year. The clearance prices were so expensive, like they've never been lowered. The selections were okay, but not at all like before.

Was greeted by employees when we arrived. Found what we needed right away, store was well stocked and organized. Checkout was quick and employees were really nice, helpful with finding a few last minute items.

I bought a pair of toddler shoes for my son. After trying them on, he wanted to wear them out of the store so I only brought the shoebox to the checkout counter. The associate asked me to make sure it was the correct size, because other customers had purchased shoes of the wrong size doing the same thing. After assuring her it was the correct size, the associate at the next register reiterated the same request. Again I affirmed that I had the correct size, and told them they could check the shoes. They declined and proceeded with the transaction, as long as I had "triple checked". I was very irritated that they did not trust me the first time. Overall negative experience, but great deal on clearance shoes.

One of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had in a retail establishment. The associate# 310239 was extremely unprofessional and careless. Not only did she laugh repeatedly and make unnecessary comments but she made returning a product that much harder after the holidays. This employee was also not wearing a name tag one of the many mistakes made today.

1 person working the store, completely unhelpful. We were the only 3 in the whole place that was in shambles. When approached with a question, she had already started shaking her head no w/o even hearing what had to be said; no eye contact whatsoever 🙄. When I finally made a purchase & said we didn't want the boxes, she put the shoes back in the boxes, stood back in silence and crossed her arms, while I muddled over pulling the shoes BACK OUT of the boxes. Useless. Bad day or not, you know what you signed up for when you took this job. Don't want the job? There's plenty of others more willing... smdh

6/7/8 cashier could of tried alittle harder to try to keep a customer satisfied spending money at this specific store. But hey not everyone cares to do things correct. Besides that did have a good selection for a good price

I love buying my shoes here. For a person with wide feet like myself, they have a wide variety of shoes,especially sneakers. Staff is always helpful and have decent prices.

Immediate welcome upon entering store from friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable staff... about shoe products, location in store and inventory. The only staff was the manager.... and she did it all! Ample inventory except for men's dress shoes.
