Love the Express brand; great quality and designs. I always prefer an in person store over ordering online so you can get the look and feel of the clothes. Today I did not find any jeans that fit me ; not enough petite selection. They always have fresh looks and deals. The clearance is arranged by color instead of size which is unique and visually appealing. Men’s and women’s selections.

This store in Palisades Mall gave me the great shopping experience. I went there in the evening and the store was really quiet, with few customers, and my shopping experience was excellent. This store is much quieter than the Garden State Mall. There are a lot of sizes and a lot of great products at this express

Love the clothes but customer service was lacking. I noticed the younger male sales associate in front of the store greeted every guest but me. As a paying customer I find that behavior to be unacceptable. He had multiple chances to greet me and even when he saw me he still did not greet me or try to help me. I had to ask him for help with looking for a particular item. I’d urge upper management to train staff who because they represent the brand.

I’ll be honest, I usually shop online— it’s so much easier. We went to the store to make a return and Samantha at the Palisades Center, NY was amazing. She went above and beyond to help us make an exchange instead of a return. My husband and I walked around the store for 20 minutes and couldn’t find anything. We settled on returning, but Samantha went in the back to search for something my husband was looking for and not out on the sales floor. While he was trying on the jeans, Samantha and I talked and she was extremely personable! It was an amazing in store experience that you don’t get when you shop anymore.

I have not been to this mall in a couple of months but I was very surprised with how clean, organized and nice the staff was. They were all helpful with helping me search for tops and started a fitting room for me while I shopped around the store.

They have some good clearance bargains right now. Buy one, get one half price on most items in the store. But, for men, if you wear anything larger than slim XL, you won't find much. 3.5.

They still don't allow customers to try on clothes. Obviously this is no longer due to COVID because the mask rule is not enforced in the store. It's just an excuse to not hire enough employees. For the price of their clothes, I should be able to try on!

I went to the store tonight really timid to buy a suit. I didn’t think I’d find one I really like but I was wrong. Not only did I find one that I really liked, the staff was super helpful in finding the suit. Both Johns helped me out. I was able to find one I’m really excited to wear and a store that has such kind staff! Thanks for helping me out!

"Carly" obviously was giving us a hard time checking out. Made me repeat my phone number 5 times. Clearly not a listener since everything we said had to be repeated several times. Tried to tell us we had to go online to qualify for discounts that are for in store purchases. I've never had such a bad experience at Express before. Left over $200 merchandise and walked out because of her awful service.

Hi, I want to take the time to acknowledge STEPHANE !! The best customer service experience in all the years me and my boys have been shopping there. I started shopping at the Express in Nanuet more( for reasons) but because of xmas shopping I was in the Palisades Mall. I was there the day before and the customer service was pretty bad. I was told that styles I wanted did not exist. That night I got an email about the 50 o/o off. I'm glad I went back the next day because I met Stephane. The styles I asked about the day before DID exist. He went above and beyond! Found the styles and sizes I needed. Ordered everything for me. He is very knowledgeable about the brand!!! Quick and efficient!!!! I hope his district manager knows what a true asset he is to the company!! Just want him to know how much I appreciate everything !! Thank you very much!! Happy Holidays to you. I didn't get the other young mans name that was there that morning with Stephane but he was wonderful too!

I have a gift certificate which I wanted to use bit I didn't fine anything I liked. This store seemed to be smaller than others I've been to. I did go to an Express in NJ which I believe has a better selection.

I worked there , busted my ass working there , worked overnights , came in when wasn't even supposed to , cared so much about this job . And they fired me because it was 3am and I kept on saying I was tired , I worked 2 jobs . I was working since 7am and it was 3am and I was still there . I was very tired .all I wanted was a little bit of consideration. And she did send me home and told me not to bother to come back ever again. Now u guys tell me was this fare ?. I don't recommend nobody to work there! They only use you when they need u . All they care about is their money

50% thanksgiving week. I like some of their style and design. Unfortunetly they changed the Parka design this year and the chest side pockets were removed, its a shame. And the hoody is smaller.
