This store is a MESS! Random racks of random clothes all over the place, top floor is in complete disarray…one thing I can guarantee is that you’ll give yourself a migraine way before you find anything you’re looking for. Just go to another location…based on all the “left over” stuff they have from seasons before I don’t see this location being in business much longer like most things in this mall.

I called ahead regarding an online vs in-store price, and was told that they would honor the online price, and that the sale was lasting a week. A few days later when I came into the store to make my purchase I was told something different. thankfully a very helpful manager honored the price I was told and helped me get a discount anyways. If you're going to call ahead for price checking make sure you get a name, and make sure that the person you're talking to actually will give you the right information. otherwise everyone was extremely helpful and I had a pleasant experience.

Limited selection at this location, especially for kids. Prefer the Paramus location. The staff is very friendly but I find the store to be disorganized and low stocked.

Great customer service. The staff was extremely helpful. And patience was all over throughout the store. The sneaker staff was so helpful and informative. They are all so nice. I was impressed 👌. Very nice young people 👍. Very kind and friendly. Staff was so nice and informed. Not overly pushy and gave several options. Even measured both of my feet the way I am used to with the old school measuring tool. I am very pleased. And they take back all the products with receipts.

The store is well stocked but items were in the wrong spot price wise. The customer service is horrible. Numerous associates walked by us, looked right at us and never asked if we needed help. We used the keyosk to ask for a pair of cleats for my son to try on and it took about 20 minutes for them to get to us. Again customer service is horrible. We were there for over an hour to get a lacrosse stick and a pair of cleats. If I had another choice I would never go back there again.

Staff in the Palisades location is helpful when you can find them (they're normally short staffed). Selection is amazing. Get there as early in the season as possible for the best selection of styles and sizes. Prices always feel high at Dick's in general even with coupons. But again, if you get a jump on the season you can get the best selection and pricing

They have all the name brand apparel and top of the line gear. Not so much of some of the less expensive things that made Model's a place for good bargains. They have a great selection of all items.

Great help on the floor, nice and friendly staff. But the cashiers were absolutely totally useless. Didn't even fold or bag the items I bought, he just pushed them over to me in a pile.

Love the store. But last visit wasn’t the best. Took forever to find associate to help with snickers. Only giving 4 stars because of the manager who could tell I was frustrated and was very friendly and understanding. Great store and great pricing, but they can’t keep customers waiting forever for something kind of basic for sports store.

The associate in the mens sneaker department was very helpful so i purchased a pair of sneakers from him. I was in the gun department to purchase a 12 gauge they advertised online but the associate said they were sold out and to try next week. Which is ok but he didn't even attempt to sell me the next best model. A little disappointed so i just walked away.

I stopped by the Nyack Dick's to see a set of weights and a weight rack. I had been considering buying them and wanted to see them in person. I called ahead to see if the items were in stock. I was very lucky to have Ron answer the phone. He took the time to confirm there were plenty in stock and when I got there, he allowed me to price match. He was very knowlegeable about these products and their use and maintenance. He made sure the items were taken from the stock room quickly, the register discounts were properly applied and was a pleasure to deal with. All in all a white glove experinence I never expected but greatly appreciate. I give him an eleven on a one to ten scale.

Bought a brand new driver - they messed up the fitting ( had to go back 3 times to get it even close to right) then took 6 weeks to get the new club to me - 8 months later it broke (underwunder warrantyfwarranty) been over 3 months and still havent gotten my fixed club back ( had to go buy a new one elsewhere) - I have called to follow up 10 times and been told evertime sometime was going to take care of it and follow up with me with a call - have not had 1 person follow up with me and it's clear no one cares or wants to help at all. The golf department is never staffed with anyone who knows what they are doing - definitely do not buy golf stuff here if you need any assistance or quality at all.

I had the worst experience here. I made a return and the salesperson messed up and refunded my money on a card that wasn’t even mine. When i talked to the manager He said there is nothing i can do about that”... now i proceed to call corporate and they are taking forever to get back to me. I’m not getting my money back. it’s a lost cause. Get better employees and staff. No one seems to care at that store.

Came to the mall, the stroller tire is flat. Went to ask to see if we can pump it. Man at the bike area helped us replace and pump the tire. So nice and helpful. Blown away by the service.

no help on salesfloor. part of shoe area had no pricing..had to keep bringing shoes up to register to check prices. great store, but like all retail these days, they fall way short of help. it's much easier to stay home, skip the crowds and the screaming children and shop online. these companies are creating their own obsolescence.

The salesperson Leonard was excellent. His advice regarding the structure of my feet by analyzing the base of my used shoe was excellent. I went to buy a sneaker for my daughter and ended up buying one for me too.
