Looked at this store during my visit to the pallisades mall on Wednesday April 10th 2024. Looked very organized, and clean. Exactly like the commercials on tv you see, they have everything from clothes, coats, homegoods, perfume, toys, shoes, and beauty items. Looked around, and found nothing of interest but, it was worth looking here. I didn't buy anything though, maybe i will if i am ever here again!

This store never seems to amaze me anymore no matter how much time passes in between my visits to this place!!! It still ALWAYS seems like when I go into this place, they're either about to go outta business completely, or at the very minimum, they're soon to announce that they're gonna be going outta business in XYZ amount of time from the time I walk into this place & ALWAYS seem to find the exact same ALMOST COMPLETELY EMPTY, or TOTALLY 100% EMPTY SHELVES, throughout the entire store!! To the point that it actually tells its own story for any customers who walk in here & first things they see are almost empty shelves up & down every single aisle of this store constantly!!! It gives the shoppers the impression without being told as much, that this store is no longer restocking their shelves with new or more of the same, or similar items to whatever little they've got left on the shelves that it appears they're always trying to sell off to any old fool who walks into this store & sees the little they've got to sell on the shelves, giving the impression to the customers that they're getting a bargain on the items when they keep jacking the prices up on the 2 or 3 items they're trying to get rid of, which to me in my opinion is a scam all by itself, because this is exactly how this store continues to stay in business when they do things like that to the customers walking in there, only to find almost bare shelves constantly, as though they're not replenishing anymore items for reasons such as going outta business. I always wonder when it is I'm gonna find that this store is gonna be the next headline in the local news online, to see that they've finally declared this stores actual closing date, especially when I go into this store, no matter what time of year, or how spaced out my visits are shopping here, it always seems to be the same look inside this place, empty shelves with nothing but the broken, leftovers nobody else wanted at full price, which they again jackup the price on, cross it out & call it a sale, clearance, 50% off, or 75% off item left sitting alone on the shelf, as though they're giving away some sorta good discounted price on the item that nobody else bought when it had been in stock in this store, for customers to choose the best option to purchase from, but in reality it's just another one of the games stores like this plays with pricing on their items to make another buck they didn't have before on the not so smart shoppers coming into find these kinda things on the shelves in a store like this when they walk into this place & see what I've seen more times than I can count every time I've come into shop here & find the same almost empty or completely fully empty shelves with nothing left to sell on them, giving the obvious impression that maybe they're not restocking because they're not staying in business anymore, like many other stores inside this mall have done when they've come & gone outta business too. It's a very sad, negative impression to give away about a store when they continue to keep their shelves looking as bare as the way they constantly do when I've visited this store over the years, to find the same look constantly each time throughout the store of the stores shelves & their emptiness, just saying!!!🤷🏻‍♀️

I've recently shopped in Burlington and although I spend quiet some time browsing many racks...every purchase was worth I tacks! Got beautiful brand name tops for fabulous prices and lovely baby sets!! Worthwhile!

Ok deals. If you spend hard earned money here you should not have to pay for a bag. 600 bucks in clothing and shoes and still gotta purchase a bag! Must be out your mind. Billion dollar company charges for bags! I refused.

they have no rack or spot for 5T boys clothes . worker will never help you and they said sorry we work at the back. Who is manager and who is responsible . clothes rack are overloaded with tons of clothes. no size arrangements . Please provide me head office no. really want to screw sleeping manager.

Very bad experience. Waited on the checkout line for over 1 1/2 hours. No communication from the store manager. The store manager never addressed the Guests and/or the issues. I will never shop there again. It was frustrating this location in West Nyack, NY in Rockland county New York.. 04/19/2023.p.s. give the store manager a deeper training on how to handle the situation and how to deal effectively with the Guests who are shopping in the store.(Burlington Stores).

They have a nice selection but they need to hire more cashiers. I have never seen more than 3 cashiers at one time and its nonsense to have to wait the better part of a half hour to buy 1 pair of pants on an average day.

Your checkout sytem is a mess. Line going all around store and no employee walking up and down with a cardreader to scan so customers aren't inconvenienced and spening most of the day waiting to checkout?

Prices are great but a half hour to buy something? This is why people shop online. This location only has 3 registers open on a Friday. Avoid this location, they obviously rather save money than give decent service.

In the overall is a gamble! I love when I go and walk out with bags of stuff, just so happens to be , I was just there again and was extremely disappointed, I know it was holiday season, but I found literally nothing to my liking! And the one shoe i did find was attached by those ringer magnates ropes one was a size 8 and one a size 9! So people look at sizes!!! But I like the place in general! Definitely fun to shop there!

Love the items and prices. But the store is messy. Usually have to dig to find great sale items. Maybe add security too people are always opening stuff and leaving it in the shelves.Update: the looks amazing after the renovations. A little more organized and cleaner. Occasionally people still manage to open items here and there but these are definitely some improvements.

Last time I went to this store the dressing rooms were closed so I couldn’t try anything on so they said I had 90 days to return the clothes. It’s a complete scam to get you to not come back on time. Came back to return the clothes a month and a half later and told I can only get a gift certificate. I don’t even want to return to the store because it’s constantly disorganized and checking out takes forever.Spend your money elsewhere this place is a joke.

Burlington is an awesome place to shop. The only thing is when you are going to pay it is not worth the time standing waiting on line. If a store knows they are very busy, they have cashiers in the front. Why not make more cashiers in the back. More convinient for the customer to enjoy shopping at palisades Burlington store that moves business, sales much quicker and convinient for the customer.

Worst experience ever, after waiting for more than 45 minutes on the line, the cashier which name is Victoria, Supervisor, since the first minute she had and actitud and didn’t even greet me as a costumer, I was purchasing a mirror who wrongly as she stated had the wrong price on it. She was very nasty and treat me like if I was trying to steal instead of buying. When it was the time to swipe my credit card she yelled a me saying that she was not ready in a nasty way. I had an over $200 purchase on my cart, and for more that I love Burlington I ended up leaving everything at the register. This lady need to have some training on how to have some costumer service, or literally just get fire for treating people with no respect. Is was a shame to leave your house and search all the stuff I have for more than two hours to be treated like junk. 👎🏻

I was having trouble with my card and the manager was just worried about the line. He didn't even try to tell us; he just kept trying to push us aside. The store wasn't even busy! I work in retail and even when the line is long, my main focus is making sure the customer is happy and their needs were met, mine wasn't. The cashier was nice and patient. Mr. Norman, you need to be more professional. As a store manager, you're supposed to set a good example for your employees, but you clearly failed in that department.

I just spent 300 dollars shopping at this Burlington location. I bought a winter jacket and a lot of items. However, the manager named Jen is very rude and had an attitude. She refused to give me a big bag for my jacket and asked if I can carry it. This location is in the mall, so how may I going to carry a winter jacket throughout the mall while I’m shopping? One of the employees told me that they have bigger paper bags but they are in the back and she refused to give them away. I explained that I am still shopping and they didn’t have any concerns as if I am just going to have to carry this jacket with me. In addition, the employee helping me was very slow and not to mention there was a line and only 2 registers were open. Very unprofessional and rude behavior from the employees here.

I needed assistance from a worker yesterday with an item I wanted to purchase. I approached a group of 3 workers, who ignored me because they were too busy engaged in their own conversation about why an extra worker was scheduled. It went on for 2 minutes, till I realzied I was invisible. I was completley ignored and not helped. Also the line took about half an hour, with only 6 people in front of me. This Burlington needs improvement in customer support

Slowest cashiers on planet earth. Three cashiers, I was 5th in line and it took half an hour. Not at all impressed here. At least I found a good deal or two

Store has been fully renovated in the past month or so, little bit to be done and like it a lot. Got everything you need at the right price here.
