Beyond five stars with the effort and energy they put into keeping sixteen 7 year old girls entertained. My daughter and her friends had the best time. Thank you again!

My friend wanted to make a bear so she loved getting her bear I had a 10off card for so she used it .Instead of paying 23.00 she paid 14.00.was fantastic .The best is the cards never exires.The salesman recognize us from another time we visited.He was very friendly and helpful. Both of the salesmen were very good.

Hands down one of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced!! As soon as me & my boyfriend walked in we were immediately greeted & instructed how the process works. The floor manager was so kind! He had such a bubbly and sweet personality. He let my daughter hear the sound that the machines make once he saw that she wasn't a fan of the loudness of them. He took time to explain everything and made the experience so fun for her.

Me and my partner walked in on a Thursday night and were greeted by Jay. He was very helpful and talkative. He helped us step by step in order to create the perfect Bulid-a-bear. We purchased two, and through the whole time he was there helping. Highly regarded him!

Went with my 19 year old daughter to spend some quality time together. The prices were reasonable for the animals. The clothing and accessories are where the prices get a bit high. Always look for a coupon online before you go. The store was pretty empty so most of the time we had the place to ourselves. We went through all the motions, chose the heart, pumped the stuffing, washed the bears and groomed and dressed them.I definitely remember it being more fun when the kids were little but we both had a nice time and came out with our cute bears.

Absolutely wonderful experience Elliot is amazing! Kind caring knew exactly what my child needed. My child on our most recent visit began having a meltdown elliot walked over very kind very professional and offered to turn the lights lower and turn off the music to accommodate the sensory overload my child was experiencing. Also elliot informed me that if we call in advance and let them know we are coming they would do all of this in advance. Words cannot describe how much we appreciate the thoughtfulness and intuitiveness Eliot displayed, the kindness and compassion he showed. The store is ASD friendly, store manager Jason is also very friendly and caring. Jared the Dm is all all very very wonderful. Would highly recommend any parent to go visit. We had no idea the store was even at the mall, as we went into the mall for a complete different reason. This mall is also not a place we frequent however the entire day was just a wonderful experience Elliot’s kindness left a lasting impression on all of us especially my older child who understands and was really greatful with how his sibling was treated. If you’re looking for a nice place to take the kids this is definitely something to consider.

My last experience at Build a Bear involved a few employees that rushed the kids and seemed to not want to be there....so I was hesitant to go today with my 3 kids. Butttttttt.....let me say, the customer service was excellent!!!!! James was great with my rather chaotic crew and Jay was also so great!!!! Working in a place surrounded by energetic kids and sometimes exhausted parents....you have to have the patience and personality for it and they surely did!!!!! Can't forget Kayla at the register....she was so friendly and patient, something you just don't see too much of these days in customer service. Thanks guys, you made this a memorable experience us today!!

James worked with my twins on their birthday bears as if they were his own kids. Best experience ever for them and me. I Will make it my business to come back to this specific store just because of him. Been to other stores and it’s like night and day. James you have no idea the impact you had on my kids who get overwhelmed in stores noise and crowded places. You gave me hope for their future and humanity. Thank you!

The staff were very helpful and really playful with the small children, they do get very busy and the selection of items on display might become empty, however overall had a very good experience with shopping at this location, would definitely return.

I love this store! The animals that they have are cute. The only problem I have is when you dress your baby. The clothes are very cute but buying the shoe's is pointless. They don't stay on the bears feet. It is a very great place to build something lasting through.

Katherine Gomez is so amazing with children. Her customer service skills are second to none! Her ability to answer all my questions and concerns while helping All my children was amazing. She is so funny. Her worst quality is how amazing she is at all the most complicated stuff and working under pressure.

When I walked into the store no one greeted me or asked me if I needed something. I was confused because I haven’t visited a BAB store in a long time. However, the store was well stocked and when I finally got the attention of the employees they were helpful. There were good deals in the store. Also my account information wouldn’t come up in the computer and I had to restate all my information.

Pretty much like all other BAB shops I've been to around the city. Not better or worse. Not sure if all stores follow social distancing but this one did for sure. Staff were fairly attentive and friendly.

it's fun, but so pricey for the experience. Birthday parties here are really painful. there are long lines, kids playing pictionary to kill time it takes so long for everyone to get stuffed. come alone, not a party
