I had the weirdest interaction yesterday with one of the associates there. I left the store feeling so upset because one of the girl there is so rude.She's the skinny, short, long haired girl that wears glasses! I dont usually leave a review online but she's really the rudest employee I have ever encountered. I looked at the other reviews on this store and there are multiple complaints about her already. The higher ups should definitely do something about this issue. No wonder that store is empty! People would rather shop online!

The little girl cashier is so rude! She wouldnt honor my price match bc she said its a diff color and made me walk around the store looking for that specific color on the website. Turns out its the same item! She needs more training! She didn't even acknowledge that she made a mistake! Shes always making my experience in this store terrible!

The manager at this store is extremely RUDE and very confrontational! My experience is a long story but I will say this she needs training desperately!! I will never step foot in this location again because of her! Christina is her name and I only got that because she refused to give it to me and I had to call the store and ask to speak to the manager in which she answered “This is Christina” when I asked her name in the store she told me “I know the owner, they know who I am!” 🙄

I bought so many pairs of jeans here and all of them are defective my siblings bought jeans from other stores and they don’t rip target jeans are cheaper and don’t rip it’s a shame that this company has to charge more money for there jeans and they still rip it’s shameful and sad I’ve sent back a pair for a refund because of a defect and It it was a month and I still haven’t received my refund it’s crazy and not even a month of ownership of another pair of jeans it rips again there saying “don’t wash them everyday then it won’t rip but my siblings have jeans from other stores and there was them everyday and it doesn’t rip they had them for longer then me it’s crazy American eagle should be sued and it’s a shame they don’t make there jeans a better quality I WANT ALL MY REFUND AND IM SWITCHING TO OTHER STORES LIKE HOLLISTER!! Hope this business doesn’t go far anymore

Amanda helped me process a return. She was rude and unprofessional. Did not greet me. Furthermore, when she looked at the merchandise she said “this is not ours” even though it was clearly in American eagle packaging from an online order with tags. We went back and forth at least three times as I responded “yes it is.” She finally turns to whomever I believe her manager or trainer with the tongue ring was (you can tell she was new) and the manager confirmed that yes, the merchandise obviously belongs to American eagle. Amanda then proceeded to say the only return method she could offer me was store credit. I knew this was wrong as this was well within the return policy. The manager then had to correct her to process my return back to the original payment method. This review is not based on her being new, but rather her poor attitude from beginning to end. She seemed miserable to do her job and it made me feel awful. I don’t shop in stores anymore, but the store was the only free option on their website for the return. I felt like I was bothering her just to process a simple return. This interaction is literally why I shop online.

If i can give this place no stars I would. I went to the store to buy a pair of jeans, i mistakenly thought i would get the online price but turned out they were different jeans (which is perfectly fine) I advised i would do an online order instead, the manager (christina) who came over to help the cashier was SO RUDE after we advised her we would be ordering online. she wanted us to place the order with the store but we didn’t want to. She was BEYOND unprofessional and when I walked away with my mother she was trash talking to the cashier about us and thought we didn’t hear. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL “manager”. i’m disgusted

Very but very rude manager if she is actually the manager which I honestly doubt it she was screaming at me and my youngest siblings for no reason what so ever she just had a rude attitude I honestly believe if your a manager you should know how to treat your costumer's and she just didn't do her job I honestly believe the real manager should do something about this. Rip off...I was at this store tonight to exchange a pair of jeans I bought last week. When I bought them there was a buy one get one 50% off sale. I just wanted to do an even exchange for a different size. I was told by the associate at the counter that they dont do exchanges. He credited back my card 50% of the purchase price and told me I had to purchase a replacement pair of jeans for full price and the store manager agreed with this nonsense. If you think that is bad, try calling the customer service number, they care even less than the people in the store. If you're really in the mood to waste your time...Call customer service and ask to speak to a supervisor named Peyton...I will never set foot in this store again. I suggest you avoid it too. Unless of course you enjoy being cheated and treated badly, then its the place to go.

The staff was friendly and helpful. That is basically the only positive thing I can say about the store. It was messy, the fitting rooms were a disaster with no rhyme or reason, and the layout of the store isn't as easy to navigate as other AEOs. They had the size of jeans I needed but I'm disappointed in the changes to the wash in a lot of their jeans.

I’m a bit mad over that I looked through the sale section for some nice jeans but went to buy 3 pairs and some reason two jeans ring up as full price in the sale section which say 19.99 for each jeans. However the female that rung up my stuff ended telling me they were in the wrong spot and it’s a mess. It’s not my fault they were in the wrong spot as I tried to explain to her and acted very rude and disrespectful. I feel like they should honored them as the sale price if they were put in the wrong spot. I walked out without getting a single pair. I am very upset with this visit and will probably never go back there ever again.

I’m not one to review many stores if any at all but when it comes to this store I couldn’t resist, I’m not from the area of this store but was out that way one day with the family so we stopped in while doing some shopping and let me tell you the one manager(young girl) working was probably the rudest person I’ve ever met, I’ve owned a business for multiple years and never once treated a customer the way this young girl did I’d never do business there again I’ll never refere anyone to shop at this store and personally if it was my store I would have fired her on the stop. If no stars for a review was possible that is exactly what if give this store.

Terrible service one of the managers had a nasty attitude yelling at me because I ask her about the Highrise jeggings and i needed a size 2 in them, and she was yelling at the other employees of the store.

This one was my favorite store but the service is terrible and not good. As I said hello no response. I asked for help if there are any other sizes because there was a box with the size I need for those pants. I asked if I can see this size. The salesperson said sorry you can’t have that. I got angry and asked for the manger, The manger came, TOTALLY was unprofessional disrespectful. She gave me an additude and told me to not touch that when I needed the size because the pants looked sick on me. I told her it’s the same thing and said is it ripped I can take it to the cleaners for repair. She said to leave the store. I was purposely treated like garbage who does this to a customer. Never coming back at all to this place until this manger learns what she did to me. If you see this dont even come here. I had to order those pants on line and waited forever than rather having them and enjoying them.Manger, I hope you learn your lesson if you were fired and I became the manger, I would trest you like garbage too and ask you to leave the store like you did to me.

I'm obsessed with american eagle in general. I love the set up of the palisades mall AEO. Very accessible and easy to navigate. They have so many options for women and men. I had to make a return and my experience was so great. Everything went smoothly.

Only one salesperson tried helping the other one when asked for a item, portended she didn't hear.. when checking out there was a coupon issue, and they where not happy to call before closing, so they just said sorry we are closing come back tomorrow when there was still 6 minutes left to closing time..
