There is always something interesting to see, plus there is a fantastic sale with unbeatable prices on some fantastic clothing and accessories for everyone! The staff was kind and helpful, and the apparel displays were neatly organized in this Aéropostale store.

Kinda questionable I was followed I feel like they thought I was stealing or something. It was the same lady who back in sept I she was talking smack about her co worker with a employee. Kinda looked like a manager

The brand it self is good, but "Josh, the store manager" isn't helpful I used a gift card I got from a refund at the store, the cashier did the transaction took the money and then said there was no money on my card. I spent almost 2 hours at the store trying to get my money back, even customer service had to call him and he just didn't want to help. Josh has no clue what being a manager means! He was trying to kick me out the store without any solution.

Their sales weren't great, been there a few times already over the course of the last 3 months, the pricing of their jeans hasn't changed what so ever, although it claims it's a deal "buy one get one" in other words, bump the prices up on everything then call it a discount. The stuff on their clearance racks are absolutely horrendous!!! Things they've got up there are torn (not purposely either) no price reduction on damaged items even (not that it would make any difference regardless), the items that aren't damaged on the clearance racks are either hideous or again price bumped & then naturally of course, claimed to be reduced as clearance pricing 🤣. Oh, let's not also forget the apparent "PERK" on top of their clearance pricing, an additional percentage off (whatever that might be that specific day, it literally changes at all different times of the day, "AN EXTRA (*XYZ*) PERCENTAGE OFF😂🤣😅)I'M COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED with EVERYTHING in the store this time around!!! I'm an Aero ONLY shopper & I've visited them 3 completely separate times over the course of 3 months, all the exact same shpiel (or however it's spelled, sorry in advance for the typo if it's spelled wrong!) NOTHING AT ALL WORTH LOOKING AT, NOTHING WORTH BUYING & IF IT IS WORTH TAKING A SECOND LOOK AT, MAYBE CONSIDERING BUYING, IT'S DEFINITELY NOT WORTH ANYWHERE CLOSE TO WHAT THEY'RE ASKING PRICES ARE!!SUPER, DUPER, ABSOLUTELY, VERYYYY UNIMPRESSED WITH AERO WEST NYACK, THESE LAST 3 MONTHS OF VISITS TO THE STORES I'VE MADE!!!SORRY GUYS, I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND HEADING OVER TO THEM, AT LEAST TILL SUMMER WEAR IS UP & RUNNING AGAIN, BUT EVEN THEN, TREAD LIGHTLY & DON'T HAVE TOO MANY HIGH EXPECTATIONS, YOU MAY BE VERY LET DOWN JUST AS I WAS ALL WINTER AND END OF WINTER SEASON LONG!!! SORRY FOR THE BAD RATING AERO, NOT ON MY A LIST THIS TIME AROUND 😡🤯🧐😡😵 complete let down!!!!!!!!
