Such an amazing store! Tons of animals, knowledgeable staff who were very happy to talk to me, and all the animals were in great enclosures and looked very healthy! Will definitely come back and would recommend to anyone looking for a good reptile store!

Great local reptile shop. They have a big selection of all types of reptiles and other exotic pets. I go there weekly to get my girls some live feeders.

The staff at Repxotica are always so helpful. I am a recipient of a rehomed 2 year old, female bearded dragon and the staff spent tike giving me a wealth of knowledge and resources to transition her into my home and get her diet and environment temperatures back on track. My girlfriend and I pop in occasionally to pick up feeder bugs for our kids with scales. Started coming here when our crickets from petsmart would die overnight. The crickets, dubia, and worms are very healthy and our anoles love it. Also purchased our terrarium there.Clean shop, nice people, and the little ones appear to be well taken care of. Can't ask for more than that.

Awesome store with great stock and employees! Always very helpful and insightful. Purchased a gorgeous lipstick sunglow boa imperator from them in great health and can't wait to take another one of their animals home!

Went for the first time to get a jumping spider and was blown away about the cleanliness of the store! Probably one of the cleanest pet stores I have ever been in. All the creatures even down to the feeder insects look happy and healthy. Went in for one spider a month ago now we have 4 🤣! Now our go to place for our reptile and arachnid needs and wants! Would highly recommend very friendly and knowledgeable.

Man oh man, this place is the best! I went there once and I loved it, I loved the store the lack of pushing you to buy stuff and love of the hobby that the staff has! The owner couldn’t be any cooler and nicer to his customers. Too bad it’s too far for me but I’ll try to pass by at least once a month.

Just visited this reptile store, and happy to say it was a "real reptile" place. It had a good selection of reptiles, not a snake place. Mostly frogs and lizards of all types. Great selection of feeders at a good price. All the enclosures were clean and well kept. It was a pleasure checking you out and recommending to everyone in the area.

I'm giving it 3 stars and not 1 because I really liked the critters they had. But not the employee I encountered. Maybe other workers are cool, I don't know. But the egg I got sucked. Boo.This was months ago when I thought my jumping spider was dying, so I just went there to ask questions on what to feed her that would be easier for her. The worker was pessimistic and sarcastic. "They don't live long anyway," Guess what? I KNOW!! BUT I came here asking what should I feed her??? This is how he spoke to me:"You own a pet?," yes"You own a dog?," yes"You own a cat?," YES, PLEASE, WHAT IS THE POINT"Grab a can of wet food. Open it. Put it outside. Wait for a fly to land on it and try feeding her that. That's your best luck,".This was in May. My jumping spider, Lorelai, is still alive. She wasn't as active back then because she was laying an egg sac. Something I didn't know much about. She still loves her mealworms.

I would say the best Reptile store on the Island. Rich was extremely helpful. My wife and I went in with the intention of buying a couple items for a current snakes. We ended up purchasing two Boas. Rich also helped out tremendously with an order of six Vivariums that I made. The store is clean, animals are well cared for and excellent records are kept on care and feeding. I’ll definitely be making the trip back for my snake needs.

I was looking to purchase a reptile Snake lizard or frog in Suffolk county for my kids. This place is absolutely amazing clean animals the owner or manager was so friendly and knowledgeable about the reptiles. I would never shop anywhere else on Long Island to purchase a reptile.

Best place for reptilesThey are very clean and take great care of their animals. Alejandro has a great variety and loves to talk about them- he is very knowledgeable. We had a great experience buying our snake. Their prices are also fair.

I just bought a ball python from this pet shop. The shop is very clean and organized, great selection and all the animals are very well taken care of. night and day difference from btj's jungle down the street highly recommend Repxotica. Very knowledgeable and it's obvious these are more than just animals to them. I will definitely be returning and recommending to others.

Great selection of reptiles, cages were clean and all the reptiles were well fed. Owner was very knowledgable and had a lot of food and cage accessories in stock. Prices were very reasonable, better than other big name pet stores. The new female employee that is there is very enthusiastic about reptiles and took the time to show many of the different reptiles that they have to offer. I eventually purchased a sand fire red Bearded Dragon who is full of energy and enjoys exploring the couch when he is out. I highly recommend purchasing from this store as the selection is vast and cleanliness of the enclosures is top notch.

Large selection of items . All of the herps on display are in really good condition. Feeder crickets and rodents were perfect. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My new go-to spot for my reptiles. Prices are much better than Petco and Pet Smart. Highly recommend!!!

It is a really nice and relatively clean store, the workers are cool and it is a great place to get your first reptile. I went there to get my first tarantula and my mother didn't want one until the guys there talked her into it. I brought home a healthy and docile (chill) pinktoe tarantula. Far better than reptile rage.

Feeder pricing is pretty good, but when I called to check I was answered with an unnecessarily rude attitude. I asked about the pricing for small mice small rats and rat pups. After asking the first two questions I was asked if I was just going to be asking pricing and that she's busy.If you're too busy to answer questions about pricing maybe the prices should be on your website? I can appreciate prioritizing people inside of the store, but give your customers the resources to find the info on their own then. Again the attitude was also unnecessary. I've bought enclosure supplies from them in the past but most likely wont come here again.

I picked up a beautiful pied ball python from Repxotica today and I'm super impressed. Not only did they help me with purchasing the pied, but they also gave me advice on my other baby ball python!! Prices are amazing for cages, snakes, accessories and food. I loved this place and will definitely be returning in the future.
