Make sure you allow enough time to browse because you will be surrounded by many items that match up with ALL those projects you have been putting off.Tractor supply has usually provided what I needed, but sometimes they fall short.I have found simply calling in advance makes us both happy.

A little bit of everything can be had here. From tools to wood stoves to livestock supplies and clothing. Prices tend to be a bit higher on some items and less on others. Generally, they're reasonably priced, and the product quality is above average. The staff is friendly but not always knowledgeable.

I love Tractor Supply. They have the only dog food my 13 year old dog will eat. I also buy my dog CBD oil at TS that has changed his life! He acts like a young puppy again. Thank you!

This is our secondary TSC as the Olean location is closer. Oddly enough, the two stores often have different inventory, so it's worth a stop in if we are out that way. We lucked out at the Wellsville location and found meat turkeys, which the Olean location never has.

Went here for some dirt and some mulch. The prices were off the wall crazy good. And as usual the employees are extra friendly and overly helpful as usual.

The staff is always very pleasant, and hekpful. Im greeted with a friendly "Hello" everytime i walk in. Store is clean and easy to navigate and is usually always well stocked.

The place is awesome the staff are even better from the manager Rick to the assistant manager Jeremy and the cashier's Victor, Trudy, James, rick and Billy are so awesome I was outside and they gave me a chair to sit they even bought me something to drink when it was so hot outside. They even help me out when a rainstorm came i almost flu away with my tent they came out and help me and gave me a nice place to do my job I think this place is the best place that I have been in a while if you are near this area stop by they will help you as much as possible. Keep up the good work !!!

SUPERHEROESDON’T ALWAYS WEAR CAPES!Living in Western New York near Buffalo we’re prone to lake affect snow storms here. I was at our off grid camp just outside of Whitesville, NY for the 2022 opening of deer season. Somehow, during the course of the day, I lost my keychain with camp and truck keys attached. Home for me is North, just over 200 miles away. After returning to camp after a long, cold and windy day in the stand my 1 1/2 year old generator wouldn’t start. My coal reserves were low as was my phones battery. I arranged to have my spare keys delivered overnight USPS. Little did I know that they would be delayed for four days due to the snow storm. In the meantime, I contacted Tractor Supply in Wellsville, New York. I spoke with a gentlemen, named Todd and explained my situation. Todd gave me the phone number of a local cab company that could shuttle me to his Wellsville store and back.Needless to say, the cab company was out of business and Uber doesn’t operate anywhere near there. 10 minutes later I get a phone call. It was Todd wondering if I had found a ride to his store. Todd conveyed to me he arranged transportation to pick me up and take me to his store where a generator would be there waiting for me. He also made arrangements for me to pickup the heating coal I needed from a local vendor and a return trip back to camp. It turns out Todd Kessler is the store manager and the driver he sent to battle the snowy whiteouts was Kevin Smith one of his employees. Kevin by the way checked up on me by texting numerous times to see if my storm delayed package of replacement keys arrived. Where do people with this kind of care and concern come from in todays day and age! Thank you Kevin and thank you Todd from the bottom of my heart and my family’s too, for not having the “ it’s not my job” attitude by going far above and beyond!Lloyd S.

Awful service, sick birds. One after another the khaki Campbell ducks I purchased had seizures and died- starting at day one, not an hour after getting home. Was replaced, that one died in a few days. Out of 8, 3 lived.As a Mother's Day gift my husband bought me some silkies and a few bantams. Same deal as the ducks!I wasn't the only one that experienced this, my neighbor had the same thing happen with khakis and Perkins from the Wellsville store. We both were told by an employee at different visits that there had been issues with the chicks and ducklings being picked up on time at the post office which contributed to weak birds.Manager seemed to not understand why I called to complain when the final bird died "You're calling about birds bought in April?"Yep! In The end of April and the first week of May (heck, it's the 3rd week)- so weak or sick birds would last a bit. Didn't seem concerned that the birds were crap from the get-go or that employees are telling customers that the chicks are going to the wrong post office and that they aren't beingPicked up for a couple days when they DO make it to the right post office.Bottom line- shop in Hornell.
