Has everything you need. We liked the subs from the deli. This store use to be the Big M when I lived here in the 90’s. Staff was friendly and attentive.

A lot of theft occurs in this store causing all of us to pay higher prices. Today 4:39pm, a man & woman, man in old grey sweat pants, woman in old pink winter coat. She looks like she had a ton of stuff under her coat. They hung out in the meat section for a LONG time, like 10 minutes. I pretended to be on my phone. They went down to the chicken section after they visited the steaks then they came back to the steaks and picked up a package of steaks. They then high tailed it to the breads and it didn't look to me like they had anything under the hamburger buns they had in their basket.The days are coming (and not soon enough) were people will have to pass through an airport scanner to exit the grocery store.6/19/21 between 3:30pm and 4:00pm. Rude fellow customer accosted me in the store. He was the first one to speak by saying "You should be wearing a mask" I looked at him and said "No" in a firm voice. He then said "Yes, you should" I replied "Mind your own business" and walked away. As I was walking away I heard him say "It is my business". I felt like getting into a physical confrontation with this man (fat, 60s, white, unkempt, dirty T shirt, light hair color) but may have lost my $80,000 a year job as a result. The confrontation happen infront of the deli counter where they make subs.I wish the store had security that would follow weird customers around so that they wouldn't bother sain hard working customers.Today 1/5/2022 time 12:12pm I walked into the store and saw a older man opening the packages of grapes and running his fingers through each bag of grapes. I asked the man if he worked there and he said no. I then asked him why is he running his fingers all over the grapes. He mumbled something. I then asked 'it isn't very sanitary is it?' He mumbled something else. I spent very little time in the store and alerted the cashier to the situation. She said she would let the manager know as soon as she got off break.

I decided to stop here instead of driving to Auburn so I could save on gas . Anyways, I was concerned that I didn't receive my discount that was advertised. BOGO chips that cost 4.59. I wasn't expecting to spend 9.18 on chips. I went back to ask if they could fix it and the cashier informed me that "he was just talking to his manager about it and they put their signs up early." There was no offer to make it right. If the deal starts tomorrow then what's the difference between giving it to me at 730 pm vs when you open back up tomorrow morning. I would have been better off just driving to Aldi's.

pretty good store for a quick in town run!has just about everything you need if you gotta make a in town run for a missing ingredient for dinner or the such. not a TON of selection but its a small town market for the basics and a little extra. place was clean and not dirty at all, all the staff was nice everything was stocked. IT IS a little on the pricer side of things but a lot of the stuff here is local and ill pay more for local stuff for sure.

The owners and staff are always so helpful and friendly, my wife and I love shopping there. It’s so much nicer than going to Walmart or the bigger stores. Definitely recommend you give it a try if you’ve never been, won’t be disappointed.

I'm here quite often. Good selection of quality meat and great prices. Wish the produce section was bigger, but they always have all the basics. Impressive beer selection for a small place. Store brands are just as good as the name brands and at a much better price. Can't go wrong with Shurfine markets.

I stopped in passing through town as my wife and I were hungry around lunch time 10/30/20. I asked the gal in the hot food area what they had that was good and she mentioned the homemade lasagna. She said it was all good though. I opted for the lasagna. My wife and I loved it along with a bag of TGIF sour cream and onion potatoes skins....mmmm so good.I will definitely be stopping back. Great place. Highly recommend their homemade lasagna, really homemade and so reasonably priced right out of the oven.

There's two young owners from these gentlemen have cleaned up the store put the new flooring in brought in a lot of different local vendors and variety you're doing a great job I was quite impressed I haven't been there and several years and the place looked great

I was disappointed. Picked up a head of lettuce had so much brown inside it. I peeled away and ended up with 1/4 if it to use. The tomato package - tomato was rotten in bottom. Also bought a premade salad. Which was a waste lettuce was bad inside. REALLY !! Will drive the extra miles before I buy produce there.
