One of the best ace stores I've ever been in. Not only did they fill out my warranty on my Stihl weed Wacker, they started the machine and covered all aspects of it with me. Plus they filled it up with gas.Great customer service and plenty of help on the floor to find what you need. I have Stihl dealers alot closer to me but decided to buy it at Weedsport Ace hardware.Thanks so much..

These guys are great, just became a first time homeowner and been doing small projects here and there on top of just moving in the usual stuff (hooking up a gas dryer myself etc) they have always had someone who knew stuff to explain to me what I should get and the proper way to do something if I wasn't sure. they also have never steered me to higher priced stuff just to make a sale and I really like that.will be going here as much as I can when I can!

Great general hardware store with almost everything you might need around the house and shop. I am not a great fan of their paints, go to Sherwin Williams for that, but for everything else, they got it. Saves you from going to the big box store.

Don't ever rent there shampooers 1 they are junk 2 they tried to take the head off the shampooer and couldn't but expected me to be able to get it off and not break it and came up with every excuse they could find to give me back the rental fee and they were extremely rude about it I do not recommend at all !!!! And to make matters worse they couldn't even tell you what came with the rental or how to operate it.

I don’t shop for lawn or hardware stuff all that often but when I do I try and shop local. This is one time I am SO GLAD I DID. We needed some paint for a pallet project my husband made for our yard so we went into ACE. We picked out the color we both liked and had them mix it up 2 quarts for us. My husband painted the next day. WOW....it was so not the color we had envisioned. We were hoping for a clay to burnt orange. This was almost neon orange. I called the store and talked to DAVE to see if they could add a bit of brown to the remaining paint to tone it down a bit. He told me to come in. We took the paint back to the store. He asked me what color we were going for, I tried to explain and hoped for the best. He started pushing buttons and a few different colors were dispersed into our paint. After being shaken and stirred he opened it and I was shocked. It was almost exactly the color we were looking for. I was so happy. It is the small things like this that make shopping local so well worth it. Thanks DAVE for saving our yard project. It looks awesome.

They are always very helpful there. They really have a great inventory for a small town hardware store. Full lineup of Stihl power equipment. I'd pay the extra just for the service vs the box stores.

Not friendly, not helpful! Went in looking for canning supplies. They were not busy and not one staff person asked if I needed help or even acknowledged my presence! Not the first time I have had poor service here either - i won't be back!

Small store packed with all kinds of hardware. Most of your average things can be found here, but the selection is not as great as a big box store, simply because of the space limitations. If I can't find it here, it is usually on their website. Takes forever for delivery though.

Always been a 5 star place until today. My 5yo daughter needed to go to the bathroom and they would not let her use it. I was about to spend over $300 I dropped everything and said I'll take my business elsewhere. I get they have that right but as a parent and someone who has digestive health issues it's very frustrating when places refuse restroom use to customers.

I'm in this Ace hardware a lot. Love that it is locally owned and operated. I always try to shop there before a big box store anyday! Plus everyone is friendly and helpful (when or if needed.) Most of us that shop there 1st, know where everything is. Haha!

For a local store in a small town there's a pretty good selection with really nice staff. The prices are pretty high on certain things so in a pinch it's okay but sometimes even supporting local business cost a bit too much. Other things are pretty competitive priced and it's nice to have good help from people like Dave R

Went in there a few weeks ago to get fabric and mulch for the garden we're trying to get in place. Workers were super nice and helpful, got the stuff quick and got help loading the mulch into my car.

Prices are a little higher then the big boxes, but it is nice to have a hardware store right in town. Quality of products is great, and staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
