Spent one night at this motel and it was great. Employees were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well kept, everything in the room worked and was in good order. Check in and check out was easy. I will definitely stay at this motel in the future if needed. I highly recommend staying here.Rooms: Very nice clean rooms.Nearby activities: Two nice restaurant/bars within walking distance.Safety: Well lit at night. Able to park right in front of your room.Food & drinks: Two nice restaurant/bars nearby. If it was warmer out I would have walked to them. Very close.

We were passing through Weedsport on a cross country bike tour, and were so glad we chose the Rodeway Inn for the night. They have obviously been putting effort into improving this motel, and it shows. It was very clean, well kept, staff was friendly and it had a continental breakfast in the morning. It is also central to the grocery store, brewery, and ice cream shop. What more could you need?

UpdateI went back a few days later.Since I had a lot of driving to do, I planned to have breakfast at 6:00. I'd been up since 5:00.I waited at the locked door without seeing anyone until 6:05.There doesn't seem to be anyone at reception at night.I left the hotel without breakfast and very unhappy.During my previous stay, the breakfast guy ( the only staff member present) was not ready at 6 o'clock. I thought it was exceptional. With this morning I see that this hotel has a problem to solve. I will not go there again.__________________________________A very pleasant hotel, away from the noise, go for it.My room was spacious and clean, with a reading chair, microwave and small fridge with a little freezer space.The air-conditioning worked very well, as did the wi-fi.The bed was very comfortable and clean. I had an excellent night.Breakfast is decent, with cereals, toast and jam.There's also a pre-packed croissant sandwich with sausage and cheese to heat up in the microwave.Rooms: My room was spacious and clean, with a reading chair,Safety: Rien de négatif

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Rodeway Inn a few nights ago on our cycling trip. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed. I was not expecting to see a fridge or microwave. The other guests were really friendly. The service and hospitality provided by Sema, Kishore, and Robin was exceptional. Robin took extra time to show me the breakfast buffet offerings and said she had been working with Sema and Kishore for many years and that they were wonderful employers. Sema and Kishore were so polite and friendly; they were very patient with me and my family, who enjoy being VERY social and talkative. After leaving the room and returning our keys, my dad realized that he left some belongings in the room. The person working in housekeeping heard us talking about this and came right over to let us back into the room. The website for the Rodeway located Weedsport says there is an outdoor pool, and there's a photo of a pool. This Inn actually no longer has a pool, but that didn't take away from our positive experience. We loved the kindness, cleanliness, and affordability of Rodeway Inn. You can tell by the demeanor and kindness of the staff that this motel is a good place to work. and I recommend it highly. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is disgusting, between the attitudes and remarks or the clerks, and the rooms, stains on the beds and pillows, to the bed bugs, and roaches, it's gross. They try to make it look nice but trust me it's not, I would never stay here again, and if your ever in the area do yourself a favor an go to the red roof inn, an get this place shut down.Rooms: DisgustingSafety: NoneNoteworthy details: Gross

Kristie was most helpful. Made sure I was in area of motel I requested and that I was a few rooms away from other guests to avoid noise. Bathroom, beds, end tables all clean! I dont look around too carefully… they are motels and use is unavoidable, re rug(wear flip flops)and paint, etc. for price I had a great night sleep in a clean comfy bed. Breakfast I didnt expect much. Cup of coffee and a granola bar.

I didn’t have a very high opinion of Rodeway Inns, but this place was excellent! You can see that the owners take pride in their business. The rooms were updated and CLEAN! There were no signs of age in corners of the bathroom or anywhere. The linens were of high quality and there was a fridge and microwave. Even breakfast was provided. I would recommend this motel to anyone needing to stay in Weedsport

Nice place beds were comfortable the TV was small but had alot of good channels clean inside and outside and had great experience we stayed there on the 4th of July so we missed the fireworks couldnt locate where they was firing them off but we still had a nice time...Rooms: Was clean and updatedSafety: We felt safe while we was there

Super clean and bed is very comfortable. If that's all you need then this is the spot! Yes, walls are not aesthetically pleasing but what does good looking walls do for you? Clean is all that matters. No frills but great basics. Unexpected stay, snow storm brought me here.

Absolutely wonderful!Reasonable rates, friendly staff, rooms are huge, beds are comfy, room was clean, shower had great pressure and hot.Best Rodeway Inn I've ever stayed at and most are not great.Rooms: Lots of roomFood & drinks: Not many options in the town but there is a Dollar General and a grocery store.

Decent rooms for the weekday rate we paid of 65. No carpet which was nice, fridge and micro. We never went to breakfast because the room was so far away from the office. Very quiet and Room was serviced nicely. Could use better lighting. Would stay there again.

Rooms are a little pricey for how bad they look like they are maintained. Looks like an inexperienced person does the drywall work every wall was full of "patches" that looked as if they threw space on the wall and painted it. Room aHad small ants along the wall nothing in the room was straight and the bathtub did not look very clean (water spots on all the chrome bottom was black) service was OK bed was decent ac worked but was loud but that drowned out the sound of the Trains. It looked as if several rooms had permanent guests.Overall I would feel it's an 79 a night room.Cooks diner across the street is the spot for breakfast don't even bother with the waffle bar or cereal from the dispenser here.

This is a very good value. The rooms were clean. The carpet and bedding were clean and nice. The AC was cold. There was a nice comfy chair in the corner. The bathroom was clean. The shower was clean. I have paid the same price for other hotels and they skimp on thing, but not this one. Oh, the internet was very good too. We are very happy to stay here and would stay again.

My kids and I travel a lot and I must say this is the cleanest best smelling room I have been in! Simple quiet location and friendly staff. Perhaps the most exciting part...I got an unheard of full 9 hours sleep on the most comfortable bed ever made! Please please tell me what mattress is in room 205??! Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Add a good stay at this inn. The service is friendly and the bedroom was quite clean but bathroom needed more scrubbing. However we were really disappointed by the lack of variety for the breakfast cereals, coffee, green tea, mini muffin, and orange juice which tasted more like water with orange flavour. There was a waffle mixture but once cooked it was like a sponge that had a strong yeast taste. So I would recommend the place for its location and price but buy your breakfast at the supermarket on the other side of the road

The room was good. The shower was really good.The problem was a group of over 20 adults and kids came and were all up till 3am. Sounded like they were running on the roof and walls. It was very loud. I would recommend that if a group that large shows up they place them in the lower rooms.

We stayed at the Weedsport Rodeway Inn on a bike tour of the Erie Canal and it was awesome! Though a basic 1960's motel, the rooms have been obviously recently renovated and were great, amenities included a fridge, microwave and lots of USB charging ports. The front desk was very friendly and it's in a great location! Almost right across the street from a brewery and a pizza/sub shop was just down the street. Plus the value was superb.

I came to this hotel at midnight after i had gotten into a car crash. The staff at first was irritating because they wouldn't take my grandmothers credit card information over the phone and my money wouldn't transfer. The staff finally took my grandmas credit card information so that i could have a place to stay. They are now letting me stay in their lobby until my ride comes. Overall turned into a positive experience. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

After being accused of having a dog that was a stuffed animal I will never go back to this inn again. Even the cleaning lady said it wasn't us but the front desk lady continued to blame my wife and offered no apology for the action taken. Told me not to curse her out after her accusations with no apology. I will never ever go back to this hotel again. If I could give it negative stars I would in a heartbeat! Honestly I should get a refund for that period.

Hey I was there on Memorial Day weekend 2019. The owner was replay nice. When we went to heat up some our food after breakfast hours we found owner sitting there. Very nice people . Even though breakfast was finished we found cereal milk and coffee was there . By mistake we left our suitcase. When we went 1 hr latter it was there . I called the hotel when I was going back for suitcase they said they will find it. When I wet it was intact in the room .

This is no ordinary Rodeway Inn. This place was nicer than some Comfort Inns that I have stayed in. I have never given any hotel a five star. This was a very nice clean quiet safe motel. I will stop again for sure the next time I come thru New YorkMark

Pleasantly surprised!!! I’ve never stayed at a Rodeway before but was put up here by my business host. Had been recently remodeled and it was absolutely fine place to stay.

I just needed a quick stop to break up a long drive. This place is convenient, very clean, and has everything I need. There is a grocery store across the street to pick up supplies.
