I don't always post reviews on places and I probably should have posted a review by now because Kinny's in Weedsport has always been wonderful to myself and my mother. Most of my interaction has been with the pharmacy for my mother And I can't say enough nice things about them taking the care to make sure things are going good. This particular day today March 23rd 2023 I went in there not feeling well trying to get some cold medication and some COVID tests and by the time I got up to the front counter to check out I was on The Verge of passing out and they were so sweet to me the man and the woman behind the counter and the man actually walked me out to my car as I was in very rough shape so I just want to say that Kinny's has always been wonderful And I thank them very much

The store is great, the pharmacy is ome of the worest, you have to go back repeatedly and get different stories on why medication is never ready on time, if there was another pharmacy with 15 miles i would never use this location

I truly love everything about the Pharmacy but Debbie. Every time my wife or I call for a script or go in to pick it up, if she is the person we deal with, we get a nasty attitude. She always acts like she is better than those beside her. We are truly thinking about switching pharmacies. Enough is enough.

My brother recently moved to Weedsport, and was having some allergy issues. Went here and got just what he needed! And when I decided to sign up for their rewards, it was quick, easy, and the staff was amazing! Most definitely will ho again!

The lady with the dark shoulder length hair i'd say mid 50's is the rudest person i have ever seen working with the public and that's saying a lot because i'm no spring chicken myself but the way she talked to the customer in front of me made me feel extremely uncomfortable she was yelling at this guy because he swiped his card instead of using the card reader and you would have thought he committed a crime in the way she berated him and it made me angry! she is lucky she talked to him like that and not me!!

I am at a loss as to why the cash price for this drug is way higher than the other stores. $58 dollars more than 3 other stores I called, unfortunately I had them already fill it so I took it!!! Never will do business here again…for anything. There are a lot of people on fixed incomes and I am one of them! If they want to keep their prices that far out of range for prescriptions….they will lose more than just me! I understand convenience but that is just crazy!!!!!!!

Moved here 4 months ago and the pharmacy is very well run. Store needs some serious customer service training. Cleaning is a priority these days.

Usually helpful staff, but always running out of stocked items. Very frustrating. The manager always blames the warehouse, but I have noticed no such problem at Elbridge Kinney. Get on the ball!

Stopped to ask about a new medication doctor prescribed me and COVID vaccines. Felt like I was a nuisance to both the girl at drop off counter and pharmacist. I won’t ever step foot in the place again.
