3/1/24: The workers were very helpful, professional, & friendly! The store had great offerings . Please open up the Lolypop Farm 🚜 adoption site within the store again, so locals can adopt rescue animals again. Rescue animals need good, loving ❤️, stable homes 🏡 ASAP!

Saturday morning, staff was great. It was our first visit, and we were very impressed. The selection was somewhat different than other stores, so that's a plus. The low shelving made it feel much more open and welcoming than other stores, and it was easier to see where to go to find whatever you need.

Absolutely amazing place if you need to wash your dog. They supply everything you need to clean you precious puppy. My daughter's dog Pebbles got surprised by her impromptu bath. 😃

Manager Josh quickly and easily used an alternate supplier to special order the JJ Fud's Porkies that have become difficult to find due to supply shortages. Associate PJ carried the heavy box to my car. I am always treated like a valued customer. Excellent customer care!

Every time we shop here, every worker is friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of products, and we can normally find a good deal or sale on at least one of our items. When we have our pup with us, all the workers are very sweet with her, and she loves the attention. This is a great locally-owned shop!

Very disappointed in how your manager at the hard rd store handled my situation. Received a curbside pick up and discovered the bag of dog food had a hole in it. Totally understand this happens. Called store on the day of pick up and the Gentleman was very helpful and told me he'd put another bag up for me to exchange. They were closing so I went the next day. Your manager Erin insisted I enter the store to process the exchange. I use the curbside service for the reason not to enter the store because of a medical problem. Her attitude was that I was a burden to her . Very protocol not people oriented!!!! I have been a customer for 15yrs and have spent a large amount of money in your business. That's over. Amazon wins again

The customer service was amazing! We had just gotten a new kitten hours prior to our visit and needed a lot of guidance, and advice. Victoria at the Webster NY location was absolutely wonderful. she walked around the store with us helping us pick what was best for all of our new kittens needs. Her passion for animals was clear through her excitement and eagerness to help, and her customer service was phenomenal! We will definitely be back to get all our animal's necessities for years to come!

I recently started coming here for dog food. There is a wide variety of good choices. The staff is great and very helpful. They also have wash stations to bathe your pets so you don't have to worry about making a mess or cleaning up at home.

This is a great store in a most convenient location for my family. I love the monthly coupon because it's a money saver. Sales people are always helpful. Store is neat and items are stored to find what you want quickly. On behalf of our cat we would like to say this store is a 10.

I was greeted at the door by the sales associate, she helped direct me to the aisle I needed, and then offered to carry my 50lb bag of dog food to the car. (And the price was very good, too!) All around, it was a very pleasant shopping experience!

Found what we needed for our cat. I liked their selection of cat toys better than another local pet store. Also some of the prices on things were better (some were worse). We will be back again. The employee that helped us cash out was very nice and we had a good shopping experience here.

I always love coming here! The staff are super helpful and always friendly, and we even exchange pet pictures! I also love how Pet Saver caters more towards the healthy and natural way of life, which I am thankful for! My dogs are my babies so I want to make sure they get taken care of as best they can!

Nice and clean. Tons of food options from soft foods to kibble to raw diet. The clerk said everything is holistic, most things are organic and some things are made in the USA (but not all). My first time going was a bit overwhelming because of the selection but one of the employees showed me exactly what I was looking for so I wasn't wandering isles. It's a really cool space and thanks to their blue Buffalo frequent buyer program, this is where I'll be getting my food in the future.

Everyone is so knowledgeable and nice. My dog Angus loves coming in and everyone will stop what they are doing to love on him. We love the selection, especially the dried salmon chews. They recently ran out and they took my info to give me a call, and they set aside the best ones of the bunch for us!! This place is the best.
