It was an ok experience. I think my dog was a bit much for the groomer. She said he was afraid when she dried him with the blowers. We dropped him at 1 and he still wasn't done at 330-4. When I arrived he heard me and started whining and then barking, it seems he was prematurely done. He wasn't combed completely especially around his ears. The part that bothered me, he seemed so down that evening. I've taken him there before and he didn't act out of sorts. I think this experience wasn't the best this time. He smelled great, missing his bandana, and was happy to be home.

We LOVE the BayTowne Per Supplies Plus so much! The store is always so clean and inviting. Every employee seems to love their job and are pleasant and helpful. Their selection of products is outstanding and organized. The pets for sale are living in clean conditions and the store fixtures and pet habitats always look brand new. Keep up the good work, Per Supplies Plus! Thank you for being a reliable place to meet our pet needs!!

Went in to get a new betta fish and left extremely sad. These fish had algae growing in their tiny containers and were on the brink of death. I felt so sorry for them. Even the area the cats lived in was just really sad. It takes two seconds to throw some new water in those containers. Shame on you.

I just wanted to give Jazz in grooming a HUGE shoutout!! I dropped my son off with her on a 3/10 and it was much busier than what I usually see at the Webster store. Jazz handled everything with such grace and professionalism, and even though the grooming station was incredibly busy she still made sure she gave my dog all the attention that he needed. My dog looked amazing as usual when he visits Jazz, she should be recognized for all her great work!

Pet Supplies plus has a decent selection and are the only store in the area to carry Open Farm. They also have a good rewards program and convenient curbside pickup. However, I am incredibly disappointed with the grooming at Baytowne. I used to love taking my dog to get his nails done by both Jessie and Kelsey. They were great with him, wonderful to deal with, and the price wasn't too bad. However, since Jazz started, I've had 2 appointments rescheduled to hours earlier on the same day as the appointment. Today, the appointment was moved with less than an hour of notice.

I scheduled my dog grooming appointment for today. I had provided her medical records stating she had her rabies vaccine two days ago. I was told that this wasn’t good enough. I’m sorry but how is her medical records not good enough? I’ll never go back to pet supplies again for grooming. I found Kelsey, her previous stylist at this location, I will follow her.

I have never been in such a clean and modernized pet store! My German Shepherd had her nails done today and she was very nervous. The Groomers took their time and got my anxious girl to relax as much as she could. They have been the only groomers to cut my dogs nails short and I’m so thankful!

It is taken me until now to be able to write about the horrible grooming my dog received 4 days ago. The groomer was nice enough but she did a horrible job. She did nothing on his face and I do not believe he had a bath because he smells. People have commented how awful his paws look. She said he tried biting her clippers so continuing would have been unsafe. My dog is almost 11 years old and that is the first time this has ever happened. She told me the grooming would take 3 hours and he was ready in under an hour and a half. She obviously needs more training, and I should have demanded at least a portion of my money back. I am quite dissatisfied with the entire experience.

I came in the other day to use the self wash and stopped by the growing salon for a nail trim. Jazz recommended a deshed for my German shepherd and it was exactly what my dog needed.I highly recommend Jazz!🙂

This was our go-to place to wash the dogs and buy all their stuff. But the past couple months, it's all gone downhill. Prices are up, and equipment has changed and sucks (it's so annoying to get sprayed by water at the connection points in the dog wash. Teflon tape is a simple fix if they cared). The floor was sticky in random places and it's just not the great place it used to be.

Took our lovely goldendoodle to Pet Supplies Plus @ Baytowne Plaza for a haircut & bath and Zack was awesome! He's the first groomer (Emma is 7) that has listened and given her the hairstyle we requested and she looks fantastic, He was patient and did the best job we've ever experienced after a variety of groomers ~ we're sure going to call on Zack again when she needs a trim! Way to go Zack!!

The people who work at this store are patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I bought fish, and he carefully asked what size tank I had. This is a great question and shows he cares about the fish and cares that I am not getting fish that are too big for my tank. I enjoy shopping here.... it's a great atmosphere !

My son in-law and I shop here for all our pets. We have 2 dogs and 2 cat. They're all different ages and all require different kinds of food. Most of the time we can find exactly what we need for all of them. The puppy needs a little more than the older dog. We find that on occasion this store runs out of the large bag brand we get. Other than that we have no complaints. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

This was my first visit to this store. I have a stray kitten coming around so I stopped in to buy some kitten food.Even if the kitten doesn't hang around, I want to keep going back to this store to see the staff. They were so nice and I walked out of there with a big smile on my face.To the owner / manager: Keep those employees! There are too many young people out there who are just miserable, but your crew is happy and it shows!

Great place for dog food, toys and treats. Staff is great here. Every single one of them said hello and with a smile. Very professional in providing answers to my questions. They have a self wash dog bathing area. I will be bringing my dog as soon as it starts to warm up for $10.00 and nail clipping by appointment is also $10.00. Can't beat that compared to the competitors. The prices are just as competitive, about the same as other big names but a little bit cheaper. It's clean and friendly so stop in and get their rewards card and start saving money here.

Awesome pet store! This store carries wardrobes for your pet. I have a 3 ½ pound Chihuahua, and this store is pretty much a petopia of products. They actually have xxs thru much larger (didn't look how much larger) sized clothing, hats, shoes, and seasonal costumes! If you have a small little dog, this is a go to shipping experience. The employees are super friendly and very helpful! I was actually escorted to the aisle where the product I was in search of was located! They have a fabulous selection of pet supplies, treats, chews, and food! I love the home town feel of this store, it's kind of like Cheers, where everyone knows your name... they treat you like are a valued customer.

The young lady named Heather who was the manager on at the time was extremely rude when I told her that I left my coupon ( which expires soon )at home. She stated that they are not linked to my phone number and she couldn't do anything about it.But on a positive note the cashier ( Mitchell) was extremely friendly and a joy to talk to.

We went into pet supply plus in baytowne twice today 1st to get information in regards to buying a snake. Since this is new for us we had many questions we were so lucky to be able to speak with Sam who was so knowledgeable and advised us of everything we need and all the dos and donts of being a snake owner. So we left and came back after dinner to purchase everything we needed to get set up before we purchase our 1st snake. This time Maddie was there and she was extremely helpful as well and took her time with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Maddie and Sam were so helpful and we were so lucky to have such amazing staff to help us today. We can't wait to shop for our snake. Thank you ladies!!
