I reached out after being given a free axolotl. Tammy patiently gave me advice, helped me set up a tank, get the correct food, and get my axi healthy. Now she’s helping me set up a second tank so I can have a vacation home for my axolotl or possibly get a second one. When we’ve visited the store she has been as wonderful and patient with my daughter as she has been with me. Definitely a local business to support.

We have had such a great experience with Tammy at Luv a Lotl! She has held our hands as we took the plunge to add an axolotl to our family. Thank you for answering all of my questions, being sure that all the lotls that leave your care continue to be supported! We went for the cycled tank option back in November and are so thankful. Thanks for our little Marshmallow!
