So friendly and affordable. The only place i will go from now on. I can’t fit my birds first trim. I bought them from Petco and thought I bought two girls. Turns out I have a boy and girl. I bought a $5 nest box and done goodies that canceled out the price of the trim. Awesome ppl work here❤️ Clean and well taken care of

This place is awesome!! I adopted a baby Turquoise Green Cheek Conure from here and they were so helpful, answered a million questions without feeling rushed! They are all very knowledgeable and there birds are gorgeous and very healthy! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! If you’re looking for an exotic bird, this is your place to go!!

If I sat here saying all the good things about Exotic Pet Birds Inc. I would be here all day and this would be a book and not a review lol. To highlight of the best points...-They make you feel like family every time you walk in the door. No matter if your showing up first thing when they open or if your rushing in before they close. They are always nice and willing to help.-They make the experience so personable. They will show you every bird they have if they have to, to find you the perfect fit for you and your family.-They also offer reptiles! They have a special area dedicated to just reptiles! My husband and I being bird and snake people...well this was just the best surprise when we found out that we could also get our reptile supplies when we got our bird food.-The staff is very knowledgeable. After we brought our Sun Conure (Jovi) home, he started to become slightly aggressive toward my husband and I. It got to the point we really didn't want to bring him out of his cage when he was showing his frustrations. We spoke with the staff at Exotic Pet Birds and we found out that our little boy was probably stressed due to it being spring and we had him eating seeds! I guess seeds can cause birds (especially male birds) to become a bit hormonal. We changed his food up with a blend they made special for Jovi from their "Make your own food" containers and his attitude changed drastically within just a few days!-If you buy your bird from them, you get free grooming and training for your bird! This is especially wonderful if your a first time bird owner and may be a little nervous about taking your new baby home. Knowing that you have a team of experts waiting to answer all of your questions can definitely make the experience less stressful and more fun!-They personally love and care for every bird there! Every time I take Jovi back for his grooming or even just to pick out his new toys, they treat it as it he never left! Everyone enjoys seeing how he's doing and wants to hold him and see him! It's so wonderful to be part of the Exotic Pet Birds Inc. family!The ONLY negative thing about Exotic Pet Birds Inc. is that they are located 2 hours away from me. But they are WORTH the drive! I still drive there once a month to purchase food for all my birds and I take my Jovi there when he needs his grooming or a new toys. The drive seems minimal when your going to place that you know you are welcome and can hang out for a few hours if you want to!Our journey with our Jovi started when he was only a few weeks old and they were so patient with us as we went through different sun conures until we found the perfect one. Jovi is not our first sun conure. We lost our previous Sun, Jasmine, and when we were ready to find another one, Exotic Pet Birds Inc. was only too happy to help us out and so patient with us...even though I was so indecisive! We purchased Jovi and they took good care of him until he was ready to come home. They made sure he was eating good and drinking good before they let him come home. I will say it was hard not being able to bring him home, but we got to visit him whenever we wanted and was still able to bond with him! They even do video visits! Since we live quite a distance and still wanted to see our baby, they did a video visit with us and Jovi!If you made it through this review then you are probably contemplating going to Exotic Pet Birds Inc. for your next feathery friend. All I can say is you will NOT regret it! You will not only find your perfect feathery friend, you will gain a family!

I’ve just got to say this place is amazing. We came to check it out on a whim, and had so much fun. So many beautiful birds, and the staff was so nice and friendly. They allowed us to hold the baby Amazon and I was in love. The gentleman who helped us was so knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. I can’t wait to come back and hopefully someday add a new member to our family from here 😊

I have been an avid animal lover since I was very. I saw an ad on Craigslist for a hand feeder for raising baby birds. I had no idea I would meet someone who cares about animals as much as I do. Long story short, I ended up working for Exotic Pet Birds! I stayed there because I knew the owner would do whatever was best for the birds in our care no matter how much it cost. The birds well-being was the top priority! And keeping our customers satisfied and happy is a commitment this company will stand by, which is very important to us!After working for six months, I asked the owner if he could find us a baby Congo African Grey. He contacted a few of the breeder he knew and found one! We named her RayRay. RayRay was very well bred. She has the most amazing vocabulary and friendly personality. She goes camping with us 5+times a year in our RV. She adjusts to change with no problem at all. We love the free grooming and behavioral support offered by Exotic Pet Birds Inc incase we ever need them Inc too! A great Clem, bright family run business our community can count on for many years to come.I would highly recommend Exotic Pet Birds to all my friends and family!

All 4 of our birds have come from Exotic Pet Birds. They have been happy, healthy, and well tempered. EPBI supports it's owners and birds by providing life time grooming and support for birds purchased from them. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and clearly love all the animals there.

Exotic pet birds is a wonderful place! We brought home our colbalt Quaker Sully almost a year ago! Anytime we go in there they are friendly and helpful! Sometimes we go just to see and are offered to hold almost any bird that’s available and even the reptiles. Such a inviting store to be in

We absolutely love you guys! We came in almost a year ago to pick out our new family member and Brucee is now the perfect addition. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. We always leave with fun goodies and new information. Will keep coming and taking the hour drive to bring Brucee in for her grooming and all of her needs. Thank you!!

Exotic Pet Birds gave me a space to heal from losing my very best friend (a GCC); helped me care for my other bird and her grief. They allowed me to visit feeling so welcomed time and time again; and then introduced me to Rufio well over a year later, because they knew she was perfect for me. And she is! They assured me I’d know when I was ready, and helped guide me in choosing this gal. My heart is whole again because of the care they provide to both their customers and birds ♥️ we are customers for life!!

The 2 1/2 hours drive was totally with it! We spent several hours with Ryan who was so patient and knowledgeable. He helped us find our new love who's name is pickles (a pantagonian conure) I would recommend this shop to everyone and anyone who's looking to gain some knowledge about birds. Fantastic staff and great owners! We purchased our blue and gold macaw and turquoise conure here. Just brought blue in to have a couple of his overgrown nails cut back further than I was willing to do on my own. Perfectly done by Ryan(which is who sold us Blue). Sal (owner) is a complete pleasure to just talk to and full of avian knowledge.

Forever greatful!!!!! We brought our bird in to have his wings clipped the groomer noticed he seemed off a little wobbly. She called the owner of the store back. He agreed and proceeded to check him further. He immediately got us into a vet to treat Yoda. It was a bacterial infection that we would not have the ability to notice until it was too late. He is being treated now and we hope for a full recovery. Tha kyou thankyou thankyou above and beyond from these amazing people!!!!

I went in just to look at the beautiful birds and left the happy owner of one. I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful and nice the staff has been. I love that you can visit as much as you want until your little one is ready to go home.

Every time I visit the place just gets better and better. It is mind blowing because I leave thinking this is perfect. Then bam they create something even more amazing in the store. I am always so impressed with the staff friendliness and vast knowledge. I have had birds for over 40 years and every time I go I learn something new. I feel like my birds and I are family.This is a fantastic place to visit no matter how far away you live. Want a new feathered companion? Exotic Pet Birds is the place to go.

We bought two parakeets from Exotic Pet Birds Inc. and they were amazing to work with. We drove over an hour to go to their store for our first bird and they were so knowledgeable and helpful, and the bird was hand raised by them clearly with lots of love and care. Then they helped us select a second bird a few months later. Both experiences were great and we will continue to visit them for grooming and all of our bird supplies!

Well in my personal experience I got my first baby hei hei and 2 years later I still got him he is a sun conure very loveable and now I'm working on a sister for him her name is Arora and she also Is a sun conure and she also is loveable can't wait to bring her home ♥️

My family wanted to get a couple of parakeets. We heard great reviews about this place and decided to check it out! We were greeted and helped right away. The place was so cool! So many birds to choose from. I think it was Maddie who helped us (sorry if I’m wrong) she recommended a cockatiel instead because we were looking for a bird to interact with more that likes to be held and played with. We are so glad she recommended that! She found us the perfect bird for our family! All the birds there looked so happy and healthy. They take great care of them and the store. Everything was organized and clean. They were full of knowledge and answered every question I had. My 4 year old even held the bird and fell in love! They were so patient and helpful! The bird came fully vetted, they offer help with after care too. We are just thrilled with the experience!!! We will be back for all of our bird needs

I’ve never been to a pet store with staff who care for their pets as if they are their own children. But also who treat their customers like family. Whether you’re purchasing a bird or simply visiting them, exotic birds welcome you with open arms. The love they pour into their birds really show because the babies are all so gentle and friendly. This is my happy place. If I’m having a bad day I’ll either come visit or watch along on their Facebook live videos and I immediately feel better. I haven’t been able to buy a bird as of yet but when I do I will go to none other than Exotic birds inc and I hope you do to!!

Jason and I were suppose to buy the Jenday they had, but we can't pay him off what we owe on him, I'm very hurt I couldn't take home, i don't want to even think of getting an other bird i really felt with Harley he was the one for us it just hurts so much we can't have him, I will always love Harley in my heart

Exotic Pet Birds is by far the best place to go. I went in looking for a bird and the staff is AMAZING!! Very informative and patient with me. I spent over an hour with a Blue Quaker Parrot who I fell in love with and brought him home the same day. Doug is my baby. He’s learning new things every day!!

I love this place! They have a huge selection of birds and toys. Their birds are healthy and socialized daily by the staff. It’s always busy, but they still find time to answer my questions and make sure my choice is correct when buying accessories for my best-feathered friend. I have had my Bare Eyed purchased from Sal for almost two years, and it’s been two years of fun with her.

I have been coming to EPBI for 3 years now. My family and I live over an hour away and when we come we make it a day trip. We bring both of our birds to get groomed and we visit with all of the beautiful birds and leisurely shop around the shop. We enjoy talking with staff because they are always kind and knowledgeable. They always answer all of my questions and help me find what I’m looking for. It’s a relaxing environment where we can explore and have FUN. EPBI is full of beautiful birds and positive vibes. 🙌 I also enjoy the Facebook lives where we are learning about birds. I am constantly learning new stuff because of your live feeds. I love this bird store! I am a regular visitor at the store and have a great experience every time I go. Their inventory of toys, cages, bird food and treats is second to none. There is always something new to discover there. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable and I always feel very valued as a customer. I also am very impressed with their interest and active support of avian education. If I could give this store a 10, I would!!

They have an awesome selection from birds to reptiles, got my crested gecko from here so if your in the market to take home a new healthy pet that’s different from the big box stores or just to go to have fun and check out all the cool animals they have, definitely check them out!
