Lots of variety to choose from and a truly engaging experience for visitors to get glimpses of the history of the trail as well.Very kind and accommodating staff and very reasonable prices.A great gift shop for those back home to have tangible memories of your trip to the Falls! The cafe is nice as are the enveloping benches, marked with the signature history of the park. Includes a video presentation of sorts, with plenty of pictures that chart the timeline of the park.

There is a reason this park is rated 3rd in the nation. As far as I'm concerned it's a tie for 1st with Letchworth. Each has so much to offer and so much beauty. We love hiking the gorge at Watkins. My grands loved being able to walk behind the falls in the gorge and going into tunnels and caves along the way. Bathrooms at the base are VERY convenient and when we were done we drove 5 minutes to Seneca lake to swim. It was a great trip and the kids had a blast.

Nice gift shop to purchase something to remember the park with. Staff was nice. Pricing is typical. The place has Air Conditioning, which is nice... It is a good spot to take a break and recover from the heat of the outdoors.

Really cool place with lots of cool, funny, strange, and interesting trinkets. This place has a bathroom just out side of it and is very large and clean. This building is located in the front of the park and is a great place to buy memoirs. Not to mention that their is an icecream place in the back which is nice after taking a long walk in the hot weather by the waterfalls. I would recommend getting the ice cream after the walk and not before because the path is decently long.

Nice swag for the area. Wish it wasn't all made in China. Many local/nearby laser engraving businesses would love to supply your store with quality handmade magnets and ornaments!

Somewhat small. It was hard to navigate with the number of people shopping there. If you stop to look at an item, you create a traffic jam. That being said, there were some very nice items displayed for sale. I bought a DVD of the park and an ornament for my Christmas tree. I am very happy with both!

Check out girl was very unfriendly. The shop was nice. Just a word of advice, when an older person asks if you would have a box for the shirt they just bough, you don't say nope, you say no we don't have boxes and offer a solution, with a smile and kindness. Manners are important in the service industry.

This is a gem of a gift store right in Watkins Glen. Unfortunately, I don’t think locals think of shopping here, but that is a mistake! It has a wide range of primarily local items—gifts, t-shirts, caps, home decor, jewelry and postcard. Near Christmas, they have lots of ornaments. It’s the perfect place to go for a souvenir or if you need to purchase a gift!

Don't expect to be able to get a nice souvenir sweater if you're larger than a "Large."We hiked the gorge trail and wanted to get a nice souvenir of matching sweaters, they carried my size. But not my partners. When we asked about additional stock, they said "Thats all we carry." Really disappointed.

Located right at the main entrance to Watkins Glen State Park, and the mouth of the gorge, the shop offers a good selection of souvenirs and other items related to the park. It is a modest size shop but features a small cafeteria great for lunches or a quick meal.

Nice shop to get some information, and browse. The couple running the place are from my area originally, small world. They gave us some good ideas for places to see, even to get my hair cut. Very enjoyable.

Fun place to stop in and grab some suvioners or gifts. The people are friendly and they now have a cafe with sandwiches, drinks (including local wines and beers), and plenty of other goodies. Stop in after a hike and share the pictures you took. Take care y'all

Cute little gift shop right at the park’s main entrance. Was well stocked with a variety of items: tee shirts, stuffed animals, mugs, etc. all adorned with Watkins Glen, plus a variety of local made items like jewelry, soaps, and such.

Large, well stocked gift shop. Besides the usual park-specific items, there was a wide array of locally produced pottery, jewelry and foods (bought some Japanese Knotweed honey there (almost black in color), delicious!). Friendly staff.

Convenient, temperature controlled shop. Definitely the place to retreat to when it's scorching, muggy, cold, or rainy outside. Gift, souvenir, and cafeteria food selections are typical. Restrooms are clean.

We will definately be back. Loved the house and how the lake was right there. We trailer ed a sailboat and made use of the kyacks. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Nice little tourist shop to spend money at to remember your Watkins Glenn adventure. Prices are over bloated and the cheese factor is ten fold. What else is there to say?
