Cute, cozy and quaint little local restaurant with an incredible view just outside. We were just passing by the area and were told about it by family. Would highly recommend. The subs were delicious; food was fresh and hot. You can sit in or do take away.Parking: Street parking, we are a little after that lunch rush hour and there was plenty of parking available in the area.

This was a good place for a quick lunch. We had cheeseburgers and sweet potato fries and it was all very good. The owners are friendly and very involved in local football. We would definitely visit again!

Great food and kind workers. We brought in a group of fifteen (warned them ahead of time) and it didn’t phase them. The food delivery was staggered, but everything was freshly made and piping hot. The prices were very reasonable, too. Would definitely come again!

Visiting the area on vacation, went in this place for lunch. Maybe they save the good food for the locals! I had a meatball sub. It was like warm. I ate half of it and left the rest lay. For gods sake buy a thermometer before you kill someone. My boyfriend didn't want me to send it back but I really should have! Watkins Glen is beautiful and I will be back again but not to this place.

I love this place for the nostalgia alone, but it is awesome that their menu is great! Used to stop here weekday mornings before middle school started across the street, 25 years ago! 😅 Looking forward to taking my daughter here. 💞

Well, it could have been a bad day as far as the food went. It was well below average. Sausage patties must have come out of the budget bag at the dollar store, english muffins certainly weren't brand name and the eggs (on my sandwich) were - uh - medium rare.To be fair, I'm also not big on partisan breakfasts. I prefer to see the dollar bills posted on the wall above the cash register with the picture of a real president (George Washington) in the middle rather than another. And, if there's a TV, I'd rather see the Weather Channel than Fox and Friends (or Rachel Maddow, by the way).It is clean, well lit and comfortable. Coffee is good. Service was okay.

Excellent little locally owned cafe. Subs were great, prices are inexpensive. Staff was fantastic. Close walk to all the sites around Watkins Glen. Definitely recommend stopping in if you're in the area.

What a great little restaurant! Stopped for breakfast and one person was taking care of all of us, both cooking and waiting on us and we had a delicious breakfast in less time than you would somewhere else with 50 times the amount of employees. Definitely would recommend!

A very pleasant surprise!!We just wanted a quick lunch and stumbled upon this gem. The steak sandwich was delicious, and the milkshake was old school and made just right.The owners are super friendly and nice.

I personally have never ate there but one of the owners is high school football coach and it's really great that our communitys sons have a coach that does more than teach plays and physically train them they take his whole varsity team every Thursday night here for team building n bonding off the field. Which makes are Boys Closer stronger and more socially bonded as a unit. When I was in school we trained ran laps played games and that's all really did as a team. This kind of forward thinking makes a difference in the young men were trying to raise right. Thank you for effort n heart. I know my son appreciates it.

Philly cheesesteak was tasty. Garden salad was incredibly fresh and yummy. Pizza tasted like a giant Lunchable. Undeniably frozen crust, pasty red sauce with no herbs. Odd.

I had a mushroom burger with nice and hot onion rings, he had two Texas hotdogs and a cheeseburger. The food was good. But the owner Nancy is sweet and knows the history of Watkins Glen.
