I will never step foot in this location again. We went to check out and the creepy old ladies up front that work there A: started touching my child and his checks without my permission, then proceeded to give me attitude when I asked them not to. B: kept referring to my boy as a girl after I corrected them several times. And finally my son picked up a item at the register and I told him no we couldn’t get that today and the cashier said” no honey you can have it it’s only 1.25$. I told her she wasn’t his parent and wasn’t buying it and it was completely in appropriate. Ill take the extra 10 min and drive to the cohoes one.

Of course, they have everything you can need and more, this was a quick in and out mainly for detergent but of course, I found five more items that I needed.

It is a Very chill environment most of the day. It’s somewhat easy to get in and out of the store getting what you want/need.

I like it here. Quiet. Was clean. The young lady working last night was kind courteous and helpful.If I'm ever back in watervaliet I will definitely be back.

11/19/ 22 Micheal- didnt want to bag my items aparently playin w stickers was more important i guess bagging isnt in there job description huh last time i checked it was. this not price rite.. that was a whole problem he was argumentative and rude i have never had a problem here before when dory was around ever. The manager on duty did nothing. the next day HE askes me if i want him to bag my stuff im confused isnt that your job! This store needs way better management.

When I visit this location, I am usually able to get what I came for. They stock up regularly. I really appreciate the kind and welcoming atmosphere. It is very clean and organized there.Chrissy , the asst manager is great. She has a wonderful smile and is very helpful. All of the staff there is great.

The Dollar Tree is the best I have a fun time there I swear I go in to buy a few things and end up with shopping cart full. I'm telling you when I'm at the Dollar Tree I forget myself. The staff are happy and real good people the experience is always satisfying and you can't beat it for the price I strongly recommended a visit there and go shop happy an enjoy all you buy one Dollar.

The store was being restocked, cashier was a little overwhelmed with being the only worker on the floor and there were several kids walking around eating food and putting it back on the shelves. This store needs more workers and better security system updated

We love shopping here for little things. They have a good selection of holiday items that are useful for classroom gifts for the students. They sell a wide variety of items for everyday also. The best things is it's all a dollar each.

Love this store for disposable products like paint brushes rollers and things like that oh yeah and they got Reese's Peanut Butter Cups yum I just don't like the new prices of a $1.25 for everything but I guess with inflation it's got to be expected

Usually understaffed or the staff dont know what theyre doing, or theyre having overall register problems. They're friendly however and try their best. The store is always well stocked and pretty neat.

What better way to get the stuff you need when you can get it for a dollar. then if it breaks or do you need another one it's not a big issue. You just can't beat it for a buck. Especially when they have things there did they sell at Rite Aid Price Chopper her triple or even four times the price for the same exact thing just made by a different company.

I will never step foot in this one again. Picked up a couple things to buy and went to go pay for them and there wasnt a single light on for an open register. So I walked up to the only 2 employees I saw that were at a register. They didnt acknowledge me for a full minute just talked and showed pics on phone. Finally the old lady says "oh, I'm not open yet honey" so I look again and no lights indicating an open register. So I look at the other employee who is talking to the old one like are ta gonna wait on me or what, she looked me up and down and went back to talking. Of course I just left. They never said a word. It's like I didnt exist. Besides the entire store is a giant mess.

This store has nice selection and great prices. They are sadly under-staffed resulting in long lines at the checkout. Also some of the aisles are messy so use care.

I think the people at this Dollar Tree or very rude and ignorant they take people that are in the back of the line up first before the people that been waiting in the line for 20 minutes not a fair store at all and I will never go back there this is the store in Watervliet. This store doesn't deserve any stars but since I have to rate it I'll give it a 1!!

Not sure why I had to ask if they had bags and wasn't offered one not sure why I was rudely told to push my items forward because I can't reach them it was the reason not sure why everyone in the store looked miserable and there was only one young kid working the register until he called asked for someone else but I do know why I will never go there again

Looking for birthday cards for a man took a very long time. They were very few to choose from. Might want to reevaluate that set up. Otherwise, I really like this Dollar Tree.

The store in general is in shambles. Very hard to find what you need because some of it is on the floor and the rest of it, especially the medicine aisle, has stuff thrown everywhere. The only reason I give it 3 stars is because the help was friendly and the products are cheap. Work on store presentation!

It's still pretty new. There's always one person at the register when there should be more. The food is never fully stocked even though everything else seems to be.

Love dollar tree but the one in watervliet needs help frezzers never stocked with food always a mess there no registers but one always i go to other ones there great stores but this one needs help
