Went in yesterday to get paint for my daughter's nursery and my son's room, they were short staffed due to an employee having to leave for an appointment, however one employee went above and beyond with his customer service, he jumped right in to help and not only assisted me with my paint but he also cashed me out and carried all my paint right out to my car for me, super friendly staff, and over all a great experience!

I thought the "blue or orange" stores had to be better due to their national buying power but a recent project proved me wrong. I went back to White's and got a great deal on composite decking and I didn't have to wait three to four weeks for it to become available. In addition the service you get a white's is superior to any box store. And finally I negotiated an even better price with my salesman. If you haven't been to White's in a while, it's worth a revisit.

I wouldn’t even give them a star if that was an option. I Went there today to get pricing on railings for my porch. Gave him approximate dimensions because I wanted to make sure there was room for mistakes. He refused to even tell me what the individual cost was for the product I was asking about. In fact, he told me it “sounded like I need a contractor” because it was my first DIY project. And continued to make me feel small about not being new to doing projects and needed help with costs so I could complete my project. I additionally asked about stain so I could get a stain sample for the one I was thinking of going with. He proceeded to say I needed dimensions for that too. I won’t return there again if this is the standard they keep for customer service. I was embarrassed walking out of the store.

Whites lumber is #1in customer service and care to their customers. I recommend them to everyone who needs products for home repair. Nate in the yard is very professional and knowledgeable and Chuck inside sales and heads special orders is #1, don't go anywhere else

I came in for some pressure treated lumber the other day and couldn't find a single board that wasn't warped or had an infinite number of knots in it. Absolutely ridiculous. Of course they still charge you full price.They've got 2 people working in the yard at any given time because they can't keep anyone working that long.The place isn't what it used to be. It's a joke.Maybe if they actually had people in the yard taking care of the wood the way they should be, every other piece wouldn't be warped and largely unusable.

I have never shopped here and I guarantee I never will. The type people they have representing their company/business is the reason. For 2 years I myself have been harassed by an employee. I have contacted HRand had the police document it. This same employee, has now started making threats via text towards 2 of my children. How can and adult even act like that. Again, HR contacted and the incidents have been reported to Law Enforcement. Do better Whites, do better!!!

First time we ever went there, and we were very impressed with the selection, prices, and the staff. Travis, the sales rep that helped us was very professional and friendly. Travis had all the information we were looking for and good recommendations. We have found our new hardware store!

Tom. The gentleman at the paint desk spent half an hour to an hour with me explaining different techniques and things I need to do to refinish my floor. Good strong handshake and a great man with a lot of knowledge. Highly recommend this place

My girlfriend sent me into this location to get some wooden dowels for a project she was making and since i knew where they were i wanted to check out the rest of the store when this man came up to me and asked what he could help me with, i replied"just checking things out" and to my surprise this rude employee on a power trip with a false sense of entitlement and a terrible attitude decided to use his wonderful customer service skills and says "no what can we help you with. As he basically pushed me out the door. I feel sorry for people who have such a terrible life they have to ruin other people's only chance to get out of the house today it's unfortunatehis boyfriend bullies him at homebut he should leave his lovelife out of this business

Awful experience!!! They measured for hour counter top and said it would be in by a certain time. Well, it did not come in on date expected. Called and said they were a bit behind l. Waited again three weeks more, still no counter top. Called and they checked again and said well it was standing up against the wall and was forgotten. So finally they got it done and said they would deliver. But then called and said they were short handed and could not deliver. After a heavy conversation they managed to agree to delivering. We got it and the sink hole was cut wrong, too small! Talk about ticked off! We ended up paying our carpenter to recut it and enlarged the hole. What a nightmare!!! Plus Mr. Barry White himself says he would reimburse us some money back...never happened!
