Went in to add money to my cash app card which I've only done one other time. This person doesn't know how to do the job she was hired to do,so she says oh well it's my card that's the problem. Not the fact that she doesn't know how to do it and then we called another person over and she doesn't know h I w to do it either.....

I called pharmacy to check on a prescription from which I received a text stating when script would be available for pick up; however after speaking to Erin( who by the way was aggressive and rude to me on the phone) was informed my script was not there and she couldn’t believe I had received a confirmation at all. She was not helpful at all. I will do everything I can not to have to deal with this location at all in the future. Unfortunate because I have had excellent service at all other walgreen locations.

Fatima is a gem! The cashier that was on today was super nice as well.I went in there with my daughter an was having a few issues with my rewards and Fatima instantly fixed it. Very patient and professional.

The pharmacy closed on a Friday because they sent their staff to the other store across town. One day they didn't have my script ready so I told them I would be back the next day. The next day I went at 11am and they hadn't even started on the script. I had to stand and wait. Then the cashier couldn't get her password to work on the register so she had to find someone else. They are always very nice but you can tell they are short staff. The girl waiting on me was trying to take care of me and answer the nonstop ringing phone and the drive through. They need more help but no one seems to want to work these days.

From out of town & was short on my meds to finish my road trip ,I called the Pharmacy & Erin was very empathetic & went above & beyond to help me replenish my prescriptions, picked up the next day & all is well ! Got give this Walgreens Pharmacy 10 stars **********

I’ve been coming here for years and I had to write a personal review of my experience here, I was shopping and walking around and needed to restock on items that I had brought in and I needed some help finding them. With this lovely young lady named Alexandria, helped me out phenomenally!I had brought in every beauty item with me that I needed to buy and she looked at each item and the specific color, and found them within seconds!And even helped me look for other shopping needs and recommend products for me to get also!I never had such a fantastic experience like I did!She walked me through each isle and showed me where it was, and even cashed us out and explained how the Rewards point system worked! And I was able to redeem them and save money also!If you ever need beauty assistance go see this girl Alexandria she was fantastic! I’ll never forget how friendly and sweet she was to me and my friend.

I have had multiple problems at this location when it comes to using my digital rewards/coupons. The staff who tried to help me this time around were extremely unhelpful and not willing to try and give me my $1 reward when my app clearly told me that I had one available. I’ve never had a problem at other Walgreens locations, but for some reason, I ALWAYS have a problem at this specific location. I’m only giving two stars solely because the girl who helped me this time around was friendly and sweet and they had pretty good deals. I’ll be taking my business to a different location from now on though. Please fix your digital coupons system.

All of the staff is more than friendly. They go out of their way to help you any way they can. I have been going there for close to 10 years I've seen staff come and go but I've also developed relationships with employees that have been there since day one. I recommend this store.

Stormy night. Needed one item, arrived as they were closing. She locked the door with me standing there. Sorry you couldn't add 2 min. to your day. Not a problem. Super Wal-Mart about a mile down the road had item about $2 cheaper. So thank you inconsiderate lady..

Pharmacy is far from helpful! They didn’t inform me that if i transfer a script from another walgreens that my 8 refills basically go in the trash and I need a new script. That’s would have been nivw to know when my dr is in Indiana....

This is one of the most organized and efficient pharmacies. Even when there was a mixup, the pharmacists and techs fixed it quickly. Very friendly and efficient staff.

Tried to get a flu shot. The website says schedule an appointment or walk in. I get to the store to be told it’s by appointment only. Such a waste of time.
