They are the worst... thrift shop should be a thrift shop.. I found 3 pictures from the dollar tree marked 2.99 each. A stained pair of shoes but still decent looking walmart shoes they regular 6.98 they selling them for 5.99. The way the test electronics is plug it in and that's it. They don't give money back. If you ask a question they are just rude as heck. The lady says " well it is a thrift shop"!! So what that don't mean you can be rude or over charge people. You're supposed to be helping the community not ripping it off taking advantage or making it impossible to get what someone NEEDS!

I am a regular shopper at thrifty shopper and have been since they moved to the new location. I would say it’s one of my favorite places in Watertown. I thrift shop a lot and I’ve recently noticed a huge increase in prices. It’s devastating. I tried to speak to an employee about it and she was very rude and dismissive saying someone in the back is looking up things on the internet and pricing accordingly. I’m not talking a few dollars but large spikes in prices. At least when you shop at goodwill their home goods section is color coded so certain days of the week they will be on sale. Their prices have been discouraging and I will most likely shop less knowing this is the new way.

Rude employees! That tall old blonde one is so rude and aggressively tried to approach my children who were just playing with the toys. When I saw her storming towards them and stopped her she tried to make it seem like I was the aggressor. Typical victim card. She’s always rude and miserable and I’ve always looked past that but that was the last straw. Will be contacting someone higher up because if she’s that mad at her job and working with people, perhaps she shouldn’t be!

Found some scores here today! The cashier was super nice as well. I definitely prefer this place over the Salvation Army in town.

Still a good selection, but more clothes are dirty just like Salvation Army. The management is still what it is.Good news they have a lovely professional cashier Tayra (hopefully I got it right). Please thrifty keep her happy.We like shopping where people are happy (can u talk to your management?)

Rude employees. Fix your management!! Just trying to have a good time finding good things and we get yelled at for more than one person in the fitting room. No signs anywhere saying one person only. 2 females trying on clothes to get yelled at by the rude cashier. He needs to be fired. Wish I could give 0 stars

Prices are ridiculous. Asked if they could sell a kitchen set as a set and apparently the woman who runs the pricing refuses to do anything like that. You are a thrift shop in Watertown NY. Simmer down.

I love the store .but as always bad customer service. I shop some times twice a week. I'm not letting the one cashier stop me from shopping. She is very rude, rolled her eyes at us doesn't communicate well. Even if she is not the one checking us out she is still very rude even to the other cashiers if they are talking about the items we bought.next time I'm in the store will most definitely get her name .she will be put on blast because I feel she does not belong working here.

The prices are ridiculous. $50 for an old beat up wicker rocking chair. 75$ for an old wooden end table that needed to be refinished. An employee said they look up the items on line and then price them...Impossible Dream is much better and Salvation Army.

Higher prices than normal on clothing, but insanely low prices on house goods. Pristine coffee maker for $5 that retails for $89! But ratty old jogging pants for $8.99???Skip the clothing and hunt thru the wall of household items. Most of my bakeware came from here. Sturdy glass that heats evenly and never warps. Usually 99¢ each.

The African American gentleman behind the counter was very callus and rude to my wifeWe have shopped there for years and used debt card without a problem. However today he asked my wife for ID. When she showed him her work ID. It was not good enough.

My favorite thrift store!! The workers are amazing! The deals are great! And they don't sell junk..broken..or stained up items! Wish they had room for larger furniture items, but I'm happy with what they DO have! The service, and quality make up for what they don't have!

Great place for a professional wardrobe!This is the 1st thrift shop I found shoes (booties) at out of 5 places I had gone to.I found 1 shell shirt, 2 blazers (there's an entire rack of only blazers!), & a couple pair of dress pants!

Staff was friendly. Great finds might be rare but supposedly profits go towards a good cause. Found a little black dress and some heels. They are donation only though and won't buy your old clothes.

this place is such a horrible experience folks. they have the worst products and people working there specially the guy named Stevens Gregory ( I asked his full name quietly) this guy is a complete worthless, scary, and my children don't even wanna go close by him. Owner please get rid off of this worthless. This low life guy has the worst customer service, and screamed at my kids. In addition, he does not like other races (brown/black)either. Also he asks cigarettes from his customers. please get rid off of him from this place if you wanna see your business progressed. I highly suggest all the Canadian and US customer to avoid this place and go to other places. They don't even have good products, just the rude and worthless sellers.

I've been to quite a few thrift shops and I found this one very clean, very few stains on the clothes and very affordable prices. I would definitely recommend to anyone on a budget as I will definitely be going back when new things become available.
