It’s because every time I use UPS services I always get my packages sent to whoever I am sending it to and I also get my packages back, one of the things I sent the last time was my high school diploma and I was a lil so because I thought it can get lost but it didn’t, the agency got all my paperwork’s on time and a couple minutes ago I just sent my spectrum package to their offices and I am more than sure that UPS will deliver it safe and on time.

Was there this afternoon (1/18) looking for a particular sized box for an item I was shipping. The girls helping me there were very friendly and helpful. Went back later to actually ship my boxes and the gentlemen that waited on me was again very helpful. Great customer service. Very much appreciated.

I was carrying in a 20 pound box after mistaking my return area for Kohl’s, I walked around the store with this wide box! I was exhausted and Cass met me at and held the door open, taking to box as soon as possible. Both him and his co-worker were amazing and greeted me with smiles/jokes. Quick, easy, friendly! Best UPS experience thus far.

This one is for the company, Tried to pick up my package early but ran into every road block possible, More money didn't help which I probably won't get back. Company is so segmented no one can keep each other help a customer.

I ship a LOT and thus have been to many UPS stores all over the country, but THIS one was amazinggg! I went on a busy Saturday with many items to be boxed and shipped. Lea and Cas were incredibly professional, fast, courteous and honestly a pleasure to work with. They made the whole experience a breeze! Will definitely be back Many thanks Cas and Lea!

All the employees are always super friendly and helpful. We do alot of amazon shopping. Unfortunately with doing on line shopping, items received are sometimes not as described or not functional. Any returns I have to make, or any packages I need to ship is handled by the staff with speed and efficiency and the staff is always courteous and professional. You can not go wrong with the staff.

If you are a Canadian using them to forward packages of items purchased in the USA don't go there . They say 15.00 a box for their services but if you need to condense packages and they need to repack them it gets very pricy for nothing . There is no consideration of trying to make the boxes as small as possible they just stick boxes in boxes with lots of empty space making the shipment even more expensive. Everything is OVER charged and makes this not worth it. I used another UPS store in Colorado the service was so much more helpful and caring . I thought because this location was close to the border it might be easier but I will never do it again from this location .

We went to return spectrum equipment, the tall, long hair man with glasses was rude and completely unprofessional! Based on previous reviews i see this is always his attitude! I won't be using this location again! Thankfully I only had to use this location because it was my father in laws equipment and the line at spectrum was 25 people long. I'll continue to use FEDEX instead!

What wonderful people! The delivery guys were very courteous and kind. The driver came up to my door just to give me 2 dog treats when he noticed my two puppers at the door. Wish I had the presence of mind to take note of your name, but I'm ever so grateful. thank you for providing outstanding service.

ZERO if there was a slot for a 0 that is what I would put. For one my package was supposed of been at my house on May 4 it didn't come however my neighbor across the street received a package and the driver put it on the wrong porch. Second today May 5 a UPS truck went by didn't slow down at all didn't look on our side of the street. Third don't ever LIE to your customers and lastly GET AMERICAN'S TO ANSWER YOUR PHONES!!! I will avoid using your company. You fell far since my uncle use to drive for you.

It's unfortunate that they got rid cass, he was kind and exceptionally resourceful. When I first moved to the area and knew nothing he took initiative to recommend a few places in town.That was 8 months ago and today I find out he was let go. Shame on you UPS, you let a good one go.

Ups as a whole is great, however this particular store not so much. Was told I wasn't getting my order until a future date because it's going to usps so they can do the delivery. I never told him the tracking number come to find out am getting early from what it said. People here don't know what they are talking about. They need a new line of work or at least not be aloud to pick up the phone

Today I brought a large amount of returns to the store…Amazon tricked me and I did not realize I actually needed to have several of my packages prepackaged to ship in different boxes. Tyler Hahn strategized with me, found me boxes, and was so kind! So appreciative and cannot say how grateful I am to him. THANK YOU, TYLER!!

I went to the Watertown UPS Store and had really messed up on some important papers being sent. The worker Tyler Hahn I believe he’s the sales associate at this location helped me out so much, he is the kindest most understanding, helpful customer service person I’ve ever worked with, seriously the best! Would highly recommend asking him for help if anyone ever needs anything.

My advice is to stay as far away from this business as possible. As a local business owner myself all I can say about the person we spoke to was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. After lugging two big boxes in from our car, the person at the counter questioned us about what the packages contained. We told him we were sending Christmas gifts back home to Florida before we flew back in a few days. He wanted to know each and every item in the box. A rug shampoo machine, clothing , and other Christmas gifts . When he heard there was a rifle scope ( only a scope ) I thought he was going to melt down and start crying. He told us this was not allowed and asked us to go somewhere else to ship our package. I think we triggered him . The person at the counter had an unprofessional appearance and his demeanor was rude and obnoxious .

I didn't realize the business was there. I just stopped to see if they offered printing services. I was very impressed by the store. They offer printing services and sell office supplies. I couldn't believe how quickly I was offered assistance and how friendly they were. A bit pricey, but the prices are clearly posted, so you know what to expect. Good location with ample parking.

The manager helped me with my copies and was very efficient. She also helped me with the pricing so I could get the best deal for multiple copies. I am very happy with the store and so close to my home!
