The people here absolutely right they allow my daughter to visit with the puppies. Helps to get her puppy fix. The ladies are always helpful and so loving to the puppies. They will help you out in any way for their puppies to find forever homes.

Tia was supper friendly and knowledgeable we purchased our minibernadoodle from them and so far so good. He did have a cough took him to the vet and the vet said it was normal to have a cough like that she said picture a pet store like a day care different dogs all coming in and playing with each other. Thankfully the cough isn’t severe.3/08/24Just want to give you guys a little update on our pup from here, he is thriving and doing really well!!

The employees were so kind and knowledgeable. They knew I had interest in a specific puppy, she allowed me unlimited time with ‘said’ puppy and took all of my information. Although this puppy was not fit for us, she took my information and gave us hope to adopt from here in the near future. Watching the employees that were working today, bond with the dogs while attending the store was so amazing. Our experience here was a 10/10 and I have faith all animals in their care is important.

Everything was awesome, but the day we were supposed pick her up we ended up sitting at Pet Zone waiting for the vet for 4 hours. We were told he’d come in the morning, so we went to pick up the puppy in the afternoon. We were told he was “on his way” multiple times…. But he very obviously wasn’t. Worth it because I adore this sweet puppy, but still a little ridiculous to have to wait that long. They did provide all the info on the puppy, breeders, etc. and everyone was very polite. We also were given 2 good sized bags of food for the little munchkin. All in all very pleased! Sam & the manager were wonderful.

I LOVE puppies. If you do too, just drop what you’re doing and come here. So many puppies, you can get free time in a room with them, the prices are reasonable, they have all their shots etc. to make them easily adoptable and the staff is lovely. Very happy with my experience, thanks guys.

The beagle puppy was super playful and enjoyable to play with, very cuddly, and an extremely sweet disposition. The service in the store was excellent. Very pleased with our visit.

I had a wonderful time playing, bonding, and cuddling with little Archibald, however he ripped my shorts slightly with his gnarly teeth. Amazing service, I highly recommend visiting this establishment and purchasing a puppy.

They take great care of the animals here. Every animal comes with their shots and paperwork. If you like a certain animal you can pick it out and take it to a room to get a feel of how the animal behaves especially around children if you have any. I 100% recommend coming here for a loving family animal.

Absolutely love my puppy! The process of getting her was super easy. The manager, Megan, was super nice and made sure I got everything I needed. My puppy (Penny) has been acclimating well in the house and getting along with her new sisters. Thank you to the Pet Zone team for their involvement in me being able to get her.

This is a great place! All the dogs look well taken care of and, although I was unable to adopt at the time, the staff allowed me to spend some time with a puppy. I think is incredibly healthy for the pups as it helps to socialize them.

I bought a overpriced french bulldog puppy from the store $5000+. After a month with the pup she started getting very sick with gastrointestinalitis and pancreatitis. After months dealing with these issues I also find out at the age of 1 year old has spinal issues and already showing signs of arthritis. While petzone reimbursed the vetbills getting in touch with them was very complicated. I do not recommend. My puppy can never have a litter due to health reasons. I spent 5 months with extreme anxiety over losing my puppy to the sickness and having trouble with potty training due to sickness. They had also messed up all my paperwork and i had to go in and have it redone. During the period my puppy was sick i got ahold of the breeder hoping to find answers. They brought my puppy from missouri, im in new york! The 78 year old woman thought i was complaining from arkansas. I guess problematic puppies are common. The breeders they purchase puppies from are unethical. Dont even know where the puppies end up. The lady told me the brokers offer her $$ per puppy and they show up take em and thats all she knows from there. Awful awful store. Do not recommend. $5000 for a unhealthy akc puppy who cannot compete, cannot breed, and will have health issues the rest of her life. This store is fraud, a joke.

They were so nice here and even let my boyfriend and I play with one of the puppies despite not mentioning an interest in purchasing. Definitely would go back!

I’ve been able to go in and play with the puppies, and they have always been so excited and happy! You can tell these employees really make them feel special and loved! The staff there have always been friendly and informative. I’ve been lucky enough to see them doing what they do and it’s amazing to see people that really care for these dogs! Will keep going!! I recommend making this a must-visit place if you’re in the area! Worth the trip 😄

Overall a bad place to do business. Manager was very rude when I came to her about an issue with the dog I bought. Issue was not resolved and my lawyer will be getting involved. This place is highly not recommended

Store was very clean. The young lady working the location was very nice and patient with my three daughters. The puppies kept her very busy but she never acted like we were bothering her. If I was looking for a four legged companion I would definitely start my search here. Thanks for keeping my kids entertained for a little bit.

Took my kids in to see the puppies and was impressed by the caring staff. There were puppies playing in the play pens in pairs and others being held and given attention while crates were cleaned. The pups in the play pens were rotated so that they all got play time. The little ones that we observed were healthy and full of energy. We had an awesome time snuggling two of the pups and giving them some time in the puppy play room. Both puppies we looked at smelled good and appeared healthy. Will visit again!

Avoid this place by all means.I’ll start from the beginning, my husband and I bought a puppy from here and with the suggestion from an employee they offered financing, Unfortunately the financing” they offered is bogus, you have to pay for a portion of the payment upfront (they don’t give you the complete total price) We thought we paid 60% upfront, great no problem (I’m well aware that places have to make their money. I knew we’d pay something!)The puppy we chose was $3,600.00, the sale price in the form said the same price. Great, tell me why my bill stated that our pup is over $4,000.00?!This is bogus, not to mention our pup had bad kennel cough, had blood in his ears and smelled bad?! After purchasing our pup we were informed by other people that this place is notorious for selling sick dogs to people for a very high price.I’m beyond upset, especially with paying as much, this company should be offering free vet visits for at least the first month so we don’t have to pay more fees out of pocket! I will never go back nor recommend this place!

The dog I got to go into the play room with was very cuddly, seemed to listen well, and looked to be very well taken care of at Pet Zone. All young puppies. They explained to me they took payments etc. I didn’t even have to ask to hold the puppy I wanted to hold the associate came right up to me and asked me if I wanted to hold it! Great experience!
