They had a nice sale on outdoor items. I bought 5 bags of miracle grow soil for $10. I also found some hardware to repair a drawer on my dresser. The store was very well organized. Everything was easy to find. I even had 2 employees ask me if I needed help finding anything. That is very rare today.

I want to make sure Pad & Nickolas get recognized at work for their hard work . These men went above and beyond to help me load rocks onto cart then my pick up with no hesitation! Thank you both so very much three days straight as I kept running out . Also Emily cashier was extremely friendly! Great thank you all . I will continue to make the trip to Watertown Home Depot !

Bought a lawnmower last night they couldn’t deliver till Tuesday. I called this morning and let them know I had a trailer and was coming to pick it up tonight. Lo and behold when I arrived at the store I found out they sold the mower I bought with the serial number inputted into my purchase up from underneath me. Ended up walking out with a mower fresh out of a crate that I had to assemble myself when I got home.Night staff was awesome and accommodating though, wasn’t their fault, just the fault whoever let the machine that was already purchased get sold again. Manager gave $25 off for my inconvenience of waiting over an hour to be told they sold my machine.

you'll notice taht there is nobody in the aisles helping customers. their starting wage is less than working fast food. theyre expected to be mini contractors + have a wealth of knowledge. they are a revolving door so i dont see where they would have the time to build up their knowledge. the faces i knew have left. the new people dont know anything and claim they havent been taught things yet. they are expected to be able to lift 80lbs concrete; and im sure there is heavier stff; when they arent being given any compensation for it. ive seen others get short with these people when most of the floor associates are kids. ive asked to talk to managers in the past and have been blown off by them. they expect their new guys to be able to handle it when someone has a manager issue? i honestly recommend avoiding this store for any thing but pick up.

This store is great. They provide a military discount without the fight that Lowe's does. I order online and they will bring it out to the vehicle. Great product lines too

Home Depot is a great place to shop. They carry a huge selection and often carry items that I just can't find elsewhere. I find that they are usually marginally less expensive than Lowe's, and are usually much less expensive that the local hardware stores. The layout of this particular store seems a little dated, but it's not a big issue. All my 12 volt tools are Milwaukee, so I find myself shopping for those tools here.Overall, a great shopping experience. The staff is always very helpful and friendly, and there's always enough staff around.

Dont do the survey on the receipt! If you are upset you need to take your reviews here. The reviews on the receipt aren't publicly available and, trst me, this hurts them more.My experienceThis is one of the worst staffed home depots i have ever been to. The managers are space-cases and if you try to reach them through a regular associate they will use every excuse in the book to blow you off. Even if you are a regular/have a business and are placing an expensive order. Doesnt matter. These guys are allergic to work. Which would be okay if we didnt truly need managers half the time. It seems like the associates we do interact with are having more and more of their decision making power stripped away. So no. We can't avoid talking to the managers.The tech support is nonexistent too. God I could make a whole separate review on the tech but an associate informed us that its a home depot issue and not this specific store. Theres probably a more effective place for me to put something like that. As for the store? Go to one of the other home depots. We like to use clay when we can but its often more convenient for us to use watertown. God is it a headache.

0 if I could give it! I ordered an oven and was never told they couldn’t install with propane gas. I PAID for install and haul away. 2.5 weeks later and still waiting for a refund. Called Home Depot, chatted with Home Depot, went to Home Depot. Now they want to only refund me 99% of what I paid. UMM NO. I’m entitled to my FULL refund amount!

My Watertown, NY Home Depot employees are trained well, knowledgeable, and very courteous. For my area where customer service and employee attitudes can fall pretty short, it doesn't here! These employees can be proud to say they work here when customers can leave their store with a smile and accomplishing what they set out to because of their help and great attitudes. Trying to exchange a tool made by Crescent, and they tried to give me a million excuses why they couldn't. It's a hassle to get these people to do their job. Even one of the ladies tried to hush another when she was trying to help. But hey, that's watertown for you.

The worst online shopping service of my life. The items arrived damaged, you can’t track the orders, the items are lost and they don’t even notify you. I spent about 10k last month and most arrived late and damaged, for example a zero turn that arrived with the battery damaged and delivered without the ignition keys

Don't order in-store items online to pick up that day - they dump off returned/used and or damaged items to you. This is the second time it's happened to me. Today I went to the locker to pick up an item I purchased online; the item had no wrapper on it. I was in a hurry so I put it in the truck. After getting home and inspecting it further, there was some minor damage. Obviously it was a return and they dumped it on to me as "new". Now I have to turn around and return it to the store... Poor business practice.

Bought a washer and dryer a couple months ago. Grant was our salesman. I left a great review because of how good everything was. So again I went back to get a dishwasher. Price was great but that’s not what got us to the store or to buy it there. It started with Grant again. He helped get me a quote along with another woman whose name I have seemed to lost. I came back the next day to purchase it and was met by Chris Hodge. He was as wonderful to deal with as grant. Very very happy with the whole process again. These guys should be teaching other employees how to really talk, listen and learn about the merchandise to create the experience that they have. It’s not easy to find a place that has it all and this department does! I’ll be back for a stove and fridge and look forward to working it out with these guys again!!

Dealt with Terri at Watn Store about countertop install. I cannot give enough praise to this super person. She was busy but handled our issues as a PRO! It was our 3rd visit with her and each time she strived to exceed our expectations and did! She is a very precious component to her position. A definite asset in any position she may be assigned to in your operation. Can’t say enough about her.

I just had a great experience today at Home Depot. I was on a mission to look at flooring and buy a small refrigerator. Sabrina Golay the flooring specialist greeted me and was so helpful and knowledgeable and helped me select flooring options. She then helped me with the refrigerators so I was able to buy one rt away and she even helped me load it into my suv. I am giving her and Home Depot 5 stars for excellent customer service that exceeded my expectations. Excellent customer service great product selection and good

I have been working with Home Depot since August 5 2021 to get two doors installed. Everything that can go wrong, has.The order was put in incorrectly, wrong parts were ordered and price was not correct. When the installer showed up (two hours late), he had the wrong number of doors to install. This meant coming back another time to finish the install. The 1st door installed had a defective part, so I haven't been able to use the door. When the 2nd door was installed, it took coming back to my property two more times because they had the wrong door, and ran out of wood for the framing. The final time he returned he ended up reusing the framing from my original door. (Even though I paid for new framing and that was the reason he left the 2nd time)I have called countless times, with promises to get a call back or that things will be fixed. But there has been no progress. I have two doors, one of which I can't use and the other that looks unprofessionally installed. I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews, but even with patience and follow through on my part I have yet to have either issue fixed.If you are looking for work to be done on your property, please find another location or business to assist you.

2nd time doing a kitchen remodel at home depot has not been a charm. Appliance order went array when delivery crew could not find our home. We live on a Main street. 1 1/2 hours later and all old appliances removed the crew said to bad reschedule. Had to put all old appliances back. Delivery crew and management was very sad to deal with. Store management was kind enough to give us $100 off when we were originally told $200. Overall do not recommend dealing with the Watertown NY Home Depot especially if you live on a main street.

I had big purchase at here. Staffs are so nice and helpful. Feel comfortable to buy here. Delivery teams was also super polite and on time. That day was delivery was cold and snowy, two gentlemen was hard working and so fast jobs.I would like to request same delivery team if I buy something big again.

I did not get his name, but here is a hard working Patriot ensuring I made the right selection of wood, cut it like a pro, pointed me straight to other things I needed to pick up, courteous, friendly, and worked hard on under pressure with multiple requests from other customers. All stemming from walking by him while he was busy, but he made time to ask if I was good, and away he went. Like a professional. During current times, THIS is someone who needs to be out front, leading others. He represented Home Depot like a champ. Will be back because of him. If someone knows who he is, please extend my gratitude.

Because of the smoke from Canada, I desperately needed a Air Purifier and was a little lost in my frantic search when I arrived at the store. There was not an associate in the appliances section (because it was too early, understandably). So the fist associate I came across was Kris (bigger guy with tattoos and black shirt). Despite him being busy, he dropped everything he was doing and helped me in my search. In my eyes, he went above and beyond helping me and I can't express my gratitude. In this day and age where great employees are hard to come by, I highly suggest giving this man a raise to retain him. Thanks again Kris!

Beware at the customer service desk, they double charged us … yes my husband is a senior and the girl confused him.Ryan the manager was so rude… refused to look at the camera’s … also he stated the cash was not out.When we called almost immediately the same girl that served us, answered the phone and told us they didn’t have camera’s at their location.Beware if this store, I definitely don’t think we were the first people to be had by this girl.Long brown hair black rim glasses slender.I always see name tags on homedepot employees… not at the watertown store..PLEASE BWARE !!!!!
