Having one cashier open then. Make all your self skanners ten items or less is a Big inconvenience. No one was in line in self skanners and 8 people were in line with the one cashier...so I will devide my purchase into 2 orders with ten items or less and STILL use the ten item or less line. AND I encourage others to do the same. I'm no waiting in line when a self skanner is available with no customers waiting.

They have a wide range of stunning & somewhat affordable inventory.... you can get lost in Target for hours, purchasing the trendiest stuff... if Target Canada had inventory like this, they'd still be in buisness.

The store itself is great however don’t expect to get any help when you need help getting something from inside the glass in electronics or when trying to find something. Employees here literally drag their feet and hate being bothered. Other than that it’s a busy location but great store.

Great experience, usually well stocked. They have the best starbucks. Occasionally they have an issue auth aisle clutter but I haven't seen the issue in a while

My daughter I went to Target today- not something we normally do since COVID began but we needed to get out of the house today.To most, this is just a normal shoe display. To us, it means so much more. Shoes that are made for kids with AFOs are almost impossible to find in stores so when you do find them it’s kind of a big deal. Shoe shopping can be a very daunting task! When you’re shopping online you never know if you’re getting the correct size and if you’re trying to buy non-adapted shoes, you don’t know if the brace will allow you to get your kids foot in and out. Having access to even one style of Billy brand shoes in stores is wonderful and will make our lives so much easier. We also were able to buy some winter boots that are non-adapted but work perfect for her.Inclusion is so important and Target seems to really be making an effort. Target for the win!!!

Always use the order pick up and was delighted when I went to pick up a last minute gift for my little that there was a special holiday treat inside fun kids activities and beautiful art work and a holiday cookie 🍪 what great customer service nice touch

Very clean store. I found everything I was looking for at a reasonable price. Was greeted by an employee. Cashier was friendly and asked if I found everything I was looking for. Will definitely be back.

Have been coming here for years spending plenty of money with these people and never had a problem. Today had an encounter with one of the RUDEST, nastiest, employees in customer service! These people need training in customer service, even management! Do better!!

Very disappointed and appalled at the state of the store. Clothing, homegoods, products of all kinds spilling off shelves and onto floor. Saw soda on the same shelf as bug killer spray, super unhealthy cross contamination. Starbucks area was full of flies. Starbucks staff was efficient and focused I was glad about. Tech counter was organized and the guys back there were helpful and friendly. Did not talk to any other staff much. Was checked out by I think a manager, she barely spoke and went super slow. I hope they are able to hire more staff to be able to keep up with cleaning up and hopefully that helps with morale over there.

As always, the team here exceeded my expectations! Seeing all of the new BIPOC designers and creators featured in the store, along with eagerly discovering all of the new products that Target is beginning to carry are just some of the many reasons why it is truly my happy place! 💚

This is the dirtiest Target I have ever been in. Every aisle is a disaster. The clothing section looks like a bomb when off. Every shelf is just littered with piles of clothes. The shoe section is equally upsetting. Boxes of shoes scattered all over. Some boxes have shoes in them and some don’t. The worst part is the employees are equally to blame as the customers. There are racks of things for employees to put away in practically every aisle. Boxes blocking entire aisles. There are employees all over the store and other than the cashiers it looks like no one is working. 100/100 do not recommend.

This store is a complete mess! Couldn't find what I was looking for especially in the clothing departments. Clothing was not organized nor folded. Staff seemed like they didn't really care. Front end checkouts were pleasant and friendly. So sad to see one of my favorite stores going down hill! I hope things get cleaned up!

The dirtiest Target I have ever been in. I can never find anything, and if I do find something it's because I had to dig through piles and push through things that don't belong in that section. You can blame short staffing sure, but honestly...you can hardly ever get around the carts full of items to be put away. There are constantly employees running around grabbing things for pick up orders, but never seems to be any actually cleaning or doing anything. Yes, customers need to be less gross...but workers need to take care of the store too.

This Target location appears to be very clean. Sanitized carts, employees can be seen often sanitizing the store, cash register areas. If you have to be in a store this makes me a bit more comfortable. It's important to add Target has some very good curb side pickup people. And offers their own recycling shopping bags.

I can't say enough good about my Target experience! My grandson will be very appreciative that Grammy bought his favorite gift! Thanks to Target for holding this much desired Christmas gift for me. I am so grateful for this & the 25% discount!! Yippee!!

I ordered drive-up delivery and was greeted by Amber. I let her know that my baby had fallen asleep in the back seat, and she loaded my purchases quietly and she went above and beyond in accommodating my needs! It was superior customer service.

I am not a fan of the fact that you have so many self service machines while people have to wait in line for what seems like forever as we wait for your one to two cashiers to ring out all the other people waiting in line out. Very sick of having to wait to be cashed out by real people. Not looking to do someone else's job, especially without an employee discount. Looking to boost the economy again and robots aren't doing it. I get that you want to avoid the high wages but this isn't the way. Sad and disappointing because I liked target. The people will revolt against your business if you continue to operate in this manner. You can see it happening already.

This place is God awful, they have ZERO Registers open except for the Service Desk and I use that term loosely. The Cashiers at the Service Desk are dumber than a box of rocks. They have their Self Checkouts but you have to now stand in long lines just to use them, there's no alternative cause they have no other Cashiers running the empty registers. Target Corp needs to reevaluate this store. Also what is with the Toy section? They HARDLY stock shelves with anything new and when they do you're lucky to get the items you want cause they are gone and the associates don't restock the shelves with anything new, a lot of the items stock sit there and collect dust for months on end. They're getting just as bad as Walmart or better yet worse

I love Target-fast friendly and clean. People always asking if I need help finding anything. Now just get rid of those self checkouts and reopen registers like there used to me and I will be happy!!!! You really want me to cash out and bag my own things???? Offer me 10% off to do so. The store pickup person was great! She quickly took my info then quickly brought my order. She even smiled and said thank you. I was very impressed. Shopping at Target is always a wonderful experience.

Considering there really isn’t much else in Watertown, you can’t be overly picky with this Target. Is this the cleanest Target, or one with the most selection? Well, no. But it’s a nice shakeup from shopping at Walmart if you’re trying to avoid long lines, screaming kids, and overpacked aisles.

It was easy to order on line. I got a product that I could not get at Walmart or Kinneys. They had been out for weeks but Target had it. Great price and great service. Quick and easy!
