I really like this store. First, they have a mellow dog who sets the tone for the place. If they have a calm mellow dog you just know they are going to patiently answer questions. Second, the store is a converted fire station. I appreciate any business that rehabs instead of tearing down. Great selection for a small space.

The employees and boss/manager are ALWAYS ready to help and answer questions. Rarely have I seen such great customer service. Makes me happy to support small businesses. I would always come here before turning to an impersonal franchise. Also, they have everything you may need! Keep up the good work!

Very good experience here, had exactly what I needed and the young man working the checkout was knowledgeable and was able to get the items for me very quickly. The service here is something that gets lost in larger businesses. Would highly recommend.

Stratton is my go to place. They have what you need and if they don't, they will get it. I have purchased everything from Mike and Mike..: from a $1 bolt to a Weber grill or a big green egg smoker... these guys know what they sell and stand behind it. Bigger isn't always better ! Shop with local experts
