They just started locking up all.the hand tools. U have to ask a employee just to get a wrench now. I told them I was going to home depot instead, where I can get a wrench off the shelf myself. They just lost about 5000$ a year in my business. I hope it was worth it for them

This is an awesome place with good prices and great staff! I got Adirondack chairs for $12.99. It would not fit in my car so I had to get rope. The salesman let me to the back and I found some rope for $.99. He directed me to the clearance item so I didn’t have to pay more. The cashier upfront was very nice too! I will definitely come here again

Attentive and helpful staff. The nice young lady who made my keys for my graceful children told me up front how much roughly they would be. She also educated me on some of the key designs they have and what they offer in different styles. Very quick and hopefully the keys work! I haven't checked yet. Busy day! 🙃

After a recent snow storm, a need for snow blower parts arose. On a Saturday afternoon, the helpful manager took me next door and opened up the extra parts area for my power equipment needs, which they had in stock. The man was so generous with his time and attentive to detail, this hardware store gets 5 stars. The best place for hardware in Watertown, NY.

Pat, Mike, and the staff are and have always been outstanding. However, purchased river stones 1 month ago at 4.99 and today same product is 6.59, a 32% increase. Staff said all prices increased since ownership changed. If that is the case for all products carried there that is unfortunate. I try and shop local but comparitive price does matter. This products cost did not increase at other venues.

Employees have a tendency to make me uncomfortable walking around and continuously asking if I need help with anything watching me and creeping around me looking at me like I am going to steal. I Enjoy going to look at the various things they have to offer and price check for future reference as I am constantly looking for something to keep me occupied and upkeep my craft and hobby supplies. Cashier didn't even bother to ask me if I had a rewards card.

Only customer in the store this morning and the employee at counter in the back, never acknowledged me, greeted me , asked if he could help me. After standing there for 10 minutes at least, I left. Rude employee and definitely did not want my business. Went to Lowe's. Won't be going back there.

Great service deserves 5 stars, but its frustrating to pay more for walk in. There are times when i drive by and need to stop in for a product and pay more for it. It won't prevent me from using Noble though. I love the staff.

You will be stalked and harrassed and questioned during the entire visit. Employees will be hurrying shoppers to make selections. During my visit to this store the manager Pat even went so far to question me while still shopping inside the store where merchandise I planned on buying as a Christmas gift was and proceeded to yank it from my possession and ask me to leave the store while I was attempting to put it back. Clearly he has anger issues or is so broke a single theft would put the entire operation into a bankruptcy or something. Laughable "Nobel" more like rude and unprofessional Hardware

Always great service, and if they don't have it, they'll order it for you! My favorite place for hardware.If they don't have what you want on site they're great at ordering it and getting into the following Thursday.
