You'll definitely be buying more than you need. And it's set up this way, but with a focused mind and the app already downloaded you can take a quick trip in and out. The food is still pretty good

Amazing prices on bulk items. Great food and clothing selection. Has a jewelry counter, auto center, and electronic section. Best part it the food counter. Sam’s Club makes great food like the delicious pizza pretzel. A warm large twisted pretzel with melted cheese and pepperoni on top. My kids really love the hotdogs. Bathrooms are generally kept pretty clean. Every once in a while a sloppy customer makes a mess but the employees are always happy to clean up afterwards. Bless those employees for their service. I would say it’s worth paying to be a member of the elite Sam’s Club club. Sign up today and enjoy the saving you’ll have available all year round. The run never stops when you’re at Sam’s Club. Me and my family just can’t get enough!

As always, no other place.to shop other than sam's!! The shelves were well stocked, the employees are helpful as always... The best club out there!!! Love the watermelons this season!!I had an issue needing to make a return , Alisha at the front desk went above and beyond to help me!!! As well as the front end manager... It was a fridge that I purchased the night before, but then did not need it and had to return .. but she made it a very pleasant experience with lots of laughs!!!

Scams clubI went in today to purchase a PS5 controller on sale for 44$ while others were marked for the regular 74$, grabbed the piece of cardboard to bring up front to pay, paid and brought to the employee to retrieve from the cages. Upon handing her the cardboard visual of the item, she without looking for that item in the cages stated she did not have that item in stock therefore they knew they did not have that item in stock and yet had a FULLY STOCKED SHELF OF SAID ITEMS, when asked if I could just swap for another color they said no, stated I could get a refund and Reiterated they didn’t have that item, meanwhile it’s displayed on the shelf, in bulk. After trying to ask for alternatives she rudely reiterated that they did not have the item, that I had paid for, and that the solution was to pay more (for the exact same item but in a different color) or get a refund. She then walked away, without answering where I could get the refund. I managed to find where to get a refund after one kind employee offered to help after we were standing there confused. Going forward, how is one to trust a company that does not honor the cardboard cutout selections they choose to display instead of the physical item.

They need to stop being such Nazis at the front door. Giving people a hard time about the card. I explained to the guy that I have the app (the same app that I used to purchase groceries with and walk out the door). Sam’s Club should not encourage the app if they’re going to give people such a hard time about having to show a card when they come in the front door. Guy kept pestering me about how he had to see a barcode even when I showed him that I had the app. Meanwhile, I’m trying to Rush in quickly with my five kids get out because I had places to be. the guy was giving me such a hard time about how he had to see this ridiculous barcode. I told him that I obviously would not be shopping in the store if I did not have a membership. Sam’s Club, please stop wasting peoples times with ridiculous old policies and get on with the times, it’s 2024.

Are you trying to kill people? Purchased kryovac salmon at the store on afternoon of 5/22 transported home on ice pack in freezer bag, put in fridge overnight... opened next early morning... and ugh putrid smell! I buy lots of salmon and it's not supposed to smell like this.. trust me.. if your going to put things on "sales to clear, just keep in mind we still expect a fresh edible product..definitely getting a refund! One reason why I hate things that are kryovaced as you can't smell rotten meat or fish until it's too late.

The employee Jessica at the customer service counter treated us very badly all the time, she yelled at us and did not want to give us the offer she had, I called the supervisor and explained to her about the treatment of this employee towards me and what she said was "she always "It's like that" the supervisor had to assist us and gave us the super offer that Sams had. Incredible to see how this company has this type of person working here.

Made an early morning delivery here, staff was friendly and helpful. Receiving was fast unloaded in about 45 minutes. Overnight park is available behind the store.( I called ahead to verify before going to the store).Thank you all very much for the pleasant experience, I'll be keeping an eye on more deliveries to your store!

When canning season harvest was heavy, I needed a large capacity stock pot to can my beets, slaw, cowboy candy, corn relish, chili, goulash, winter soups, spaghetti sauce, salsa, etc... I didn't want to over spend to get a decent pot at many stores cost $50 to $100. I found the chef stock pot (22 quart size) at Sam's Club in Watertown, so glad I did $35 I think... you can see the line I filled the pot harvesting my tomatoes... I am stocking the pantry for the next year or two. I personally haven't had a problem finding canning jars, my ability to find a roasting pan was proving harder than I anticipated. The stock pot is a great addition to my canning tools, and I finally found an 18 quart roasting pan to use for my apples. Happy canning and Happy Holidays!

The shelves and displays were recently rearranged in this Sam's Club and it is much easier to navigate and more intuitively designed now. The staff is always helpful and the food is well stocked and fresh. We tried a pre-prepared cob salad that was in the cooler section that I had not seen before and it was excellent and a great deal.

I love Sam’s you can never go wrong with it, they have everything you are looking for. Sometimes they change stuffs around but not hard to find at all. But coming from Sam’s in Harker Heights TX and other Sam’s I’ve been to compared to this One the restrooms are horribly dirty, there is toilet paper on the floor everywhere, smell like urine, toilets are dirty, hand washing station you can tell that whomever is assigned to clean those restrooms are not doing their job. Door are dirty splashed with I don’t know what, is one of those restroom you don’t feel comfortable bringing your kids in there honestly, I think paying certain amount of money to shop here restrooms should definitely be better cleaned, people shouldn’t feel disgusted to use a public restroom.

I used the Scan&Go , which worked great! Saved me from unloading items and rescanning @ checkout. Saved myself effort & time. I was only disappointed that the 50 pk of velvet hangers were only available in black in store. No pork belly available either. I did locate Pork Belly @ Costco.Otherwise, spent more than I anticipated, but isn't that normal?

Went to do a new membership card, the staff and associates were very helpful, pleasant, and thanked me for shopping there. Renewing my membership was easy and didn't take long to do. I recommend Sam's Club to anyone. They have a great selection of products and merchandise.

I am a member. Pay over 100 dollars to be one. Only writing this review because person at desk could care less.I bought chicken. In date. Got home opened it. Disgusting. This has happened twice before.This is a problem. On your end.Everything else is fine. But I don’t know if I should keep a membership if you don’t care about what happens in store.That’s all I have to say.

Great experience every time in the tire department. Very helpful and accommodating. Great service every time I have needed tires or a battery. Highly recommended. Ira was the gentleman I spoke with the most and he was very professional and deserves recognition for his great work.

Very helpful staff in person. When I called the store to ask what time the roast chickens were usually available, customer service did not know and transferred me to the meat dept, who never picked up. I REALLY dislike the new arrangement with the aisles perpendicular to the front door. Things are stacked much too high and it feels claustrophobic and creepy. The side aisles are much easier to shop in. I avoid the middle aisles and the products they carry.

Great place on good price. Found it better than Costco. Things are well organized, very clean with handwash sinks on floor. The hot food counter is our favourite with good choices of pizza, churro, refillable drinks and ice cream for family.
